Description of Work: Uri and his assistant spent 11 hours at our house (3500sf+basement) very thoroughly cleaning the ducts, dryer vent and chimney and cleaning out 2 furnaces. Uri was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Description of Work: This is the second time PYM has provided service for us. Not only did Yuri clean the dryer vent, but he quickly diagnosed a problem we were having with the dryer which could have been very dangerous. He installed new duct pipe which fixed the problem immediately. PYM offers outstanding service at a reasonable price.

Description of Work: Amazing!!!! I read rave reviews of Yuri and thought they couldn't be for real. He worked like the Tasmanian devil, non-stop. It was hot and I had to beg him to stop and take water breaks. I hired him to clean the air ducts in my house (I just moved in and doubt they had ever been cleaned). When we asked him if he worked with A/C, he said he did. I thought I'd have to replace the entire unit, but he had a look and said it looked like someone had stolen the freon. So, instead of spending thousands on a new compressor/condenser, I spent a few hundred replacing the freon and am now set up for the summer. I would recommend Yuri to anyone!!!

Description of Work: After having hardwood floors installed, I needed to clean the ducts from all the dust. I got a call from Yuri the same day as I requested on Angie's List. They were very accommodating to get me into their schedule immediately. They even came out when we received several inches of snow the night before. Both of the team that came out were very pleasant and Yuri answered all the questions we had. They were very careful of my new floors and used drop cloths and shoe footies in the house. I would highly recommend PYM.

Description of Work: The job was cleaning the dryer vents as required by my condo association. The work was done well, with attentive service. The gentleman arrived very late, however, and this caused me some concern. I set up the appointment on the Angie's List website. I wish I had spoken with the service provider rather than just making online contact so that we could have set a time he could manage more easily. I would use him again, but I would phone to set up the appointment.

Description of Work: We have an extremely long dryer vent pipe, with a 90 degree bend in it. Hadn't been cleaned in over 8 years. Uri arrived on time, and was extremely professional. He tested the system and found a moderate blockage. He proceeded to clean out the line, and even took the front dryer panel off and cleaned inside the dryer housing. He spent a lot of time explaining how we could do some of this ourselves to keep the system working well. He thoroughly cleaned up after himself, both inside and outside. He was here about an hour and was very thorough in all ways. Very knowledgable about this equipment, and very helpful to us. A class A job.

He has good tools and was able to show us what he was doing. To top it all off, Yuri threw in free sanitation of the ducts for us. He's a true pleasure to work with. Don't think I graded him too easy by all the ''A'' grades I gave him... this guy really deserves 'em.
Description of Work: All ducts in residential property (approximately 1800 sq. feet) were cleaned. This included approximately 15 ducts and 3 returns.

 + -1 moreI CALLED YURI AND HE ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS. HE WAS ABLE TO FIT US IN RIGHT AWAY. HE ARRIVED AS SCHEDULED, ASSESSED THE SITUATION AND BEGAN WORK. HE WAS VERY CONSCIENTIOUS AND DID A THOROUGH AND GREAT JOB. HE LAID OUT A TARP, OUTSIDE TO COLLECT THE DEBRIS AND MADE SURE THE DUCT WAS AS CLEAN AS POSSIBLE. HE SECURED THE VENT PIPE, AS WE SAW IT WAS LOOSE WHEN HE REMOVED THE COVER OUTSIDE THE HOUSE. ONCE FINISHED HE TOTALLY CLEANED THE AREA AND GAVE OTHER SUGGESTIONS SUCH AS TO TREAT THE DRYER AS A STOVE-- DO NOT LEAVE THE HOUSE WITH IT RUNNING. I'D HEARD THAT BEFORE, BUT IT SINKS IN BETTER WHEN YOU HEAR IT AGAIN. FRIENDLY, PLEASANT, DEFINITELY KNOWS HIS STUFF AND I WILL USE HIM AGAIN AND RECOMMEND HIM TO OTHERS. PRICING WAS VERY FAIR.
