This is a family owned business with 30+ years of experience in the West County area of St. Louis. They have their own crew of two installers and they work your project every day from start to finish. They are punctual, clean up daily, and place drop clothes from entrance to work area. We had three quotes for this effort. Pam and Chuck worked with us for what we determined was a fair and reasonable price. You can trust them to meet or exceed your expectations. They did a good job. They were very professional, they did what they said they were going to do, they came on time, they took care of it in the time that they said they would do it. It took two days to do the work.

They did a great job. They were friendly, they worked hard, and they did a good job. I think they could have done a better job with the grouting. It was a one day job and they got done in one day. They were here when they said they would be here.

It took about a week to complete the job. They do good work and the workers are fine, just the price is a little high.

The work looks beautiful. They had to rip out moldy carpet, so that was a plus. They were really good, but timing wise they were really busy so the work was a little bit further back than what we anticipated. That's kind of out of their control. I like that when we went in to meet with them they gave us suggestions and they gave us samples. Everything that they suggested was exactly dead on. The owner came in and measured everything. I think his wife works in the shop, she was pulling samples for us, and she did a good job.

They did a super job. Chuck managed the project, and his two installers were very professional and personable. While installing a very small crack appeared in one of the cultured marble shower walls. We would not have seen it, but Derek pointed it out and said they would replace the wall. They went above and beyond. Very happy with the finished product.

Everything went great. They will not try to oversell you. Be prepared for a wait to get the work done, they are always quite busy.

This was my first bathroom remodel so I didn't know what to expect. The estimate took about 20 minutes and Chuck, the owner, was very no-nonsense. The installers, Derek and Kyle, were great. They were prompt each day and made me feel very comfortable having them in my house. On the first day, they tore out the tub, tub doors, and tub surround down to the studs. The tub was installed next along with the green board. On the second day, they put in the cultured marble walls and the fixures, I absolutely love the look. They did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend them.

Chuck sent a team of two to do the installation, and he stopped by both days they were working. Except for the occasional electric saw or a little hammering, we hardly knew anyone was here. They were amazingly quiet. They played their radio in the bathroom while they worked, but I didn't hear it until I walked in to check progress. They fixed anything that wasn't perfect after the tub/tile removal, such as the outside corner where tile met wall, and spackled it all nice and smooth for us to paint when we choose a color. They installed the Onyx surround, the Soapstone base, new faucets, reinstalled our handheld shower head, as agreed. They installed the grab bars where and how we wanted them. If there is anything I am forgetting to mention here, they took care of it. It's a gorgeous walk-in shower! A real upgrade. I'd change the one in the guest room upstairs in a flash, but I guess a house has to have at least *one* tub for kids. All in all, a perfect remodeling experience.

The entire process went as advertised. Chuck and Pam (owners) take the customer through options, make recommendations and have all their options on display in their showroom. Everything is explained in detail. All questions are answered clearly and promptly. Bathroom remodeling is their only business and they know the business well. The installation went as scheduled. The crew arrived on time every morning and was friendly, courteous and cleaned up daily. We had two punch list items that were Minot but completed within next business day. Started and finished our job prior to starting or completing other projects. We recommend Tile & Bath highly.

They did a great job. Very satisfied with my new standing shower + sliding glass doors. Looks great. Works great. Be sure to ask for the "D & K" team of installers - top notch. Also, I'd STRONGLY recommend the cultured granite over the cultured marble. It's a bit more $ but worth it in terms of appearance.

They did a full bathroom remodel. Tore out and installed new floor, shower, toilet, and vanity. They did an excellent job.

I am very pleased with the work we had done. Chuck came out and gave us an estimate. He did not try and upsell is om things we did not need. We hired him to update three bathrooms. Two of our bathrooms were complete remodels including tile, vanity, shower, toilets, and hardware. The lower bathroom was just a new toilet and vanity. The installers were prompt, polite, and I felt very safe having them in our house. I would 100% recommend this business! I love our new bathrooms.

This is an excellent small business so it's no surprise they've received so many great ratings and reviews on Angie's List, and have been in business for so long. Chuck was extremely informative and helpful when at my place to prepare his bid, and then again at his shop when it was time to pick colors and accessories. His crew was punctual, efficient, friendly, did excellent work and cleaned up very well. I would recommend them to anyone and would not hesitate to use them again for this type of work.

The two men who installed the shower arrived early each morning as promised. (2 days) They were quiet, professional and cleaned up the area when the work was completed. The owner, Chuck stopped by both days to inspect the work.

When we contacted Chuck, the owner, we were in a place where we realized we had to replace entire shower areas in two bathrooms, because of leaks. Chuck, himself, came to our house and talked with my wife regarding what he saw. He was very honest and forthright. He promptly sent bids for both bathrooms, which were very reasonable. Later that week, my wife and I went to their shop to discuss in depth what we could do. Chuck was very informative, giving good rationales for everything he was suggesting. We were pleasantly surprised to have the work start a day earlier than scheduled and end a half day earlier than promised, as well. In a world where companies often give you ranges of time when they will appear, the owner's crew was very prompt, arriving at the same time every day, and working extremely hard and quickly. We quickly came to understand they knew what they were doing and we could trust them to do it right. In fact, on one of the bathrooms, the pipe had been rerouted to go through the ceiling in the attic and down the other side. Derick suggested to route it back, so the pipes would not freeze. Everything was done with longevity and quality in mind. Chuck checked on the work throughout, and checked with us to make sure we were happy. Prices are very competitive with other companies in the area and the quality of work makes this a steal!

The whole experience with Tile and Bath Service was a real pleasure, After contacting them, they were able to come out, measure the project, and provide an estimate within a couple of days. After receiving the estimate, we went to their show room, to view the materials being quoted. The staff was extremely helpful in describing, and actually showing us the materials that were included in the quote. The installation went extremely well, The crew showed up on time, and since it was raining that day, put down protective tarps on all of our carpets. They removed the old fiber glass stall, by cutting it into pieces, and installed the new shower valve. As there was no drywall behind the old shower stall, they installed new mold resistant drywall before installing the new marble shower stall. After setting the shower pan, the installation crew even went as far as having me stand in the pan so that they could gauge at what height the shower head should be installed. Before the crew left, they cleaned up the entire work are in in the bathroom, and also in the garage, where thy cut the marble. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking to re do a bathroom

They were good. I would give them all A's except for the price. I felt that the pricing was a bit high. I am calling them again to do another bathroom.

Tile and Bath Service had previously replaced my water-damaged showers, so when I was ready to update the rest of the bathrooms, I contacted them again. They finished both bathrooms in four days. Carpeting was removed, tile laid, new vanities and quartz countertops installed, and new toilets were installed. New towel bars and toilet paper holders were installed and all walls were patched to perfection. Mirrors were hung. The bathrooms look fantastic and the whole process was totally painless. The installers were punctual. cleaned up everything, did a beautiful job, and made the whole job fun. I'm just sorry I didn't do it sooner! I plan on calling them in a couple of weeks to do the bathroom in our lower level. They provide personalized service which I really appreciated.

We didn't use the provider because I wanted to choose all my finishes for my bathroom.

Chuck (owner) came out to our house and walked through what we wanted done. He took lots of measurements and pictures. After this we went to their showroom and Pam (his wife) worked with us to pick out materials - colors - fixtures- etc. She did not rush us was very helpful. She gave us samples to take home to ensure we were happy with our selections. After we made our final selections Chuck provided a very detailed quote on each bathroom. Pam kept us updated on the scheduled start date due to some very rough winter weather. When we were informed of the start date the installation crew (Derek - Erick) showed up on time. They were very professional and friendly. They cleaned up at the end of each day. Derek (the lead) fixed several plumbing items that did not meet code. The quality of work by both guys was outstanding.

Workers arrived on time each day, kept work area clean, workers were polite and open about the work, efficient workers, excellent quality of workmanship, contract was clear and fairly priced, provided lien waiver, used top quality materials, provided good selection of materials to choose from.

They did a great job. It was wonderful working with Chuck and Pam. They made good suggestions and did not try to get me to have more work than I needed. The workers were on time, cleaned up everyday, were very professional and did great work. I would highly recommend them. | |
