Description of Work: We live in an 85 year old house in the 2nd floor condo. Yuri first assessed our furnaces, air ducts, and cold air returns. Very quickly thereafter he and Markey(sp?) began covering floors with drop cloths, removing ducts, and visualizing the ducts. They have a huge truck which produced what seemed like tremendous suction through a very large exhaust hose. They went about cleaning each air vent in a very careful manner. I was impressed with the time and attention they gave to the job. They communicated their actions every step of the way. Yuri showed us that our furnace filters (both furnaces) were not properly positioned for good filter efficiancy. He had us look into the space which contains the filters and explained this in complete detail which made perfect sense. They both continued working throughout the day, 9 hours to complete the job. But the best part was that Yuri stayed even later and refashioned a track, with sheet metal from his truck, to better hold the air filter up against the furnace, and for the other furnace he was able to seal up the cold air return to improve filter efficiancy. He gave us tips to get better service from our furnaces. He even discovered a very, very small gas leak! I rated PYM down just a little on punctuality because they arrived later than the scheduled time, but Yuri did call to let us know he would be late. I was completely satisfied with the work done by PYM, and again have seen that you really do get what you pay for. I would definitely recommend Yuri for your duct cleaning.

Description of Work: We hired PYM to clean our air ducts. We were able to book a Saturday morning appointment with only one week's notice. There was a little delay with our start time, but i was more than satisfied with the quality of the work. They laid down drop cloths, wore booties, and were very careful with our things. They worked around two dogs and a house full of kid stuff and other clutter. They performed the work within the time estimated, at the price quoted, and they gave us some good recommendations for maintenance and upkeep. Would definitely recommend.

Description of Work: Yuri was very pleasant to work with. I had just had our floors resanded and wanted to get the house nice and clean. He explained how his truck works and why his company was different than others who do cleaning. When he came I saw how duc should really be cleaned. I can tell a difference in our home and am thankful that Yuri took his time. Thank you.

Description of Work: Havent had too many good experiences with contractors in our house ,but Yuri with PYM was excellent. This is my first report because im usually too busy but again he was superb. For details theres plenty of other reports to read. Hes a little more expensive than the others but when you get your estimates and details of their work involved you will understand why.

They cleaned up the entire area in which they worked and charged exactly what they estimated. We would heartily recommend them to anyone wanting a good job done at a fair price.

Description of Work: Yuri, the owner gave me a price over the phone for the amount of vents/returns I counted. He and another man, came over exactly on time. They cleaned all my vents, etc. I was home all day on the computer and didn't even notice they were there. It took around 4.5 hours and they left my house looking perfect! Very nice, informative and professional! I'd have them back anytime!

Description of Work: Yuri arrived punctually. He took a quick survey of the all the air ducts and returns in the house, explained what he planned to do and immediately got to work. He showed us what a dirty return looks like and how the appearance changed after cleaning. Yuri's associate also washed all the duct covers before installing them again. They were very professional and courteous. Yuri and his associate cleaned up after they were done.
