The only snag was that he asked to not move the sectional couch, because they go on foam blocks and it's hard to get a large couch up on one. But he did offer to try, which i appreciated.

I measured my entire carpeted area to be sure there would be no issues when they arrived. Total area was approx 1860 sq ft but included areas under furniture they would not move. Sent "Bob" an email with that info and received response that "normally this deal is restricted to 7 rooms max" which definitely wasn't what I bought and left me feeling a bit unsure of the transaction. I asked for a quote for an additional room since it was so close to max sq footage and I wasnt looking to milk them. Tech showed up within scheduled time and worked VERY quickly but was making a difference although there are some stains that were still visible. He did charge the additional 37.50 for what amounted to 100 sq ft of work and left without reviewing the job or explaining anything about the stains left behind. Overall, they cleaned the carpet and the original deal was a bargain until the extra charges. The lack of connection with us before leaving is a big problem and left us feeling pretty average about the experience overall. If you're proud of your work, you'll want to show it off. I think they advertise the deal because they need the business but dont necessarily expect to get a value.

Hired them to clean sofa & love seat. They did not extract all of the water, but left them very wet, and it was very noticeable where they had cleaned and where they had not. Sent pics to manager who agreed it was not done correctly. Owner came out next day to re-clean, but damage is done. Sofa & love seat have noticeable water marks that match the pictures I took when the 1st guy left. They may be fine for carpet cleaning, but I would not recommend them for furniture cleaning!

Very well. Arrived on time and carpeting was dry in about 9 hours which was time stated. Most cleaners understate time needed to dry.Very satisfied with the job.

I would not use this company again and was fairly disatisfied. On top of everything, he charged me $25.00 extra above the coupon to do one stairway, even though the square footage was less.

Jim was prompt and made quick work of the house. Some spots in my carpet were pretty dirty and didn't come clean, but that's no fault of Jim's I think. They were pretty dirty. I would definitely hire him again. Considering the Angie's List coupon, you can't beat the price.

It was fine. The person who came out was really friendly and got some stains out that I didn't think would come out.
