They were wonderful. I wouldn't call anyone but them. They were very good and I would call them for any type of glass work. I have them in my book. They were very nice to work with. Their price was comparable; they are not extra cheap or extra high.

It went okay. Their price was average. They were convenient to where I live so that is the reason that I used them.

They were vert timely. We received excellent service.

We have an art deco glass table that has two circular glass pieces. The lower piece is a fairly intricate piece that has four precisley drilled holes in the glass that the screws of the legs go through. The top section of each leg then screws onto the screws securing each of the four legs to the glass base. During one of several moves, the bottom piece was broken. Several other quotes were for upwards of $200, Since we only paid $500 for the table, we considered just trashing it. I had Metropolitan quote as a last ditch effort nad the price was right! It took 2 days for them to get in the right pievce of glass and then the job took 1 extra day. I was very pleased with the workmanship. The table is still standing strong 6 years later and the replacement piece is a seamless transition form the original

I have used their service in the past. They are more convenient for me. They give great service. I would use their service in the future too.

I was already disappointed at how much it was going to cost to replace the windows, but when Rob came out to do the estimate I understood better what was going to happen and why they were so expensive. Rob was so professional and respectful of my home. Some of the windows that came from the factory were bad and Metropolitan Glass rushed to have more sent. I was afraid of having the work done after our carpets were clean but there was absolutely no evidence that the installers had been there. They were extremely careful. I would highly recommend using Metropolitan Glass.

I was very happy with them. They came on time and they cleaned up well. I did not check prices anywhere else, as I just assumed they were as good as the next.

They even ordered the glass for me, but I found out that my insurance company called me and told me they were going to cover the whole deal. They recommended another person that they ordered the glass from. I called Metropolitan and they were very great about the whole thing. I would gladly call them again.

They were good. Rob was the front man and he was very easy to talk to and showed me pictures and spent a lot of time with me. He demonstrated what they could do and he was very proud of his work. He seemed to be very dedicated to what he did. They came on two separate occasions because the glass had not come in for the master bath. Rob and the same other guy came out both times. They were very neat and cleaned up after themselves. I really liked working with him. The work seemed to be great and I like the enclosures. They told me one price and then upped the price when they got out here, which was discerning. Their price was comparable.

I needed a plexiglass to protect my doors from my dogs. Ordered 2 pieces and had them finich the edges. They called them when ready and i picked them up. Great service

My experience with them was fine. I wasn't there at the time but when I got home it was done. The price was reasonable.

A good job done quickly. Arrived early and removed all items in about an hour. No mess to clean up at the agreed to price.

Overall experience was very good. The estimate was correct, I did use a coupon found in the yellow pages that was applied to the final price. Very polite and work was prompt. There was a problem with the 3 green house windows. The windows first ordered were the incorrect type so had to reorder new and was not charged for the error made. I would use them again. I had 3 estimates and metropolitan was right in the middle.

MY TECHNICIAN JAY WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND LIKEABLE. HE DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM QUICKLY, ORDERED THE CORRECT ITEMS AND INSTALLED THEM PROMPTLY.

THEY WERE VERY QUICK TO PICK UP THE MIRROR. THE WORK WAS DONE QUICKLY AND REINSTALLED PROMPTLY. THEY OFFERED SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO DO THE WORK IN THE LEAST EXPENSIVE WAY.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM METROPOLITAN GLASS. WHEN I CALLED TO ASK ABOUT ADDING SOME SORT OF SECURITY DEVICE TO MY WINDOWS SO THAT THEY COULD NOT BE BROKEN, THEY KNEW EXACTLY WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, PUNCTUAL, AND HONEST. I ENJOYED DEALING WITH THEM.
