Technician was prompt, polite, and friendly. Did a very nice job.

He (Jim) arrived promptly at the agreed time and began work immediately. He was extremely professional, courteous, considerate an efficient. He carefully perused the area's to be cleaned and asked pertinent questions as we toured the house. At the conclusion of the tour, I asked about Scotch Guarding at which point he quoted a very reasonable price and I accepted. He then spot treated any obvious dirty areas that he noted. Then began the cleaning procedure. At this time my wife Margaret and I left the premises for a previous appointment. We gave him instructions on locking and leaving the house and then departed. When we returned, several hours later, everything was completed and the carpet well along in it's drying process. Upon review, I discovered one small spot which he missed in the special spot cleaning process. I cleaned it in a matter of minutes and the job was perfect. Midwest Carpet Cleaning will do all of our cleaning from now on. The OWNER did the work and it was tops! I give him an A, a 5, a 10 or a 100%...however you want to grade him!

Paul showed up on time and went straight to work. We had several large pieces of furniture that were worse-for-the-wear after we demolished and remodeled our kitchen. He scoured, steamed, and scrubbed both pieces of furniture and was professional, polite, and thorough in his demeanor and work. Highly recommended!

It was great; I cannot praise them enough. I never thought it would look that good again. They are just beautiful and he was extremely nice too. There was nothing bad; everything was good. He did a remarkable job and he was really fast. He was an expert and it was one of the best bargains that I have every had. I would recommend him and I would use him again.

We bought the Angie's List Deal for $174.00 for carpet cleaning for the entire house and a flight of stairs. Setting up an appointment was very easy. They came 15 minutes early, were very nice and only took about 2 hours. Would definitely recommend.

The chair and sofa look and smell new. I no longer let the dogs on the furniture.

The gentleman from Midwest Carpet was prompt, mannerly and knowledgable. It didn't take long for him to complete the steam cleaning, though my sofa was not too soiled. I had it cleaned leading up to a move so I wanted these items fresh and clean going into my new home. The sofa and chairs look great and the young man even gave me some ideas as to whether I should consider replacing the foam or restuffing with more batting. He gave me good advice and said I could call Midwest Carpet and ask for him personally if I had any more questions. I was satisfied with the work done but thought the pricing was a bit high, even with the discount. The work done here was a quick and relatively easy job to do for the money.

He was very good about scheduling. The price was fine also.

I called on Friday morning to see if they could fit me in that next Tuesday after Memorial Day weekend. They fit me in at 4:00, and called that day to see if they could come early since they were running ahead of schedule! When they arrived, they took a look around the house and found the cheapest way to charge me. They were very respectful and professional. The carpets look great. We had a big ink stain in the office, and since we had just moved in, had no idea how long it had been there. They got it completely out. They were out in about 2 hours. Fast, friendly, and great prices.

Fine. Came when scheduled (actually, he was early, but that was fine). As requested, moved the two chairs onto the front porch and cleaned them there. I gave him the verification number for the coupon; he gave me a receipt and he was gone. The chairs look much improved.

Everything went great. They came right on time. They also sent directions of what to do before they come and it was helpful information. The guy came right on time and she was very timely with explaining how long it would take and what we could expect. The work was done within reasonable time. They are very pleasant people. I thought the price was very good.

Fantastic! I would highly recommend this company. Jim was able to make a last minute scheduling adjustment for us due to some unseen circumstances which we were extremely grateful for. He arrived on time and did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets. What was truly amazing is that he was able to remove blue sharpie artwork that my four year old daughter drew on the carpeting. Considering her drawing was quite large, I was truly impressed that he was able to remove the stain without any issue.
