Great job. They showed up on time with two individuals. They immediately set up the truck and brought in the cleaning equiment and hoses and went to work and worked diligently for several hours. Did a great job and did not make a mess.

First off, I will say he did a great job. Very professional and they accomplished what I wanted. We have lived in our house for 3 years and decided to have our air ducts cleaned. I had suspected something may be wrong with our upstairs master bedroom and bath area because we did not get very much air pressure coming from the vents. I mentioned this on the initial phone call and Yuri said that he would be able to tell if there was an obstruction or damper closed from his camera. Yuri came to get me 3x during his visit to show me what he was finding. First, he had found that one upstairs vent had an elbow disconnected. Second, he showed me on his camera that our upstairs duct work for the Master bed and bathroom had booster fans in the air ducts that were like an obstruction when they were not turning. He later found where the power to them had been disconnected! Once he connected the power to the fans, we had a lot of air pressure coming out. I can't believe we suffered through 3 hots summers and cold winters not getting proper air distribution. He also found 2 spots where dampers to certain air ducts were closed. This area was behind drywall in a finished basement and we had no way of knowing or remedying the situation. Yuri was able to get those dampers open. Great job and he has even followed up a couple days later to ask how the heat was now working!

Very easy process from scheduling to service and clean-up. PYM's team is very thorough, respectful and did a quality job. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

From start to finish I want to say we are very happy with the professional service we received from Yuri and his assistant. They were here about a little over 4 hours and worked continually with no breaks working in unison with each other as a perfect team. They cleaned up after they were finished and Yuri said to call if we have any problems or concerns. We would definitely recomend them to any of our family or friends and we will use them again ourselves in future.

After reading all the positive reviews on here, I called Yuri yesterday to get an estimate, and he was able to fit me in today to clean out all the duct work in our house. We just bought our house this past summer, so I had no idea when the ducts were cleaned previously, but I figured it had been awhile. Our house is a traditional 3 story (around 2000 sq ft), and it took Yuri and his coworker about 4 solid hours to clean out our duct work. Apparently it was pretty dirty. After they were finished, Yuri went over with me what he found from his inspection. He gave me a lot of good information, and I know a lot more now about our heating/cooling system than I did before. I would definitely recommend this company!

Overall they did a thorough job and explained the process. Kind of noisy, but not overbearing. Satisfied with their work. Checked their work as they went and they did not miss a duct.

I had a big job for these guys. Dirty ducts, poorly installed existing hvac system, big place. They went above and beyond what I contracted them to do in trying to accomplish what I wanted, which was to make our environment as clean as possible for my asthmatic wife and young son. Patched up areas in the furnaces where dirty air was coming through, etc. Contorted themselves and crawled around getting dirty and even bloody to try to do everything that could be done. Definitely recommended.

Great Job, Yuri came on time...cleaned every duct along with the dryer vent, he did a good job and cleaned up after he finished.

Careful, thorough and professional job. Job presented some challenges (for example, difficult acess to some ducts), but this service provider is a good problem solver and overcame the challenges. My wife and I had not had the ducts cleaned in many years, they were very dirty, and we believe the air quality in the house has improved after the cleaning.

Everything went very smoothly. I placed one phone call and Yuri answered the phone right away. I knew how many vents I had, so he was able to give me a price right away. We scheduled the work to be done two days later. He showed up on time, and the work took right about the 4 hours hours he had estimated. After cleaning one of the two ducts off the vents in the master bedroom, he showed me a before and after. Amazing! He did a very thorough job. He protected my carpet with runners and wore shoe covers. There was no mess left behind. He was pleasant, polite, and professional. I highly recommend this company.

I had PYM out to my house to clean our air ducts before we moved in. Before they got started, the owner took the time to explain that some of my ducts were damaged and it would be too much of a risk to clean them,. Her was very knowledgeable and explained the issue. They completed on-time and the price was as quoted. After they were completed, the owner spent extra time with me explaining how I would need to clean my outside units. He even took the time to help clean one of them which was above and beyond what was expected. Would definitely use them again.

Great experience from the minute they showed up. They installed a large hose/vent and cleaned a very dirty flue without leaving any. residue in my home. The fireplace is safe to use.

My fireplace is in the downstairs (finished basement) 'man cave' in my house. The contractor didn't make a mess, and exercised care so as not to damage or soil anything. If your fireplace is in a lovely 'creame colored carpeting' part of your home, I'd stay on top of any contractor in terms of making them be careful around your furnishings. Don't just walk away... hang around and watch what's going on, and voice any concerns you have without hesitation. Yuri and his crew will do fine... just make sure you communicate your expectations to them clearly along those lines...

I first sent an email asking for an estimate, and he wrote me the same day, letting me know that he would need to see the place before giving an estimate. I called him, and over the phone, he asked me about the house, and after I had given him the information, he was able to give me an estimate for the air duct cleaning right then. After talking about his schedule and mine, we were able to schedule the work for two days later. I gave him the code to the house, and asked that he called me about an hour before he was finished so that I could meet him there. He called, and asked me about cleaning the dryer vent and dryer. I told him to go ahead and do that as well. I met him at the house while he was finishing up the dryer. Once he wasa finished, he went through everything with me, walking me into the basement to show me where a duct wasn't correctly connected to the floor joist above. He also showed me where a vent in the basement was hidden with the drop ceiling. He was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained that I needed to replace the filter in one of my HVAC units, and let me know what size. He told me how much lint had collected inside the dryer, and let me know that he fixed the vent as well. Apparently, the vent was not installed correctly, so he fixed it. After the explanations of all the work, he presented me with the bill, which was what he quoted me for the 2 HVAC units. He had not charged me for the dryer clean, but I insisted on paying for that, and added that cost in as well. I was very happy with his work, and how thorough he was.

Yuri and his helper arrived when they said they would. They had state of the areequipment and showed professionalism from the beginning. After giving him a rundownof where everything was, they removed their shoes and began cleaning. Was shownseveral times the progress. Both of the men were very polite and explained everythingin detail. They found a couple of issues with my ductwork and either fixed it or told mewhat I needed to do to take care of the problem.Everything was put back the way it was,cleaned up and then talked to me about what I could do to improve our home's air qualityeven further. I found PYM on Angie's List. I had an estimate from another company for cleaning my duct work as part of a mold removal job. PYM was cheaper and had excellent reviews. I called them, got an estimate immediately; they did the job right away and were there when they said they would be. I had counted the number of vents incorrectly, so what I paid was more than the estimate, but still a fair price. I have an older home and the vents were painted over many times; they handled this without any problems. Also it looked like the duct work had never been cleaned. I have a gas furnace, but the house was probably heated some other way, perhaps oil, when it was built. The job took longer than expected because of the large amount of dirt. They did an excellent job. The respiratory problems I have were greatly reduced. They also did a great job not getting any dirt in the house. I highly recommend PYM.

Yuri and his team definately know what they are doing. They showed up on time and put on booties whenever in my house. I have a large house (about 4,500 ft/sq) with 2 a/c systems. Yuri quoted me a flat rate for service which was cheaper than others who had teaser rates to get in the door and then hit you with a bunch of extra add-on's. I checked 3 other servcies before hiring PYM. Their team performed all work very efficiently and professionally. During the cleaning, Yuri actually discovered mold growing inside my furnaces and completely dissasembled both units, thoroughly cleaned them, and then reassembled them. Not part of the original bid but he did so withought hesitation or complaint after getting my approval. Today, our whole house smells cleaner and feels easier to breath. Their crew actually spent over 10 hrs at my location and worked non-stop. Did a great job. Showed me a couple of tricks on the way out to better seal my furnaces and make them work more efficiently. Highly recommend them if you are in the market, they do a great thorough job and go above and beyond what is expected. A+ customer servcie.

Found PYM on Angie's list. We've always wanted to get our ducts cleaned, but were hesitant because of all the horror stories we heard about this profession. Since this company was highly rated, I called and received an estimate on a Sunday afternoon. I was so impressed with Uri (the owner) over the phone, I hired him. He started and completed the job that week. He did an excellent job! He spent six hours removing years of dust and dirt from our ducts. We definitely needed this done. When they were finished, you couldn't even tell they were there. Uri struck me as being very knowledgeable and he is a professional. You can see he has invested significantly in his company just based on the specialty truck that he uses to do the job. Uri actually does the work himself with an assistant, so you benefit from his experience and knowledge. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone.

I was more than pleased with the way this experience went. I am near retirement and a woman living alone. Usually I am very apprehensive about having anyone in the house to do needed work. I had a good feeling about Yuri both from our phone conversation and when he introduced himself to me when he arrived. My first impressions turned out to be absolutely correct. Yuri is pleasant and very easy to work with, explaining everything and not minding questions. He sealed his equipment and covered all vents except the one he was working on so dirt would not enter the rest of the house. He used his tools to loosen all the dirt from the inside of the vents, and removed the dirt from my house to his truck through a very large tube-like hose with suction from his truck. He also cleaned the blower and furnace. After completing all that work, he helped me with my air filtration system. He permanently sealed openings between the filtering system and furnace blower that should have already been sealed at installation. After he showed that to me, I was planning on doing it myself with duct tape. He just did it (the right way) without my even asking him to. The air filtration system was not set up correctly, and he made those needed changes for me also. He seems to be a good man, and he did a very good job in my home. With the quality work he did and all my questions, he was here nearly eight hours. He was open to my interruptions, and I did not feel uncomfortable asking about things I felt I needed to know.

They did a good job and were professional in their execution. Based on other reviews I read prior to booking them, I anticipated that they would arrive late. True to form, they showed up 1/2 hour late. Otherwise, things went very smoothly and I feel they did a good job. We have two furnaces/duct systems so they were here about 5 hours in total. We had to do some heavy vacuuming after they left, but that's to be expected given the nature of the work.

We needed our duct system cleaned after having our hardwood floors refinished; choosing PYM was a no-brainer because of their history of excellent reviews here on Angie's List. When I spoke with Yuri on the phone to schedule the appointment he was very polite and enthusiastic and was able to fit us into his schedule within a week. On the day of the appointment, Yuri and his assistant Marquis arrived at 8:45am and went right to work. As others have noted, they wore protective coverings on their shoes, covered the stairs to the basement and worked with great care and precision, leaving no messes behind. Our house is on the smaller side, just under 900 sq. ft., so the process went fairly quickly; altogether it took around two hours and 45 minutes. In addition to cleaning the ductwork and furnace, Yuri did some sheet metal work to help our floor registers sit flatter and offered attic insulation tips and guidance on how to better control the temperature in the basement. We were impressed by his professionalism and found him to be quite personable.

They showed up a little late, but they had called before hand to say that was the case. I did not have to wait too long. They put on paper covers over their shoes, mats and padding to protect the walls and floors from their equiptment. They were kind and professional. They took about as long as they said they would. It's a family business. The husband had come out to do my job. He seemed extremely knowledgable. There were a few snags with our system, and he was able to work around it. The only thing to take me by surprise is he had forgotten to inform me they charge a little more if one pays with a credit card. I could see he was a little embarrassed for having to ask, and we were able to work something fair out. Overall, it went well and I feel they did a great job. Their pricing is fair. After calling around to several companies, I was able to confirm they are right in the ball park as everyone else.

Experience went well. I would hire Yuri again.
