Yuri and his helper worked hard in hot weather, kept our house clean, and did what seems to be a very effective job. Ducts had not been cleaned in 30 years. Extraordinary work ethic. He deserved a bigger tip.

We have a new dryer and within a couple of weeks of having it installed we noticed that dryer lint was all over the laundry room. Our first thought was that the vent was blocked so we called PYM (Yuri Pomazov, the owner). He was able to get to us the next day and quickly discovered the problem - the vent hose was not connected to the dryer! We assume that the installers (Sears) did not do a very good job with the original installation. We have a fairly long way for the dryer vent to go from the laundry room to the outside and since we have lived here for 10 years and have never had the vent cleaned we wanted to have Yuri clean it out. And as it turned out, it really needed it. It was so clogged that there was a real possibility of a fire. Yuri and his assistant spent two hours cleaning and testing the vent and then very securely reconnected it to the dryer.

Overall, the project exceeded my expectations in terms of cost and prompt response.

Worked clean and thorough. Explained everything they were doing and things they thought I needed to know. Cleaned up after themselves to the point that there was no sign they had been here when they left. Price very reasonable for work performed (six hours). Will DEFINITELY use again. He taped up the joints of the pipe because they were leaking some air and cleaned up all around it and told us we had the wrong vent on the outside because its restricting the air. We're going to get a new vent. We were very happy with him and the information and service that he provided. I got same day service. He did a thorough job.

Phoned Yuri who asked me approx. how large our home was. Based on what I told him, he gave me the estimate of $350 over the phone. He was polite and to the point and agreed to come out within a week to do the work. He showed up on time and told me what he and his assistant would do. He showed me the inside of a duct with a mirror/flashlight (gross!) and began. It took 6-7 hours! They were very thorough and took their time. Our house is 65 years old and probably has never had ducts cleaned. Yuri cleaned the furnace, added braces to some ductwork, caulked some ducts, and gave advice on several issues. Yuri deserves a medal for outstanding work, and I just add my bravos to him and his assistant for a job beautifully done.

He did an outstanding job and I would recommend him highly. He knew exactly what needed to be done and did a really good job. He said the dryer vent had been put together wrong originally, so he put it together better than it was. I would not hesitate to use them again. He arrived on-time and was polite throughout. He explained what he was doing and why it needed to be done.

It has made an incredible difference in the dustiness and air quality of our home. I had a cough since moving in which is now gone. Yuri also gave suggestions for balancing the system so that all rooms cool equally. A great company!

Yuri and his employee were quite respectful of our home. Each time they entered our home they either removed their shoes or Yuri placed booties over his shoes; I had not asked them to do so. They also placed tarps leading into our home and up the steps to the furnace. Yuri explained in detail the work he was to perform and set about to do so. While he was cleaning our ducts, he noticed one of the ducts was not capped off so he sealed it up for us. He also suggested the types of air filters I should use. Whenever I would interrupt him with a question, he would take the time and answer my question in lay man's terms.

I was very pleased with the work and would use this company again in the future.

When I called PYM, Yuri said he would be there at 9am. At nine o'clock on the dot, he called to let me know he would be just a few minutes late, and he arrived at 9:15. The first thing he did when he came in was to present me with his card, which I felt was very professional. I was pleased with his service once the work began. He cleaned everything that had a pipe in the basement and did not leave until 5pm. Our house is 140 years old and the air ducts have not been cleaned in at least twenty years. They did a very good job and Yuri was a very nice young man. The price was a little more than expected, but his work (which included cleaning the air fan and a few other smaller things) was worth it.

Yuri did a tremendous job. Wife has severe asthma and we have had our ducts cleaned in previous homes (have moved six times in twenty years) and this was the best, most complete job ever. He was in the house 10 hours!! Professional, provided suggestions regarding our furnace (how to improve efficiency, etc.). We highly recommend PYM.

Took about 7 hours - had lots of dust from a remodel. Arrived in the AM - took their lunch around one of my existing appointments and cleaned up after themselves.

Yuri arrived within hours of a phone call. He worked diligently doing an excellent job. He tested to make sure the vent was clear of wet lint.

Great job. On time, professional, thorough. Took down the broken humidifier from the furnace and patched up the hole as well. Also repaired a duct that had a minor problem.

Excellent job! Not only were the ducts cleaned completely, Yuri caulked the furnace air filter holder so that dirty air would not get sucked in around the airfilter. He also cleaned the furnace humidifier system. They were very professional. Don't expect quick or inexpensive work. They were at my house for eight hours and are more expensive than some other air duct cleaning services. But the quality of the work was definitely worth the time and money. Much better than an earlier experience with another company.

Great job, informed me of everything they were doing, cleaned up after themselves, very polite and professional. Took the time to show me where to troubleshoot a humidifier, also where to open and close ducts for proper balance. Absolutely fantastic - made sure furnace was working properly before leaving, and advised of replacement of filter needed in humidifier. Couldn't be happier with work. Will use again.

Yuri got back to me immediately. Was available to do the work the following week. He was extremely thorough. He even cleaned ducts that were no longer in use and gave me advice on what brand of humidifier to buy. He worked hard from 9:30 am until 7:00 pm and his price was great. I would recommend him to anyone.

They did a great job. I called Yuri for an estimate and he verbally gave me one over the phone. We scheduled the work for the next week. They called the night before to confirm the appointment and the next morning to say they were on the way. Yuri and his assistant were very professional and courteous. The explained the process and quickly got to work. I was surprised at how long the entire process took (7 hours) but I was really impressed with their work ethic. When they were done they gave me a detail description of what they did and any concerns they had regarding our systems. Overall I was very pleased and would highly recommend them.

I agree with all the good things I had read about Yuri in previous reports. He is a real professional, very efficient, and honest. He and his assistant did a great job. It took them over 3 hours to complete it. I would definitely recommend him to others.

Add another very positive review to the list! I really think professionals like Yuri are why this list was developed (I got his name for the list). Meticulous is probably the best way to describe him. Came and cleaned every nook and cranny of our antiquated system. They did not leave until the tough job was done. Don't let the project cost scare you away - there was probably over 50 man hours involved. If you are going with any other company, you aren't getting the best!! It is actually refreshing to see someone who still cares about getting the job done right.

Yuri and his worker arrived on time. They worked quickly and professionally. Our new home seemed to have a lot of dust, so we hired them in hopes to eliminate any construction dust that may be circulating in the house. Although they did a good job, we still notice more dust in this home than our previous one and are now realizing that's probably due to all of the extra windows in this house. We feel better knowing that they've been cleaned, however, next time around, I probably would have waited several more years to do it. I was impressed that Yuri recommended doing it every 10 years; he could have said every 5 years and I wouldn't have known any better.

Yuri answered his cell phone, gave me an estimate over the phone and we made the appointment immediately. Yuri and his team did a great job! They showed up on time and were very careful about putting mats down to protect the house and floors. The house looked great when they left. There was no dust flying through the air like I thought there might be and they washed every register by hand before they replaced them. Yuri also took the time to explain some details about the humidifier on the furnace and how the HVAC vents should be adjusted to get the best air flow through the entire 2 story house. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Yuri showed up on time, did the work promised, and kept to his estimate. Our dryer was running hot, and it was suggested to us by another repairman that we have the dryer vent cleaned. The dryer is 15 years old and had never been cleaned. Yuri was meticulous, explained everything he was doing in detail, and did a superb job of cleaning both the complete dryer and vent which had not been cleaned for 15 years!! He was courteous, professional, and completely cleaned up any mess. The area was immaculate when he left. I will probably have him back to clean our whole duct system in the house after seeing what a great job he did and how reasonable his prices were.
