Plumber did not arrive until after 1:00 when scheduled for early morning, no one called to say they would be late. Plumber advised he would need to know thickness of new wall and tiles to be installed so he could set pipes for bathtub on next visit. When he arrived to set tub, he said he could not finish work(even though I had thickness of wall and tiles) because we had not purchased our fixtures from Kokesh, but purchased Moen product from Lowes so would have to come back. Said he arrived five minutes earlier than I clocked and charged $25 for extra five minutes. Clean up was poor, dryer was scratched, did not arrive on time, office scheduled appointment for wrong week, canceled second appointment at last minute & came next day. For each appointment scheduled I had to be home instead of working at office. Plumber seemed to take a lot of time, miscalculated time, & I believe overcharged. Would not hire them again even though plumber was polite and final work seemed fine.

Excellent, professional, and helpful. Explained work and how to shut off water for ourselves if necessary.

I've used Kokesh for 16 years and would hire them again. Although they are a bit pricey, their work is reliable and the workmen are always courteous and professional.

Called on the night of July 4th and left message. Received return call next morning to see what the problem was. Due to the holiday, they could not come out to fix the problem for almost 1 week. I could not wait that long. Have used them in the past and have been pleased, I would try them again in the future.

They do excellent work, and they're always very nice. I've been through a lot of plumbers in my life, and they're the best I've ever used!

I've used them for many years and have always been pleased with their work. This time, they had to use a router to clear the line, and it marked up the inside of the toilet by scratching the enamel. I haven't been able to get the marks out. I'm going to contact them about the problem to see if they will take care of it. Other than that, I've always been pleased.

VERY PROFESSIONAL, ON TIME. WHEN THE TOILET CONTINUED TO LEAK THE RETURN VISIT WAS FREE, AND MIKE WAS VERY HONEST AND UP FRONT ABOUT MY OPTIONS TO EITHER REPAIR OR REPLACE.

THEY ARE PROMPT AND VERY EFFICIENT. THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK. WHEN SOMETHING ISN'T RIGHT, THEY WILL COME BACK OUT AND FIX IT.

PLUMBER WAS ON TIME, WORKED OUTSIDE IN THE HEAVY RAIN FALL. POLITE AND DID A VERY NICE JOB. PLUMBING LABOR WAS COSTLY BUT THE JOB WAS WELL DONE. ONE HOUR OF LABOR AMOUNTED TO $145.00

THE PLUMBER WAS A VERY FRIENDLY, HELPFUL PERSON. HE ARRIVED ON-TIME AND COMPLETED BEFORE THE EXPECTED TIME.

INITIALLY HAD ANOTHER COMPANY COME IN TO FIX THE PROBLEM. HOWEVER, I WAS UNHAPPY WITH THEIR WORK, AND CONTACTED JJ KOKESH. JOE - THE PROJECT MANAGER CAME OUT AND POINTED OUT THE ISSUES FROM THE EARLIER JOB. GAVE ME A BID TO FIX, AND COMPLETE ENTIRE JOB. THEY WERE NOT THE CHEAPEST - BUT TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING. INSPECTIONS, PERMITS, SUPPLIES. IF YOU WANT A JOB WELL DONE, AND NO LOOSE ENDS TO TIE UP, GIVE THEM A CALL. JOE ESPECIALLY MADE ME FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE IN HIS DIRECT AND HONEST APPROACH.

THEY PERFORMED THE WORK ON THE DATE SCHEDULED, AND THE INSTALLATION WAS DONE JUST AS PLANNED. QUALITY OF WORK WAS GOOD. MY ONLY COMPLAINT: THE PRICE WAS REALLY HIGH (COMPARED TO WHAT I EXPECTED TO PAY.). I HAD RECEIVED THEIR QUOTATION BY MAIL, AND WHEN I PHONED TO ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT IT MY CALLS WERE NEVER RETURNED. I WAS GOING TO PASS THEM BY, BUT THEN I GOT A QUOTE FROM ANOTHER COMPANY IN THE AREA AND HE WAS MUCH HIGHER STILL, SO I WENT WITH KOKESH.

THE PLUMBER ARRIVED PROMPTLY. HE WAS COURTEOUS AND PERFORMED THE TASK EXPEDITIOUSLY. WHILE I HAVE ONLY GOOD THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THE PLUMBER WHO PERFORMED THE TASK, I CONSIDER $235.00 IN LABOR CHARGES FOR THIS TASK TO BE EXCESSIVE, EVEN IF THE WORK WAS PERFORMED ON A SATURDAY.

GIVES APPROXIMATE TIME OF TECHNICIAN TO ARRIVAL. TECHNICIAN IS VERY COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. I HAVE HAD ONE EXPERIENCE WHERE TECHNICIAN WAS SEVERAL HOURS LATE DUE TO PREVIOUS JOB BEING MORE INVOLVED THAN EXPECTED. THE DISPATCHER FAILED TO CALL AND TELL ME HE WOULD BE LATE, THIS WAS INCONVENIENT. I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY SEVERAL TIMES IN THE PAST 7 YEARS AND HAVE HAD EXCELLENT SERVICE.

THEY WERE REAL RESPONSIVE. THE GUY WAS NICE AND THEY DID A QUICK AND PROFESSIONAL JOB.
