Jim from Midwest Carpet Cleaning did a fantastic job. He arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. I purchased the 1800 sqaure foot Angie's deal but actually had more than 1800 square feet. I think the additional charge was very fair. The carpets look amazing. He removed stains on the stairs that I never thought would come out. I will use him for all my future carpet cleaning and have already given his name to friends looking for someone to clean their carpets.

Performed all the services as noted but did not do one flight of stairs, which we decided not to pay their requested additional cost as we believed it should have been included as the only stairs they did do had three stairs on them.

A very nice man arrived on time and did a fairly good job. One chair has noticeable dirt on the front of the seat cushion. My two chihuahuas loved him.

Paul did a great job. He even offered to come over early because he was running ahead of schedule, which worked out nicely for me.

He showed up and did the work fine and although the carpets weren't dirty before, they didn't really look like they had been more than vacuumed. You can typically see where the carpet fibers have been pulled upright due to the cleaning and can also see the lines where they machine went back and forth over the room. I really could hardly tell it had been cleaned. The carpets were clean when I arrived, I just don't know if they were any cleaner than before.

The technician was punctual and polite. However, I thought he worked hurridly and I had to ask him to go back and clean the chairs more thoroghly which he willingly did. Overall the service was adequate.

Went fine, cleaned dark spots and carpet turned out very nice. Contact to schedule a date/time was efficient. They came as expected (only a little late from the customer before me).

I received a prompt response after purchasing a deal on Angie's List, and was able to make an appointment for the next day. They showed up exactly on time, were very friendly and professional, and managed to take care of my basement in just an hour. The cat urine smell is blissfully gone, and the whole basement looks and smells amazing now. They did fine. The guy was nice, he did his job, he did it quicker than we expected and he was very easy to work with.

overall it went fine. was somewhat disappointed that some of the stains were in the carpet were not able to come out. so nothing negative, would consider using them again, but will also look at others. communication was good upfront.

My experience was fine. They were easy to work with. Scheduling an appointment was good. They did a good job.

They did a good job. I had a problem that I haven't talked to them about yet. There was a blue spot on my carpet in a corner that I think came from his cleaning solution. But I still need to call him about it. He is not aware of it yet and hasn't had a chance to respond.

The service was great. He is a local. I think he did charge a little extra because of the hallway. I asked that he pays a special close attention to that because it gets most of the traffic. I think he only charged like an extra $10. He did that over twice. He was a one-man crew and he was very friendly and nice.

My renter said the carpet was wet for 2 days. The carpet looked OK but he must have used way too much water.
