Great job! Above and beyond my expectations and at a great price!

Yuri was fantastic. The price was reasonable and the professionalism was well above average. They managed to fish out the previous home owners stuck clothes in a laundry shoot. The entry points for where the equipment went into the duct work was plugged up very nicely with no air leakage. I would and have recommended PYM.

The owner, Yuri, said he could come out the same day we called him. He did a very thorough job. He explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He even went inside our dryer and cleaned out what had gotten inside the dryer. I would highly recommend PYM.

This was the second time Yuri cleaned our chimney. The cleaning took less than an hour. The appointment was easy to make. He arrived on time. There was no mess to clean up after he left. Yuri is quite professional. I will use him again and again.

Yuri came out and cleaned the vent out and also did a minor repair all for the originally agreed upon price. He cleaned up and did a great job. Will use them again for our house ac/furnace ducts.

This is the second time we've hired PYM to clean our air ducts. Yuri is a hard worker and does a very thorough job.

Yuri and his assistant were very responsive and worked hard when cleaning our ducts and installing a flue for a hot water heater. The work was done as quickly as it should have been (not rushed but not dragged out) and completed in a professional manner. In a few cases he was fairly opinionated, but it was clear it was for my own interests, not his.

Yuri was very pleasant and professional. Examined dryer and dryer vent and immediately began work. After cleaning vent cleaned out dryer and determined connection between dryer and vent was too long. Shortened connection and reattached. All this was done at a very reasonable price. We couldn't be more pleased with PYM's service and highly recommend them. We will definitely use their services again.

Although the provider began the work later than promised due to an overrun on a previous job, he stayed until the job and cleanup was completed.

Yuri and his partner (I didn't get his name) were extremely polite and professional. In addition to thoroughly cleaning all the duct work, Yuri went above and beyond by actually removing my furnace blower motor and cleaning that as well. He also pointed out large gaps in the sheet metal housing the filter which allowed air to circumvent the filter-allowing more dust and dirt to enter the ducts. He caulked the gaps and made some other changes that will improve the efficiency of the entire HVAC system. All while sticking to his original bid.

Yuri and his sidekick did an excellent job. Worked hard and fast, yet very careful not to touch corners and doors with their large hoses. They located a mouse that had somehow climbed into the 220V Circuit box. Not good for the mouse. He removed the critter, sanitized and cleaned the system. I was very impressed with this company and will definitely use them again to service my two HVAC systems.

This was the second occasion I've used this provider. The first time was earlier this summer when he installed a dryer vent. He was so thorough and went beyond my expectations that I hired him once again for a second job. This second job was for cleaning and correcting a variety of issues with my antiquated furnace. Then PVM Power vac cleaned my air ducts. He was here the majority of the day and still charged the initial agreed upon price. He is a honest, hard worker, who you can trust to get the job done correctly the first time!

Yuri is awesome and there is a LOT less dust in the house! We don't open our window due to allergies and the layers of dust is much less noticeable.

PYM had very good reviews and they lived up the their reputation. Very responsive, very friendly, and very informative. Great service.

They did a thorough cleaning. They found all kinds of things in our vents. They cleaned up well before leaving. Pricing was fair when compared to others. I would use them again.

While they were perhaps a bit overscheduled when we first contacted them, and missed an appointment, they did a really excellent job with all of the work. They were quite professional. As a bonus, Yuri detected a gas leak we had not been aware of, stopping a potential house fire before it happened. This reason alone would be enough for me to say yes, use PYM. The leak of course has since been fixed :)

I'm very late with the review but can offer nothing but praise. He's trust worthy, a great guy and did excellent work. No mess or fuss either. Very satisfied.

When I called for an appt and left a message, he called back within an hour. He offered to come out the same day if that worked for my schedule. He set up an approximate time and arrived reasonably close to that. He and a co-worker cleaned the dryer and dryer vent and put it all back together. They were finished and gone in less than 45 minutes.

They were very professional. They did a great job, and cleaned after their work.

Yuri, the owner, was great. Very courteous and attentive. The first thing he did before he and his assistant came in was to put on shoe covers to prevent dirt and scuffs. He laid down a drop cloth so as to not scuff anything. You can tell he was a perfectionist because he went through each floor meticulously. I couldn't believe how much dust and hair came out of our house. I would get this service done every couple years if you have bad allergies. It's a lifesaver. When the time came to clean the dryer vent, he actually put in a 90-degree elbow so that it wouldn't kink. I really was not expecting that. He went above and beyond. Very professional and nice. I would not hesitate to recommend him to my family or friends.

Really, the A ratings say it all. Pym answered my initial call; and when I had to change the appointment time, Yuric was very flexible. He arrived on time and did a very thorough job, even replacing the piece of plastic heating covering the exterior opening of the vent. Our dryer had been diagnosed with a bad motor and we had bought a new one which had not yet been delivered.. But Yuric insisted on checking the old dryer to make sure the motor was the issue, at no extra charge. He did a thorough check and found that the motor indeed had been shorted out by constant contact with a gasket that had come loose and fallen on the motor. This was service, "ablove-and-beyond". My dryer wasn't getting my cloths dry. The repair company told me to call a vent cleaner. I had been putting this off because I heard so many stories about people getting scammed. I found PYM on Angie's List and called. I spoke with Yuri (he answered on the second ring) and he offered to come right out. He was friendly, neat and most importantly, he did a great job. My dryer works like new! I wish I had called him ages ago!

I called Yure and got an estimate over the phone. The work was done the following day by Yuri and Markee. They spent 4 hours cleaning everything connected to the duct system. They were very careful to protect the newly painted walls, and the floors. Besides doing a very good job they were delightful to work with. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them. It is so nice to find a really good company to work with.
