Yuri arrived a little late (we live far out and it was raining VERY HARD all day) and assessed work and set up pretty quickly. He explained everything he was going to do in detail and performed the work with as little inconvience to us as possible. It took all day (we had 30+ vents) and was well worth it. He cleaned up really well considering the flooding we had outside that day. I have recommended him to friends and neighbors.

They were very good. They were on time. To get to some branches of the ducts they had to make a hole and they repaired it perfectly.

Perfect. Yuri and his helper arrived right on time and got to work promptly. The throughly cleaned every vent and duct and the air cleaner and the fan blades in the furnace. They worked hard for 7 hours stopping on a while for some lunch. After they finished cleaning up, Yuri explained everything they did and tips on how to keep dust away.

I bought the house a few months ago and noticed some soot coming out of the ducts when I shut off my dampers in the basement. I thought it would be a good idea to get the ducts cleaned even though I had paperwork from the previous owner of the house indicating they had been done 3 years ago (by a different company). PYM showed up around 10:00am. They set up and began working. I was home the whole time and could hear that a lot of stuff was getting sucked out of the ducts (I was working in the basement). The owner of PYM did the work and was surprised when I told him that the previous owners had the ducts cleaned 3 years ago. It did not look like it to him. He was familiar with the previous company (they advertise in the local circulars) and indicated he was not surprised they did a substandard job. Needless to say, it took them a while to clean the whole house given it had not properly been cleaned in some time. They took a short lunch break and finished at 5:00. I felt guilty only paying $350 for almost 7 hours of work. The previous company had charged much more for substandard work. I was home the whole time. PYM certainly worked! The crew was very professional. Laid covers down to reduce the amount of dirt. No mess upstairs. Some dirt in the basement where the ducts were exposed given there were not tight seals on all of the ducts (old house). PYM explained this would likely happen before they began the work. No surprises. The owner of PYM was very helpful. He showed me a return vent which a previous do-it-yourselfer had rigged up without actual metal duct work (not such a good idea). He gave me several suggestions to consider to better cool my top floor. He was very helpful and professional. I rarely have had such a good experience with a home repair company in the past. It was a real pleasure to have PYM work on my house. I will most definitely give them a call in the future when I get my ducts cleaned again.

Yuriv arrived on time on the agreed upon date. He walked through our house and checked out where we had registers and cold air returns. Once his helper arrived they hooked up a huge vacuum to our furnace. They then went to each register and return in the house and agitated the dirt and gunk that had collected over the years. The agitation was done with a special long bit attached to a heavy duty electric drill. Once the dirt and gunk was loosened it flowed away in the vacuum and was collected in a truck parked in our driveway. The entire process from start to finish in our 2800 square foot home with a finished basement took approximately four hours including clean up.

He arrived promptly at 9:00 and left by 3:00. Did a great job cleaning out the vents and keeping the house clean. Took me through the process after and showed me areas to in my HVAC that I can improve to increase efficiency. A great job overall.

AWESOME!!! The gentleman who owns the company did the work himself, and he was impeccable. He even reattached some vents that were loose. He worked all day long. He was polite, very careful about keeping things clean and neat, and cleaned up everything after he was finished. He said that he does his work the way his grandparents taught him; they would be proud!

We have heard horror stories from friends about the air duct cleaning company that always sends out the mailers ripping them off with extra charges. I had never seen as many positive Angies List reviews as PYM had, so we tried them out., He did good work. He is a civil engineer and is very knowledgeable.

These guys were great from the beginning. They clearly explained the process, showed progress with mirrors and were incredibly detailed. I refer them to anyone who asks.

Dmitri fit me in on one day's notice; they did it after another job the same day. Dmitri showed me the before-and-after; they were careful and cleaned up after themselves. It took longer than I'd expected (this was my first experience with getting ducts cleaned), but I think some of that is due to the care with which they worked. He gave me good advice. They arrived shortly after a terrific windstorm. Dmitri told me that the weathervane had been blown from the garage roof into the driveway -- and he offered to come back in nicer weather to put it back for me, at no charge.

Everyone should perform like Yuri. He was prompt, informative and we got much more value than what we paid. The job turned out to be quite a bit more than what he might normally run into but he stayed 5 hours to get the job done correctly...and he stayed with his original quote. This company is really good! If you need a dryer vent cleaned...they are the only ones to call! My wife is having them come back to clean our chimneys!

PYM sent us Yuri and Dmitri to clean our air ducts. They were a little late, but called to say that they would be. They were courteous and very helpful. I feel that the air coming from our vents is clean now. We wanted the best job done, because our dog has developed asthma and we were looking to having this done again as a possible. solution. I must say that she has had far fewer problems and trips to the veterinarian since PYM came to help us. (We had our furnace vents cleaned by an other company two years ago.) So, we thank them every day for helping us. They truly were worth every penny, and we would recommend them to everyone.

Yuri & his crew spent the day cleaning our air ducts. When he first arrived, he walked through the house with my husband & I and he explained what he was going to do. He warned us that it would be quite loud, so we asked that he start in our kids rooms, to avoid interfering with their naps. He was happy to do so. Yuri was very polite & did a great job. He cleaned up afterward. We plan to hire him again the next time we need our air ducts cleaned! Thanks Yuri!

I have been concerned about getting our dryer vent cleaned for some time as I had not done this- way overdue! I had received mailers from various companies, but instead went on Angie's List to check out services available. I called Yuri this week and he fit us in promptly. He called before he came out and cleaned not only the vent but our dryer as well. Very pleasant young man and informative.

Terrific experience. Yuri and his colleague are highly professional. They called to let us know they were running slightly late, did a walk-through of the house, inserted a camera to show us the amount of muck in the ducts, and got to work. Yuri's colleague removed the registers and washed them in our basement, while Yuri systematically cleaned the insides of the ducts. He also gave us tips to keep the ducts clean, and showed us the dramatic difference afterwards. We were expecting a much higher cost, given that they spent an entire day at our house, but the $350 bill was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommended, and very deserving of their award.

We have used this company before. I like that he explains procedures & why we need to do them. He goes above what you might expect. He is personable, efficient, & hard working.

Yuri and his helper worked hard in hot weather, kept our house clean, and did what seems to be a very effective job. Ducts had not been cleaned in 30 years. Extraordinary work ethic. He deserved a bigger tip.
