It went fine. He was very friendly and even gave me a tip on what to do with an old piano as we conversed. He wasn't sure the microfiber couch was dry clean only at first, so did a patch and it went well so he finished the job, and took a lot of care.

They performed their job to the best of their ability. Unfortunately, we have a bigger problem. Purchased the house from a heavy smoker and still trying to the get smell out of the house. Thought that cleaning and deodorizing the carpet would help - which it did, however, I'm afraid, at some point, the carpet will have to be removed from the house. No fault of the carpet cleaning people.

I received an e-mail from Midwest the day before the cleaning was scheduled confirming the appointment and providing a checklist of things to do to prepare for the visit. The day of the cleaning, the technician showed up on time, introduced himself and gave me a business card. He then spent a couple of minutes explaining his process and asked me to show him all the areas that needed cleaning. After that, he got straight to work and was in and out in a little over an hour. In addition to the cleaning, he also did some light furniture moving. I was really pleased with how clean the carpets were and would definitely use Midwest again.

THE PROVIDER WAS COURTEOUS, PUNCTUAL AND PROFESSIONAL. THE SOFA AND CHAIRS LOOKED REMARKABLY CLEANER. I WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

The service provider returned my call promptly and set up an appointment for less than 1 week from initial call. He arrived exactly on time, was professional, polite and efficient.

The appointment was scheduled right away. They came out as scheduled and let me know they are unable to do what I needed completed.

I was shocked by their quick response. I purchased it early Mon.am and they were able to come on Wed. The man was very nice and did an excellent job on furniture that looked so bad that I was embarrassed for even him to see. It looks so much better and smells so much nicer. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend.

The guy who did the work was friendly and professional. The carpets looked great. The only issue I had was a high traffic area already looks dingy again. I haven't called to follow up and request they redo that area. Overall I would definitely use them again.

The machine left strips on our carpet in the basement. We thought they would come out after vacuuming. Since we waited about 3 weeks to call and tell them they said that they would fix it but charge us, so we paid to have it redone. The tech said that they had a problem with the equipment was the reason it left stripes, We do not use the lower level / basement very often I felt that they should have fixed the problem caused by their equipment for free.

I had appointment today and the technician that came out, Paul, was very courteous and prompt. He looked over the work and then proceeded to clean all the items I asked and called me in from time to time to make sure I was happy with the results. The love seat was in bad condition and I seriously doubted he'd be able to clean very well but to my happy surprise, the love seat came out beautifully clean, even though it is our "go to" place for snacks and having a 2 year old in the house, we have more than our share of spills. I would definitely use them again and Paul was a great guy and very courteous and helpful. Good to know there are still some reliable businesses that pride themselves with their customer service!

It went really well. They did a great job. They cleaned couches for us in our living room. It took the one tech about 20 minutes to do the job.

Jim at Midwest Carpet Cleaning was excellent. Very professional. I had to reschedule my appointment on a couple of different occasions and he was very accommodating. He was on time and extremely professional and courteous. He answered all our questions and never tried to pressure us into buying anything above what we originally intended on purchasing. He was even able to remove a "red" stain that had been on our carpet since we purchased our home. We didn't mention it to him. He saw it and wanted to give it a try to remove it, using an old technique. It worked! Very surprised to see that stain gone and so appreciative that he was willing to try. I found Midwest Carpet Cleaning prices to be extremely reasonable. I HIGHLY recommend Jim and Midwest Carpet Cleaning to anyone who is tired of paying high prices for mediocre carpet cleaning, especially by big name companies! It is nice to find a carpet cleaning company who actually does a great job without outrageous prices! Thanks Jim! Fantastic! The carpet looks brand new again and this is carpeting that has seen some tough times. We were so sure that the stains would not come out, we were prepared to purchase all new carpeting. So happy we invested the $174 before pulling that trigger.

Technician did a fine job and was thorough. We would use them again! We had a minor problem in that they were not there on time, due to a broken hose in the truck. The problem was that no one contacted us that they would be delayed; I had to call after a 1/2 hour to find out when they would arrive. While the manager (Jim) was very concerned, the technician didn't show up for an hour and a half later.

We wanted our new house carpets cleaned before we moved in. I bought the deal for the whole house. Paul came to the house. He was very courteous. Even though he had some issues finding the house and being on time, he did the work really well. We are very happy with the work. Certainly will hire midwest carpet cleaners again.
