Description of Work: Service provider cleaned entire home. Overall, great value compared to the competition and customer service was top notch. Initial cleaning did not remove all dirt stain in one room; however, upon discussion with the provider a follow up was promptly scheduled and achieved better results on the second attempt.

+ -1 moreGreat -- I got a coupon on Angie's list for the job. I scheduled an appointment, which was for a specific date and time (not a "window"). He arrived on time, and got the job done in a couple hours. He charged $35 extra for the second staircase, but I expected that. He got out all of the recent spots on the carpets, but not the "permanent dirt" under my husband's desk. He did not push me to buy more cleaning products or have more done, but did leave a list of prices for more services. It cost about half as much as I usually pay. My only complaint would be that some of the carpeting was very wet when he finished, compared to previous times.
Description of Work: We had our whole second floor wall to wall carpeting and two staircases steam cleaned. There are five rooms plus a hallway on our second floor.

He arrived on time, did a great job on our carpets, and locked up after he left. Overall he was a good guy to work with and we are planning on using him to clean our ducts and dryer vent in the future.
Description of Work: Cleaned carpets in three bedrooms, cleaned and protected carpet in family room and hallway.

+ -1 moreA one-man service team arrived on time and did all areas arranged in advance. As we were preparing to put our home on the market, we hoped cleaning would negate the need to re-carpet for sale. Several pet stains, a mysterious stain inheirited from the previous owners, traffic patterns, and several marks from asphalt tracked in during repaving were all removed effectively. The professional who performed the cleaning was thorough, efficient, pleasant, and very careful. One high traffic area by the front door had minor residual shampoo, which came up easily with water. We would use this service again and recommend it without hesitation.

Description of Work: Water came in around my basement door during a heavy rain and soaked the carpet in the basement around the door area, about 40 square feet. Midwest came out late on a Sunday night and vaccumed out the water and treated the carpet to prevent mold growth.
