Description of Work: After a severe pet illness causing stains on the carpet throughout the house, we called Midwest for emergency assistance! They were able to get us in due to a cancellation the same day. We had our family room, hall, master bedroom and basement rec area carpets cleaned, along with the basement steps. This worked out to 6 rooms plus stairs for pricing purposes. Paul Lis provided wonderful service. He was on time and a real pro. The carpets look great, and frankly I wasn't sure they would be saved based on the severity of the stains.

Description of Work: We bought the Angie's List deal for upholstery cleaning, and also paid extra to get a couple of carpet areas cleaned. They were very busy, took a couple of weeks to make it out, which was no big deal, but on first appointment their equipment wasn't functional, so all that was done was spot treatment of the loveseat we wanted cleaned. They came back out a few days later when the unit in the truck was fixed, did the carpet and actual treatment on the loveseat, cleaned a small carpet area at no charge, which was nice. The loveseat, however, was not done well (still dirty in several areas and some spots from the first treatment), perhaps because the spot treatment was done one day and the steam cleaning several days later. In the future, I would tell them to come back when they're able to complete the entire job at once, rather than start it one day and finish later.

Description of Work: If there were an A plus he would get it.he was very prompt and professional. He took care of my area rug at no extra fee. I was selling the house and had a big red stain. He said it should come up but if not he had an extra he could put down to help. No need the carpets came clean no nickel and dime and he will be my guy on my next house. Honest fair prompt and best of all quality

Description of Work: Cleaned 3 rooms and hall way. Make sure weather is warm, because water is vacuumed to outside tank for disposal. Did a wonderful job.
