Very well, the technician explained what he was doing and what the challenge of cleaning the area rug was going to be.

Technician was nice and did a great job. My only complaint is that the deal I bought turned out to not be such a value. I was ultimately happy with the job they did and the price was in line with competitors, but wasn't as much of a value as I anticipated. Still, I was happy with the work they did and would recommend them.

We recently moved into a new home and wanted to have the floors professionally cleaned. We initially only were scheduled to have the carpets cleaned but added Tile & Grout later. They were able to accommodate the additional request into the original appointment. The technician showed up within the specified time frame and was very professional. We were very happy with the results of the carpet and tile cleaning.

Jim was great. He worked our job in on short notice, which I really appreciated, and worked quickly and efficiently. He arrived on time, reviewed with me what I wanted him to do and then did just what I asked. He even moved a heavy dresser as an added request. The carpets look and smell great. I'm really happy with his work and plan to call him again the next time we need the carpets cleaned.

We discovered that our brand new house had previously had cats in it shortly after moving in. My husband is highly allergic. Midwest Carpet Cleaning had done the carpets in our house we were selling (did an awesome job!) and I called to see if they might be able to help in a pinch. Jim was most helpful. He promptly provided us with an appointment to clean the whole house ... offered some solutions to help with the dander. It not only looks great, but also has helped my husband love our new house!

Cleaning - Spent extra time on a few places. Everything looks fantastic! Would definitely recommend to others and will be using them again! Also had them stretch the carpet in our basement in a few spots. Cost of that service was $210 and totally worth it! You would never know there were any issues with the carpet now!

We weren't real happy with it because we ended up getting less done than we expected to. We expected to get a certain amount of stuff cleaned based on the deal. The quality was fine. They came out when they said they were going to.

Cleaned like no other. I was a little worried about what was working so well - he provided the name of the product and I looked it up on line. Not a "green" product but used in hospitals. Stains completely removed from small bedroom carpet. Was told that the smell in the living room may get worse before it got better. This was true. Very, very happy with the service and the price. I feel like I received great value for my money.

Jim of Midwest Carpet Cleaning did my job. He arrived on time and got to work right away. Some areas I was planning on replacing because of stains I could never get out. Once the carpet dried I was amazed at how great the carpet looked. My son was out of town for the last few months and he came in our house commenting right away that the carpet looked new. Overall they did an A plus job and I would recommend their company to anyone who wants a fresh look to their carpet.

Really could not have been happier, carpets look great, sofas are squeaky clean. Price was great too. Would definitely use them in the future and recommend them to anyone needing carpets cleaned.

The job was excellent! I thought I would have to replace the carpet in my finished basement because (to me) it looked so bad, but they were cleaned so well by Midwest Carpet Cleaning that it was not necessary! Paul showed up on time, explained what he would be doing, informed me of other options I had and went right to work. He was finished when he said he would be and I could not have been happier with his work. Definitely I would use them again and have already recommended them to others!

Description of Work: I had my living room, 3 bedrooms, a playroom and my stairs professionally cleaned under the $174 plan as quickly as 1 hour and 30 min. Paul arrived on time. prechecked the carpet rooms to be cleaned and moved items out of the way. The difference in our carpeting is amazing! Paul was very professional and helpful. We will be using them again in future. Most likely for tile grout cleaning and of course our carpets.

Jim arrived on time and got to work. I had to leave on other business. When I entered the house the next day, the carpet was nearly dry and looked great. Even a couple of tough stains were removed. I also ordered something for pet odor, and all bad smells were gone.

Went great! Paul was the technician and was super friendly and helpful. Sectional came completely clean and smell free despite that its in the basement and the dogs mostly hang out on it. The recliner is ten years old and came way cleaner than I thought it would. I highly recommend this company for their friendliness and service.

The stain is still there and quite noticeable. I honestly could have done just as well cleaning it myself. However, I still had to pay $75. Jim told me has was done and put his equipment away and when I looked at it I couldn't believe he was leaving it that way. There were several spots that weren't even touched at all. In addition, the spill had gone partially under the dresser and Jim didn't even move it to get under it. Also, he had told the friend that he would charge me $75-$100 to remove it and also told me the same thing when I called to schedule the appointment yet when he got to my house he told me he had a minimum charge of $100. Very deceiving that he didn't say that at the beginning. He did get the equipment back out and go back over the spots he originally ignored but the stain is still there. Not happy with his work at all; there was no attention to detail and he was not thorough whatsoever.

The company responded promptly to my coupon purchase on Angie's List and scheduled an appointment for the next week for the carpet cleaning. On the day of cleaning they arrived promptly, discussed some house-training challenges we were having with our puppy and recommended a product for additional protection, completed the service quickly, cleaned up after themselves and left. It was a very smooth and easy experience. The Carpet looked great.
