Too bad. Think I would have been an easy sell on his fabulous air duct cleaning equipment. Instead am using someone else who has common courtesy and respect for other people.

We were very impressed with Mr. Pomazov's technical knowledge, his powerful cleaning equipment, and professional attitude. He first used measuring devices to measure the airflow in the vent and the air pressure at its exterior exit. He was able to demonstrate the improvement made with these devices when he completed the work. (More practically, I could feel the difference with my hand over the exterior vent.) He laid tarps on the floors and rugs before bringing his venting equipment into the house. His vacuum operates from a unit on his large truck and sucks lint through a large hose system. This unit is much more powerful and efficient than the equipment used by other technical personnel whom we have hired in the past. Past technicians have used shop vacuums. Since he already had his equipment assembled at our home, and since my wife and I were both impressed by the work that he did on the dryer and its vent, we asked him to clean our chimney as well. He did this for a fraction of the cost that we have paid in the past. We believe that he did a better job than has been done in the past.

Yuri and his assistant cleaned the duct work in our 1600 s.f. home. We had never had it done before, and Yuri was quite detailed in explaining his method of cleaning. He and his assistant were careful entering and leaving the house. Each time, they would remove and replace the shoe booties, which I really appreciated since we just had new carpeting and hardwood floors installed. The only reason I did not give them an "A" for overall experience, was that there was a lot of cleaning up to do in the basement after they left. I guess it was some of the debris that spewed out from the ducts while they were blowing out. I did not know this would happen, but I expect they should have. I feel that the basement should have been vacuumed after they were done cleaning. I spent considerable time dusting shelves as well. Both of these gentleman worked diligently and professionally. I would also like to commend Yuri for fixing a jagged area on our furnace where the furnace filters would get caught when trying to remove them.

PYM Air Duct Cleaning provided a detailed explanation of their process and a very reasonable quote. They are professional, thorough and experienced as well as pleasant to work with. They did an excellen job of protecting the floor and other areas necessary and cleaned up before leaving. The price was as quoted and there were no surprises. They also provided some suggestions to maintain the ducts. We have noticed a significant improvement in air quality and lower dust. I would highly recommend them!

This was my first reference from Angie's list and the company has a spotless record on Angies list that I ditto on every count. I give them an A+ for effort, quality, and results. I will recommend this service to friends and family as well. My judgement of the results is that there is a noticeable improvement relative to the services rendered.

Wow. I've only been an member of Angie's List about 1 week and only joined because I wanted a reputable air duct cleaner. The reviews for PYM were amazing and I have to say, SPOT ON! I was on a really tight time frame and Yuri's voicemail message to me said he'd be willing to work on Saturday. I was just about to return his call when the phone rang and he asked if he could come by TODAY, as he had a cancellation. I was beyond thrilled at his willingness to work within my impossible timeline. From the initial phone call until he walked out the door, he and his assistant, Markie, were professional, respectful and just plain nice. They took the time to answer my questions and explain what was going on. I had no idea how long such work would take and they both worked tirelessly (they were here over 7 hours!) We ran into some duct problems that had to be repaired and while I wasn't anticipating the added expense, his quote was more than reasonable. If you need to have your ducts cleaned, look no further. Yuri is the man.

I chose PYM due to the great reviews from others on Angie's List, and I had the same great experience. Yuri is probably the most professional, energetic tradesman we have worked with to date. He and his crew member did an excellent job and you could tell they took the job very seriously. He showed great respect for my home and came prepared with shoe covers (which were used religiously), asked if it was okay to use the restroom and which one they should use, and told me when they were going on lunch break and for how long. He has serious professional gear, including his truck which creates the vacuum suction used to help clean the duct work. Yuri was very thorough and passionate about explaining problems we had with our current duct work layout and ways to improve the efficiency of our HVAC system (note that these recommendations would have to be worked by an HVAC company, so he was not trying to sell anything). I could tell by the level of detail Yuri used that he truly knows what he is doing, and I felt comfortable having him in my home. I would most definitely recommend PYM to anyone looking to clean their duct work, you will not be disappointed.

Yuri and his assistant were excellent. They showed up on time and went above-and-beyond the call of duty. He gave us a quote over the phone after asking several questions about our house. His equipment is modern and thorough. He knew more about my furnace than the company that regularly services it. I HIGHLY recommend him. He is honest; look no further.

This is the first time I have used any company from Angie's List, and everything was wonderful.

Yuri and his assistance could have not been more professional. They were very considerate and careful preparing for the job, laying down plenty of mats. Since this industry has many rip off artists, I was very watchful of the job being done. Yuri was more than happy to show me the condition of the vents before and after and explained his services in detail. Everything vented to the truck outside. Two weeks earlier I had a heating and cooling company service my furance and humidifer. When Yuri opened the humidifer unit, the pad literally fell apart with black mold. The HVAC company informed me I didn't need a new pad. Obviously, the previous contractor never even looked at the humidfer and what they called a furnance cleaning was a joke. Yuri showed me the blower motor fan. It was caked with dust. It's been a little over a month since my whole house cleaning. I noticed immediately the difference in the air I'm breathing in the house. It smells fresh. No need for those sanitizing sprays other company try and sell you. My house dust is less. Changed the furance filter after one month and it was noticably less dirty since the cleaning. I would highly recommend this company and service. It's worth the money. You don't need this done every year. I plan to have PYM return to clean my A/C evaporator coil for the upcoming cooling season.

I called PYM to get the ducts cleaned in a new rental house we are movig into( I had used PYM in the past about a year ago) and was able to get an appointment that same day in the afternoon. Yuri came out with his assistant and started to set up...his assitaint upstairs preping the heat registers blocking some off and stringing an air hose through the rooms. When Yuri opened the furnace he said he smelled gas...he got his gas detector out and started probing around all the connections in the furnace and he was able to narrow it down to the automatic gas valve shutoff...(seems it was not closing all the way the internal valve wasnt seating properly so gas was leaking past it) We shut the furnace down and tured off the gas inlet to the furnace. I called my landlord....Yuri and his assintant then went ahead and cleaned the ducts using his state of the art equipment...super huge vacumm that runs off of the Trucks engine and creates a super suction...they mount a hose with like a 16 diameter onto the open furnace...and sealing it off with a heavy duty canvas tarp...it creates a suction in the trunk (main) line for the duct work...they then go to the highest point in the system and start feeding the airhose attachments through the ducts...the air hoses have smaller flexible tubes attached that wiggle and bouch all around when under high pressure to dislodge anything in there path that gets sucked up into the vacuum being created ...they do this for both the heat and air return lines....and go from duct to duct down the line working there way back...he also opened up the furnace and cleaned the evaporator coil for the AC...When they finished ...they cleaned up and packed there equipment....By that time the landlady had gotten ahold of the HVAC person....when he came he confirmed the leak and was able to repair it with a replacement part....I cant say enough about the quality of Yuri's work and detail to attention...I'm so glad he found that leak

PYM provided me with excellent service. They were on time and got right to work. They used drop cloths to keep my house clean. An they cleaned up so well you couldn't tell they had even been there. Yuri also provided me with advice on my furnace which will save me money and time in the long run. I cant give these guys enough praise on their professionalism and work.

PYM Air Duct Cleaning Company provides good customer service. The service was scheduled in a short notice. The people that came out for the work were very helpful.

What was to be duct and furnace cleaning turned out to be much more after complications. Yuri and his associate spend the whole day making as much as possible right. There was a hidden problem that showed up during their work, and instead of ignoring it or jury rigging it, they explained the problem in great detail - with pictures on our computer - and suggested possible ways to have it fixed. The possibilities included some future work by them, but they didn't try to get us to use them for it. Yuri is a very knowledgeable and intelligent guy, and it really showed at this time. Extremely fair, professional and courteous. What we paid was more than simply cleaning what is there to be cleaned, but they spent a lot of time investigating the problem and applying a temporar fix, making sure that it does not get worse before we have it fixed. I think the hourly rate for the extra work was very fair; even tilted in our favor. The equipment appears to be state of the art. Duct and furnace cleaning is a job that could leave a lot of mess around the house, but they clean up everything. They even take off their shoes in the house. _____UPDATE_____ We decided to have the repair of the hidden problem fixed by PYM. The problem was that the return air duct (only one in a small house) was made of drywall behind the grille to the furnace, and the top had caved in. That allowed return air to go to the attic, and in turn, fed the furnace from the attic. Lots of problems there. In addition, there was a large void below the grille on the other side of the wall, in an uninsulated area, so return air was coming from everywhere. Yuri and his associate, Marquis came and worked harder than we have ever seen anyone work - same as when they cleaned the ducts - and fixed it. They removed the old drywall and framed the whole return air channel from the grille to the furnace, adding insulation, and put fire grade drywall all around inside the framing. It is fixed extremely well. Again, cost was very reasonable. We would not hesitate to recommend PYM for anything that they agree to do.

What can I say. The service that was provided to us was unbelievable. PYM arrived on time, explained what would be done, and then went about cleaning the vents. Their were no "surprises" as the price was at or near what we were told it would be. They also repaired the humidifier that was connected to our heater and did a great job on the mess we called a dryer vent. As for the heater, they cleaned the carbon deposits of the burners and water heater. I can tell you that not only did we notice the quality of the air we breathe being better, but it seemed as though our heater did not need to work near as hard to keep the house warm (we haven't gotten this month's bill yet so I don't know for sure) I do know that after our dryer was cleaned it took a quarter less time to dry our clothes. Good company, good work.

They were recommended online and they were awesome. The price was less than I thought it would be. Yuriy is the guy who owns the company. He and his partner came in and they were very professional. They called when they were on their way to let me know that they were on their way. They put booties on before they walked in the house. They were very polite overall. It was very cold that day and they did their best to block off the cold air coming into the house. They were very tidy and picked up after themselves. They worked constantly and got it done. They were very friendly. When they were done, Yuriy took us down and showed us what they had done. He explained everything to us. They were great. They got it done quickly and our house looked just like it was before they got here except that the ducts were a lot cleaner. They were fantastic. They had many reviews online and they had five stars on every single one of them, which you really don?t ever get to see. They were really great. They were very kind, professional and simple. They were in and out and they also did an excellent job. You get what you pay for. They were very reasonable for the amount of work they did and for the time they spent here. If need be, then I would definitely hire them again.

I was pleased with the service. The dryer hose was replaced to bring the hose up to code. I would recommend this company. The men acted professionally and completed the work efficiently.

Quick and easy to reach them and set up an appointment for soon. They called before showing up and began by protecting floors and walls from the equipment they had to bring in which included a one-foot in diameter flexible vacuum hose which connected from their truck in the driveway through the house, down the stairs and into the furnace room. Each corner they had to turn was protected from abrasion by plastic V-shaped vertical poles on stands so that the hose wouldn't scratch the walls and corners. They removed their shoes while in the house (without being asked). They repaired small holes in the ductwork which the builder neglected to plug. They warned me that my painted return vents might have paint pulled off by the adhesive patches they use to stop air flow while cleaning. It happened only on one vent which was recently painted. We still had the paint can available so touch-up was quick and easy. Where the hose came into the house they had to leave the door open, so they used plastic to keep the cold and the bugs out. It was very noisy for hours as the brushes went through all the ducts. We did not notice any residue in the house from all the dirt that was in the ducts. There was nothing to clean up that wasn't on their protective floor covers. We received a senior discount as promised and the Angies List $10 coupon.

The worker called in advance and was punctual. He and one other helper were very clean and did a thorough job. They vacuumed everything when finished. They even offered to show us the air ducts when they were finished.

Yuri and his employee arrived on time. He explained to me what they were going to do and then got to work. My furnace is located in a very cramped space, but Yuri said he could work out a way to get the access he needed. Obviously, he did. I believe that Yuri is a true professional and cares about giving his customers all the information they want, and I would definitely hire him again.

gave estimate by email which was nice; worked with my schedule to schedule a date; arrived on that date and sucked out the dust. pretty simple. Seems like a small company, maybe only Yuri and his helper, but the equipment looked very new and modern. Looked like a brand new truck. He also gave much needed advice on the furnace filter and helped me install a new one correctly. And ended up uninstalling a moldy humidifier and unused vent. $10 additional for each. $350 for ducts. $50 for furnace. $10 discount for Angies list.

I have never had a better experience with a service performed in my home. Yuri was very professional, kind, patient and thorough. He answered all my questions and pointed out things that I might need to see. For example, he called me upstairs to watch while he cleaned out a vent. I was able to see the before and after, while he explained everything he was doing. He also gave me some great tips on how to make our furnace more efficient. They took all precautions to ensure that they left the house as clean as when they arrived. At the end of the day, Yuri found a hot wire in our ceiling tiles in the basement. For no extra charge, he took the time to find which breaker switch turned off the wire. I would recommend Yuri to anyone. It was a pleasure to meet him and would use him again in an instant! While he may be a little pricier than some of the air duct cleaning companies you find in your Money Mailer, he works hard, is very precise, leaves no mess and leaves your house clean and fresh!
