Extra Step Cleaning LLC

Description of Work: The Extra Step team comes out to our house every 2 weeks to clean (~1300 sq feet for $80/visit - I don't have them clean my office or basement.) They dust, take out the trash, vacuum/mop all floors, wipe down the counters, surface of the stove, inside the microwave and sink in the kitchen, and wash down the shower/tub/toilets/sinks in the bathrooms. Around 4-5 women come out as a team, and are here and gone within an hour. |They are prompt, courteous, and are flexible with their schedules (they worked around a Christmas party we had, as well as some recent illnesses that caused shifts in our normal cleaning schedule.) |They don't do windows (as a policy,) and occasionally I'll notice something that didn't get "hit" by the duster or mop... but I am not complaining - you can't beat their service for the price, their professionalism, promptness, speediness, flexibility...and just knowing the major surfaces of my house are getting cleaned every 2 weeks has been a life saver!

Description of Work: I expected deep-down cleaning and was disappointed that it was not deep down. One hour just didn't do it. They did what I told then but it was not quality work.

Description of Work: THE FIRST EMAIL I RECEIVED FROM THEM SAID 'I DON'T KNOW WHY YOU WERE ABLE TO ORDER OUR SERVICE, YOU ARE OUT OF OUR AREA'. THEY SENT ANOTHER EMAIL REQUESTING I PICK A DATE AND SERVICE BUT IT ALWAYS SAYS THAT THEY DON'T HAVE ANY OPENINGS. | |PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY OR PROVIDE ANOTHER VENDOR FOR THE SAME SERVICE AT NO COST.

Description of Work: Thy originally quoted me 120 however got them down to 100. Have never paid over 90 prior. Used them three times. The first two times the cleaning was fine. The third time they were in my house for under 30 mins and there was still crumbs under the kitchen table, toilets were still dirty, the master bathroom floor was not touched, there were hand prints on my glass table, and the bed were not fully made. You usually get what you pay for but not with this cleaning company.
