The gentleman was on time. He was polite and proceeded with the work. He was done in an appropiate time frame and ask me if I wanted to add anything to the service.I inquired about the dryer vent cleaning, but was concerned about him moving my dryer because it is in a small space and it took two men to move it in. He checked it out and agreed that he should return with help. Overall, I would hire them again. I was satisfied that they had done the job as purchased.

The service was good. The furniture was very clean and dried even quicker than they said it would. I would definitely use them again. The technician was professional and courteous.

The carpets were not visibly very dirty but I had pets that had been sick in the last months of their lives and wanted to ensure the house was fully cleaned. Interaction in setting up the appointment went very well. The gentleman was polite and found an appointment that fit my schedule. Five minutes past the appointment time , which I believe was 3 or 3:30, he called and told me he was delayed. I appreciated his professionalism in informing me of the delay. He asked if I still wanted him to come and I stated that as long as he was not rushed to finish quickly (it was a Friday) I would still like it done. The genleman was curteous and set down protective matting over hardwood floors for the hoses. After a quick examination of the carpet he went to work. He pretreated all carpets with a spray and then cleaned somewhere between 1200 and 1500 square feet of carpet in under an hour. When I observed him doing the living room he seemed to proceed very quickly. I have a small steam cleaner and I move quite slowly to ensure a good cleaning. I can't completely compare my own cleaning to his as he used a pre-treater and he had a much more powerful system but I felt on hour for this amount of carpet was too fast for a good cleaning. Because the carpet looked pretty good before the cleaning I can not say he did a bad job. The only way I can judge is by comparison. I have friends who recently has 700 sq ft of carpet cleaned and that company took 2 hours. My friends carpet also was in pretty good shape to start with and only had a few spots so one cannot say their's was dirtier and therefore took longer. Even though my carpet looked clean, my concern was more than cosmetic. In my opinion, a good cleaning of that much carpet should have taken longer.

I bought the Big Deal from Angie's List for Midwest Carpet Cleaning. When I called the owner, Jim, to schedule an appointment, he was able to get me an appointment the next week. He was so nice and very accommodating to my schedule. I like that he sent an email to confirm the day before and even included prep tips and other FAQ's. Jim did an excellent job cleaning all our carpets and stairs. Looks brand new! The carpets were a bit damp later that evening, but most areas were totally dry. I would definitely recommend Midwest Carpet Cleaning!

I took advantage of an emailed coupon I received in August from Angie's List to get our carpet cleaned. I've had my carpet cleaned many times over the years so I knew that $150 was a good deal! I made the appointment in August to have the work done in November. As the appointment grew near, I realized I'd made the appointment for the Monday after Thanksgiving and not the Monday before Thanksgiving. I called Midwest Cleaning to see if they could fit me in the week of Thanksgiving which they did. My carpet is old and hadn't been cleaned in a couple of years so it really needed it. They did a good job. My only complaint was that I had to ask for furniture protectors to put under the legs of furniture as the carpet was still wet and I wanted to put it back in place. Had I not asked for them, I wouldn't have received them.

I was very pleased with the whole experience. Jim returned my phone call and got me scheduled in a very short time. He arrived on time and was very professional. He performed the services in the timeframe he quoted me. i was very happy with the experience especially since i am new to Angie's List.

Jim arrived right on time and got right to work. There was a problem area (tape residue from a rug which was laid on top of carpet) which we asked about and he said he did not know if the cleaning would get the residue up ..... Jim got the residue up and the whole area looks great, you would never know. I would recommend Midwest to all my friends.

Jim arrived on time - and after pre-treating many of the spots and stains, realized the battery that runs his equipment was dead. He found a battery supplier nearby and was able to finish my job with minimal lost time. I really appreciated how quickly he handled what could have been a disaster - given that I had showings lined up for the next day. This minor glitch is the only reason I gave a "B" on punctuality - overall, I would recommend Midwest Carpet Cleaning.

He did a great job on the carpet and was even able to get out some tough stains that I didn't think would come out. I would definitely recommend Midwest Carpet Cleaning.

Date was set to do the work. Jim, the owner, tried to email the day before to confirm the appointment but it did not go through so he called that morning to confirm. The appt. was for 10:30 and he arrived at 10:20. We looked at the carpets in the rooms and steps that was to be cleaned. He started around 10:30 and finished around 12:30. The carpets look great. I don't have any complaints or problems with the work.

Jim from Midwest Carpet Cleaners arrived exactly on time, went right to work and did a great job. I had purchased a coupon from Angie's List for a whole house plus one set of stairs carpet cleaning for $150. We have about 1600sf of carpet in the basement, so I asked Jim to apply the coupon to that and one set of stairs. When he asked if I needed anything else cleaned, I had him add on the extra set of stairs ($35) and a couch ($60). He did a great job and got everything done in a couple of hours. I would definitely recommend him!
