Description of Work: Paul arrived on time and I showed him a few areas that were stained, etc. He got right to work and my carpets look great. He was very friendly and helped entertain my 2 year old. They played Peek a boo as he cleaned. She loved it. :-) I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Cleaned all carpets in our home. The carpeting took longer to dry than I anticipated, but it was very dirty and he may have gone over it more than once. He did an awesome job removing old stains.

Description of Work: They cleaned the carpets in 7 rooms and the staircase. The technician was friendly and professional. He worked efficiently. The carpets looked great. Not completely dry until the next day, though main areas were walkable by that evening. I did use them again a few days later (dogs had an accident in the family room). They were able to come out that very day to re-clean the carpet! I appreciated the quick response, and the carpets look good again.

Description of Work: 2 rooms of carpeting and 1 upholstered couch. Couch turned out very nice, carpeting was just adequate. Disappointed that it actually took 3 days to dry, but that also had a lot to do with the rainy weather I'm sure.
