Yuri answered all my questions on my initial phone inquiry. He gave me quote over the phone based on the amount of register and returns I had in my house. He and his assistant arrived promptly. He estimated that the work would take about 4 hours. Even though I had miscounted and had one more register than reported, and though the work took more than 5 hours because of the particular care he needed to take with asbestos found in a return, he stuck with the original quote. Yuri was knowledgeable, courteous, took time to answer my questions and cleaned up any mess made.

This is the most thorough job that I've ever had a company do! I have no more dust after they finish. Yuri Pomazov is very skilled and professional. They are expensive but excellent. I will continue to use their services because you know what you getting with them!

He was exactly on time, pleasant, knowledgeable and he and his helper left the house clean. He is an engineer by training so he speaks with authority on air system handling.

Everything was reasonably priced and they did an excellent job. I was very impressed how the whole processed worked. They explained everything to us and were so professional and polite. They are a great company to work with. I was pleased overall with the whole experience.

Owner and assistant arrived at the appointed time. They placed materials to protect carpets and wall corners between driveway and basement stairs. They ran a large vacuum hose from end of air duct at furnace in basement to their truck vacuum system and a compressed air hose from the truck compressor to a specific register opening. The compressed air removed dirt, dust, (one) dead bird and miscellaneous construction debris to main ductwork in basement. This process was repeated at each register and return-air grill in house. Then basement ductwork was opened and cleaned thoroughly. The assistant brushed, washed and dried each register, grill and the furnace "squirrel-cage" fan, and carefully replaced same. They carefully removed their equipment and accumulated debris at the end of the job. The work required 8.5 hours, and we received good value for the cost. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone requiring cleaning of ductwork.

They were on time and quickly found out that our 70-year old home likely hadn't ever had its ducts cleaned. It therefore took a little longer than expected, but they stayed without complaint. I did get the feeling that the assistant was itching to go because some of our vents weren't reattached quite right (which I had to work on later) and he explained away a rattling that I heard in the newly cleaned vents, while Yuri took the time to really listen to it and then to actually fix the problem. We were very happy to have our vents cleaned and thought that Pym did a very good job.

The two men worked long and hard at price far lower than the other two firms I contacted. They arrived promptly, worked earnestly, were extraordinarily polite and professional, communicated in advance to ask permission to touch or move anything, were careful not to damage paint when removing the covers from the wall, and cleaned up so well you couldn't tell there had been contractors in the house that day.

I called PYM for an estimate 3 weeks ago. We set a date for the company to come out and do the work. They were running a little late (like 5 minutes). They called to let me know that and that they were on their way and would be here shortly. When they arrived, they quickly set up and began to work. They covered everything with plastic near where they were working to safe guard our belongings. They laid canvas on the floors were they would be working. They took everything that needed to be washed out to the drive to keep as much dirt and dust out of the house. They did the downstairs unit first. When they finished with it, they turned it back on so only 1 floor was without A/C at a time. When they were finished, they cleaned up after themselves. I asked some questions which they kindly and fully answered. They gave us 3 or 4 tips or ideas about things to do to help keep our A/C units more efficient and clean. They were GREAT! I really appreciate them and the work that they did for us.

All supply and return ductwork was given a top-notch cleaning and the service was performed in a very professional manner. Yuri was very courteous and it was obvious that he cared about the quality of his work. It has been a few weeks since the service and I can definitely tell the difference in the air quality in my home.

He was very organized and cleaned up and protected any thing that could be in his equipments way. Extremely pleased.

We were impressed with his professional attitude and thoroughness. He also suggested an improvement to my furnace filter setup that I have already implemented.

I called Yuri for an appoint 7 to 8 business days before the date that I wanted to schedule it. He was able to accommodate my request for the date that I wanted (Friday, 3/9/07). He answered the phone himself (late in the afternoon)and offered to give me a bid first. I had already decided, due to the other reviews here, that I would use his company, so I just scheduled the work. He told me that he would be there at 9am and he arrived on time. His assistant removed all returns/vents and cleaned them outside. Yuri showed me exactly what he would do, pointing out things that I should know about as he went. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He talked me out of the sanitizing spray, as I did not need it and he explained how it could damage my ductwork long term. He showed me the clean ductwork afterward. The dryer vent was also done ($25). He identified a routing issue with it that I was unaware of before so that I can have that repaired. A quality job. Good price.

I was very happy with the service. Yuri was very thorough and clean. I also thought this was an exceptional price. He worked for over four hours to clean the ducts. Since the cleaning, I have noticed that my house is less dusty. I would hire Pym again and recommend to others.

On the first call I got an estimate from Yuri (the owner and chief worker). Another estimate was slightly lower, but I went with the more enthusiastic list reviews. Yuri and his aide showed up at the appointed time and did the whole three story house in one day. They were professional and courteous and considerate of the fact that my spouse and I were both working in the house while they were there. At the end, Yuri gave me tips on filter use and a summary of everything they did.

From the first call, Yuri was prompt and delivered as promised. They arrived about 9 am and worked until after 5 pm. Yuri used his wire brushes and air hoses at each air duct opening, then Rick replaced the registers and vacuumed the area to leave it perfectly clean. Yuri also pointed out a problem with the frame to hold the air filter (there isn't one), which allows dirt inside the ducts. After they left, we noticed the heater was making a clicking noise. After the New Year's weekend, I called Yuri and he came that same evening to check things out and replaced a few screws, which took care of the problem.

Yuri is the owner and operator of PYM. He takes pride in his work. He arrived on time and spent 4.5 hours at the house working. He did a thorough job. He was courteous in manner and considerate of property and did a complete job cleaning up. I was very pleased.

Yuri is a professional in every way. He promptly returned our call for an estimate and scheduled a date for our service very quickly. On the day of the appointment, Yuri called to let us know he was on his way, and he arrived on time. I work from home, and have a 2 year old at home, and Yuri was very considerate of our presence while doing his job. His work was done in a very professional manner, and Yuri answered any questions we had. With regards to cleaning our dryer, we noticed that our laundry would get dry in half the time it was taking prior to Yuri's service. The price was very reasonable, and did not differ one cent from his estimate.

Great. He worked very hard and stayed longer than expected to ensure the job was done right. He was also pleasant to deal with and made some suggestions on how to improve the air flow in my home.

UNBELIEVEABLE!!! Spent 11 hours there. 70 year old house. He and assistant did a fantastic job...above and beyond the call of duty is all I can say. House was clean afterwards and everything put back...call him right away.

We were very impressed with Yuri's company. They arrived on time, explained the process, and began the work. Yuri worked to get the baby's room done early enough, so she could nap on time. They were very detail oriented making sure that each vent cover was removed without marring the paint and returning them to their proper locations. They did a good job of keeping the house clean and in good order. The job was rather costly but that was because the floor vents had been filled with debris and because we have two furnaces.

We have a very old house, and the air ducts were very dirty. Yuri provided pricing over the phone, as well as details on how the work would be performed. He was prompt and professional and we were extremely happy with the level of service. Everything was cleaned up well. The job ended up taking a few more hours than he originally anticipated, but he stayed to make sure it was done right.

Yuri provided an onsite inspection and estimate and we made an appointment. Turned out that he had a cancellation one morning and I was available, so the work got done sooner than expected. Yuri and his partner worked quickly, and did what they promised in the estimate, for the stated price. The equipment caused less indoor mess than I expected; even so, they did a good job of cleaning up. Yuri is very polite and eager to do a good job. His helper doesn't speak much English, yet. No problem.

Yuri was accommodating from the start. He came right out on the evening that I called and started the project at 6 pm. Even after realizing the extent of the problem, he finished the repairs which took over 3 hours. During the entire job he was polite, friendly and professional. Upon completion, he explained to us what we should expect and how to prevent future problems. We couldn't have been happier with the service we received.
