Painter showed up on time and were very professional. They applied two coats of paint and did a very good job. Cleanup was performed after the job was completed and I would certainly recommend this company to any of my friends.

Randy arrived a little earlier than Josh and did prep work. He was very professional and wanted to be sure that I was completely satisfied. Both painters worked diligently all day and finished the job within the time allotted. I had asked for two colors to be put on the wall and they did an excellant job! Very pleased with the finished project!!!

The crew was courteous and very professional. Whenever I had questions, they answered them to my satisfaction. The work Hang Tight provided was very good, and we were very pleased with the outcome. SelectingHang Tight Painting was definitely the right choice.

Chris got in touch with me right away to schedule work and he and John were at my house at 8 a.m. to begin the work. I was amazed that they were able to get two coats of paint on our family room walls but also the hallway and foyer. They also had time to paint shelves I had planned on painting myself, as well as much of the trim around doors and the front door. They were meticulous about getting large and small dents/holes patched and dried, too, before painting. Chris and John did an awesome job and I am hiring Hang Tight to paint more rooms.

The gentleman came here and he was very nice. I didn't use him because he was short on time. He didn't have enough time. He was booked up pretty well. He was fine. He seemed like a nice man. He did suggest that I would go out and try to get somebody because he was going to be tied up. His prices were fair. He came over right away to see what I needed. I have no complaints about him. He just seemed like he would do a good job. He was prompt.

I highly recommend Hang Tight painting. Chris is professional, friendly and accommodating to change. After receiving multiple quotes to paint the interior of my 2500+ sq ft home I selected Hang Tight not only because of cost but also because Chris seemed like someone I would be comfortable with in my home for the duration of the project. His crew, especially Randy, was meticulous and ensured that the work not only met, but exceeded, my expectations. From the time that I received the quote to the time the project started I had a leak that resulted in dry wall damage. They added on the extra work without complaint and did a great job with the repair. Our walls have a 'knock down' texture and they did an excelent job of matching the existing texture when repairing marks and holes in the walls. They even fixed bad repair work done by the previous painters. They were polite and kept to the time-table quoted. I would highly recommend them and will use them again.

Chris did an excellent job and we wanted him to do some work inside our home. Chris had other jobs and could not do our work,which was disappointing. He is a true professional and great to work with. He comes highly recommended.

We enjoyed working with Chris and his team. He responded promptly to our request for a quote and in general was always good about getting back to us by email or phone. He was able to advise us regarding paint finishes and specific products. He offered to purchase and pick up paint for us using his painter's discount, though we ultimately ended up purchasing most of the paint ourselves to take advantage of a sale. His team was courteous, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves, and the work was good quality. In addition to honoring an Angie's list coupon we had, he also gave us a sizable discount on the work in exchange for letting him have the kitchen cabinets we were replacing (as luck would have it, he was looking for cabinets for a project on his own home, and we were happy to let him take them off our hands). The price above does not reflect this discount, but the amount we would have paid without it. Overall, we were very pleased with the experience and plan to call him again for future projects on our home.

I gave Chris the coupon from Angie's List for 5% off. He said that he did not give Angie's List the authorization to post the coupon and he would not honor it. I gave them 3 payments $2200.00, $2200.00, and $2370.00. Overall the painting was satisfactory but there were other things that went on that I found highly unprofessional.

It has always been great! Whenever we need painting done, this is who we call. We will be using them again to paint our front door and shutters, as well as our basement. They are trustworthy, and get the job done. My house looks great because of the painting they did!

Chris and his crew worked very hard for us even though they had to fit our project in after hours and on weekends. They did a great job at a reasonable price.

Chris showed up with another worker. I appreciate his honesty. I hired them to just paint my aluminum siding on my addition, but when they arrived, he saw that it truly needed to be washed, dried, prepped and then painted. He could have saved himself a lot of time, by just painting it. But, he was honest with me and new that was not the way to go about things and that in the long run, it would not be the best. So, they washed, and prepped. I still have to have him back out to paint it, but cant decide on a color now. Chris was professional, nice and honest. I have since referred him to other folks as well.

I can't say enough good things about these painters! The A grade doesn't seem adequate. The guys showed up on time every day and if for some reason they were going to be even a few minutes late, they called! They work so hard and got so much done while they were here and did a beautiful job. They worked with me on the furniture work. I.e.; It would have been very expensive and labor intensive to paint the insides of the armoirs also but this is my sewing room. No one is going to see the inside of the pieces and the wood they are made of is in good shape. So, they just painted the outside and saved me a bundle. I'm going to post pictures when I get the room put back together but if you are looking for painters in the St. Louis area, Hang Tight has my heartiest recommendation. The quality, honesty, efficiency, and dedication are top notch. Thank you, Hang Tight, Chris, Randy and Josh!

It went great. Chris was very responsive to emails/texts prior to setting up the work. We also had him bid on an interior project a few months back (which we decided not to do, but we would have used him). Both times he was very helpful with helping us figure out what exactly we should do. They completed the work over the weekend and in the evening after work, which worked out for us. They arrived on time and were very neat during the project. We picked out the colors, and Chris purchased the paint so we didn't have to worry about buying the wrong kind. Everything turned out great! They even painted our garage door for free, Thank you!! We would definately recommend them, and would use them for future projects.

I was not impressed with this company. The services seemed very pricey and there was no follow up.

Very prompt, quick and clean. Painted a large and small ceiling, a two story foyer and two small hallways in 4.5 hours with two painters. They did a great job and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Chris, the owner, was very responsive to my time-sensitive need to get things painted. He himself was totally professional at all times, apologized when one of his guys wasn't exactly punctual and promised to come himself to be sure things were finished on time. The job was finished earlier than I thought because once they got going, the men on the job worked hard. Chris doubled up a coat in a small area we thought would only need one coat and he didn't do three to coat over the dark wall like we thought because it looked great after two. He even knocked the price down a little because it saved him labor/time. He sent a follow-up email, which I appreciated, and I'm happy with the work they did overall.

Chris and his team did an excellent job. I needed some painting done in my home before a visit from family that live out of town and Chris was able to fit me in within a week before my family arrived. Despite not feeling well and having a shortage of staff, Chris and his daughter still came early on a Saturday morning and did an excellent job with painting my home. I had a color in my entryway that seemed brighter than I expected and needed three coats. Chris added the third coat and reassured me that if I wanted to change the color in the future he would be happy to come out and change the color. He also reassured me that after adding some decorations to my entryway that compliment the color of the walls that it may turn out really nice. I must say he was right and I received many compliments from my family and friends about not only the entryway but also my accent wall and bedroom. They made sure everything was cleaned up after finishing and moved everything back in place after they finished. I will most definitely use this company again for any future painting needs and will also refer my friends for any painting needs.

First of all, Chris gave us the best price. We got several estimates and nobody came even closer to him. This is our first home and decided to get whole interior painted before we moved in. Chris and his team did a great job. They had just less than three weeks to finish the whole job. Amazingly, they did it. And, It was immaculate. We had our flooring also done at the same time. They had tarp everywhere to take care of the new floor. Chris did not mind us being very picky. He took care of every small request we had. Overall, working with Chris, was a great experience. We would definitely recommend Chris.

Couldn't be happier. They set up a very convenient time, were prompt and finished everything as promised. The place looks terrific, and I feel I got a very good service for the money! I was able to leave the crew unattended for two days - no worries at all. I plan to use them again in the near future.

Chris and his team painted several rooms in my newly purchased home. The quality of the work they did was truly superior! I am very picky about clean lines/edges and hardly any touch ups were needed. Other painters I have used in the past had me using half a roll of tape to mark "messy spots". Chris was very patient and accommodating with both a color change in the largest area (after 2 coats had been completed) and a last minute addition of a large, master closet interior. Also, when we found out the prior owner did not leave any of the correct living room paint for patching holes, Chris ensured he got some that matched perfectly. He picked up all the paint in the colors/finishes I requested in the correct quantities, so I didn't spend more than necessary. The price I paid for the work I received was very fair/competitive. Also, he was onsite almost the entire time and didn't just staff the work out. This fact alone makes Chris an excellent choice for those who prefer to deal with the owner of the business, not a subcontractor. My only (minor) "complaint" was a forgotten estimate appointment, however, it was corrected same day and I've often found that those who do the best actual work are sometimes less structured on the "business side" of things. Overall an excellent experience. If I need painting again, I will be calling Hang Tight.

We remodeled our kitchen and had some left over paint so we decided to have the stairwell and basement repainted in the same color.They were very prompt in setting up a time to do the work but there was a misunderstanding about the time it would take to complete the job. we thought it would take a day and only purchased a day's worth of labor. Initially they were not going to be able to return for a few weeks to complete the job, but when I explained that we hadflooring being installed the same week and needed the painting completed before hand, the owner of the company worked overtime and reshuffled appointments to complete the job to meet our timeline. They did a beautiful job and were very hard working and professional throughout the process. I would not hesitate to high them again.

Chris and his workers did a fantastic job staining and painting our new staircase. Chris worked with me on the schedule even though had to delay it due to an installation issue. I did not know the name of the stain color for the existing hardwood floor but Chris and his team matched it PERFECTLY. I am very happy with the work and would definitely use Chris and his team again.

Called answering machine and left name and number with info of what I needed done. I later called back and spoke to the owner, told him what I needed done and he quoted me a price of $300.00. I thought the price was a little high considering I was providing the paint but he said he could do it this week, so I agreed. He then said he would call me that evening or the next morning so I could plan having it done the week of Oct. 14. Well it is now Saturday Oct. 20 and I have still not heard from him.
