Job went flawlessly, from initial consultation to completed installation. We have a huge master bathroom including a bright blue jacuzzi tub, blue sinks, a fiberglass shower, & wild decor out of the 1980s. The cost to remodel the entire bathroom is prohibitive to us, so we were looking to do it in sections. I found Chuck's company on Angies List & first stopped by his store to discuss replacing the shower. He came out & gave me a bid with several options all reasonably priced but I later decided simply to replace the shower doors, paint the room & focus on re-doing the main 10' x 13' section of the bathroom. Chuck was the first contractor I dealt with who grasped my reluctance to spend $20,000+ on remodelling & DID NOT pressure me to do the job all at once! I went back to his shop & his wife Pam helped me select a lovely pewter-colored cultured granite vanity top with white sinks & new faucets. Chuck came out a 2nd time to measure the vanity & assured me we could keep the current cabinets. I also wanted more storage so he quoted a price for a linen closet cabinet (18"x18"x84") to be installed. I accepted the bid, the order was placed, & Chuck told me when he thought they'd be able to do the installation (about 3 weeks out). Pam called to let me know when the materials arrived & scheduled the date for installation. Chuck called the day before & told me the installers names & time to expect them. Todd & Derek arrived on time & had the job completed in about 5 hrs. They were personable & professional & friendly with my dogs. Chuck came by to check on the work in progress. I was very pleased with the entire experience. I never felt they were frustrated when I changed my mind from the initial shower work or when I spent so much time trying out different samples. I appreciate that they understand I want to spend my money carefully. I am sure we will be calling them again when we eventually decide to get rid of the monster tub & decking.

I would highly recommend Chuck Motycka owner of Tile & Bath Service Inc. His business is well established and he has great construction men who have been with him for years. Chuck responded quickly to our phone call, gave us a detailed typed proposal for labor and materials. Felt he was honest, gave good suggestions, brought in good electrician for wiring problems discovered during remodel. Very customer service oriented, professional, knowledgeable, takes pride in his business and his workers. Also had great references on Better Business website. Derek and Todd, his construction men, were friendly, always kept me updated on what they were doing, made me aware of any problems they discovered, kept a clean work area and cleaned up at the end of each day. Great quality workmanship. Chuck came by every day to check on work site and touch base with me. If I ever need any bathroom repairs or upgrades in the future, I plan on calling Chuck and his team again.

We had to replace our existing shower and shopped around for bids October/November 2011. My daughter gave me an advertisement she found for Tile and Bath Service, Inc. I called them on November 9, 2011, for an appointment for a free estimate. Charles Motycko came to our home on November 23 to give us an estimate. He was very professional and courteous and his bid was mailed to us shortly thereafter. He also emailed me the bid the same day he came to the house. On November 26, 2011, we went to his showroom to sign the proposal, place the order and make a down payment. The woman who helped us decide on the colors, fixtures, flooring, and shower doors was knowledgeable and VERY patient. The workmen, Derick and Todd, were here at 0700 on 1/25/12. They laid drop cloths down from the front door to the second floor bathroom. They then dismantled the old shower and performed all the preliminary work of installing a new shower base, insulation, and drywall on the first day. They recommended letting this dry overnight. The next day they arrived early and finished the job completely by installing the marble walls, hardware, shower doors, soap dish, and caulking. The only negative aspect of Tile and Bath Service, Inc., is that we had to wait until 1/25/12 to have the work started due to the workload Chuck has. However, it was worth the wait. Overall, we are very pleased with the end product and the professionalism of Chuck and his team. We love our new shower and would highly recommend Tile and Bath Service, Inc.

Job was measured with quote emailed the same day. Tear-out and reinstall was scheduled and on-time. Finally, custom door was installed. All was exactly as promised.

I called and made an appointment to have someone come to my home and give me a cost and work estimate. The appointment time was met and the project review took about 30 minutes. I liked the fact that this company only did bathrooms and had good scores on Angie's list. The estimate was higher than I planned, but the estimate was quite thorough. The work crew was on time and was very pleasant and professional. They completed the job on time. The new tub/shower look great, my wife and I are very pleased.

The appointment for a price was made for 3PM on June 7. His office called to confirm the appointment and then called again the day before to ask if he could come fifteen minutes early if his previous appointment ended early. I said yes and he was here at that early time. Chuck is a tall stern man who likes to be in control. He gets down to business right away. After seeing the shower, he knew immediately what needed to be done and gave me the price of $145.00 and told me not to use the shower for three days. He wanted to make an appointment for the next morning but it was inconvenient for me so it was scheduled for the second day afterward on June 9. He said his man, Todd, would be here at 7AM. When I said that was quite early, he said that he is in the construction business and they start early. The next day his office called to confirm the appointment saying that Todd would be here between 7 and 7:30AM. Fortunately I got up at 6:15 and was dressed when Todd knocked on my door at 6:45AM. He, too, knew the work and got busy. By about 8AM everything was finished and cleaned up. He reinstalled the new soap dish and held it firmly with black tape instructing me to remove it the next day. Then he used silicone caulk on the tile seams as ordered. He said that I could use the shower in two days. Todd was a pleasant person, courteous and clean. He cleaned everything up when he was finished but forgot a couple of paper towels. A few days later I received a letter on business letterhead thanking me for the work with Chuck's card enclosed saying that they accept some credit cards and offer a 2% discount for jobs paid by check or cash and an additional 2% senior discount.. I didn't call him about the discount. The job was finished. About ten days later I received another letter that offered a $100.00 bonus for a job referred to his company for over $2,500.00 and aseparate thank you card.

The owner came and gave us a quote for the things were requested. We visited his store and selected the specific products we wanted. The quote was adjusted for the things that we upgraded. The projected date was missed by a few days--because the crew was ill--but that wasn't a big problem for us. The crew arrived precisely when they said they would. The work progressed quickly and smoothly. The crew handled our questions and suggestions with grace and ease. They were very nice. Whatever issues they found in the tear out of old materials were handled well and the new products were installed in the projected 3 days. They cleaned up well after themselves each day We were glad to have experienced installers.Our family visitors tell us that it all looks great. It was a smooth experience.

Good work, met/exceeded all expectations. The owner, Chuck, explained everything very well and did not use any high-pressure sales techniques (unlike some of the competition) - he seemed genuinely concerned with helping us decide what was right for us. The crew was professional, and Chuck visited every day while work was going on. When the toilet developed a problem several months later, they fixed it promptly and with no hassle.

He seemed very professional and he said he had been in the business for quite a few years. He had a good rating on Angie's List and that's why we called him.

I was very pleased with the job they did. They did what they said they would do and they gave me time to do some painting after they took everything out. I was very pleased with them and I would use them again with any hesitation. The price was very reasonable.

Work was done in about one week and was done very professionally. Chuck visited the site several times to check on the work. He helped us how to add an access panel for the jacuzzi tub (which was not being replaced). We had one follow-up question on the vanity which he answered very promptly.

They did a fantastic job. I felt pretty comfortable with using them. They are very professional. I think they do excellent work.

Very well! Bathroom was left very clean. Gave us warning when water was going to be off and when it would be on again. Very professional and we were surprised that it didn't take very long.

I saw an ad entitled "Rebuilt Showers" in my Angie's List magazine for Chuck's company - the first-time I found exactly what I was looking for! I called Chuck's company, and Chuck immediately came out within a day to see what was going on. He was very prompt, and after explaining the problem and showing him the shower (which he inspected thoroughly), he said I didn't need his services but rather someone who specializes only in replacing Shower Doors/Assemblies, to which he gave me a referral. Chuck went into great detail explaining how my shower was built and pointed out its strengths and weaknesses. He said the problem was with my frame assembly, not the entire shower, which he would have replaced it it was the case. Instead of being unethical and taking advantage of someone for his own personal gain in tough economic times Chuck was very direct, honest, and truthful about my situation and the course of action to take - plus, he gave me a personal referral to firm that he knows the owner personally and trusts whole-heartedly. There is truth in the saying "folks run with the same pack of friends as themselves."

From quotation to completion it was exactly as they said it would be and everything turned out great.

The owner, Chuck, and Pam in the store, were extremely helpful in helping us decide and choose the appropriate materials, colors etc. We changed out minds several times, and they were very patient, accommodating, pleasant. They did not try to sell us anything we did not need. On the contrary, they advised us as to the prices, positives and negatives at every turn. We trusted their judgment and were not disappointed. The person who did the actual work, Derick, was very pleasant, accommodating, efficient and cleaned up every night before leaving. It was a pleasure having him around.

They were prompt to give a bid. I thought they were very informative and polite. Their bid was the fairest for the work to be performed. They did the work in the time frame that they had stated. And they were very neat and cleaned up afterwards. The bathroom looks great and I am very pleased.

It was one worker, we had called another company, the man came out and gave us one flat price without itemizing and quoted $7000. This company came out with an itemized bill and communicated well with us. They got the job done in three days and we were very pleased with the result.

This company gets an A+ for professionalism. Pleasant experience from beginning to completion. I love my new shower.

We had a very good experience from first the phone call to the finished product. Chuck came out himself for the initial quote and mailed it within a few days. We were helped in the showroom and given catalogs to look at items at home. Derek performed most of the remodeling, and he was very professional. The workmen were prompt and courteous. We called about caulking after the job was done and a work order was filed and completed promptly. Job well done.

EXCELLENT, EFFICIENT, TIMELY, CLEAN.

HOW COULD THEY INDICATE ON THE ONE HAND, A MAJOR REPAIR, AND SHORTLY THEREAFTER INDICATE, "JUST AIM YOUR SHOWER HEAD AWAY FROM THE DOOR"? I FELT VERY UNCOMFORTABLE WITH EITHER ANSWER, AND AM SEARCHING ANGIE'S LIST FOR SOMEONE ELSE.
