Rusty was great! He cam e out very quickly. Did a great job repairing with the existing siding. It has stayed nice and secure since, even through some subsequent nasty storms.

They did and great job for me, Rusty and his guys communicated very well, were friendly, and did excellent work. I would recommend them to anyone and I plan on using them again for my next rehab project.

We received 4 bids from contractors listed on Angie?s List. Rusty was the most prompt in the bidding process and start date. He came over several times to answer additional questions. I picked his brain on exactly how everything was going to be done. He was very down to earth and knowledgeable. He gave good suggestions on soffit and fascia materials. The windows were installed in one day even though it started raining before they began the last two windows, and the outside man got wet. Rusty personally helped install each window. He has a fantastic and very polite, hard-working crew. The lead, Dan, even worked through the weekend to make up for a rain day. The crew did meticulous work. They removed and reinstalled our digital TV antenna. They also replaced a couple fascia boards. The job was completed on schedule, within one week. We are extremely pleased at the appearance of our home. We really are impressed with the insulating benefits of the vinyl windows. It?s been a bitterly cold winter and we feel no coolness next to the windows.

What an incredible company! The owner Rusty is easy to work with and comes to bid all the jobs himself. There were a few hiccups along the way but Rusty and his team promptly took care of what we needed. I strongly recommend this company and it was a wonderful price!

We contacted Rusty (the owner of the company) regarding an estimate for installing soffit and fascia for a two story home. Rusty replied and showed up in a very timely manner to give us an estimate. The work was started with-in the week of the estimate and was finished in two and a half to three days. The team of workers were polite and professional. They did an outstanding job making our house look better. They cleaned up very well after the job was complete which is a big plus in my book. We would highly recommend this company to anyone needing work done to their home.

My house had significant siding damage from hail. Rusty Gregory (owner) came out to bid the job. The siding was 20 years old and could not be matched and Rusty worked with my insurance company and we ended up getting the entire house resided. Rusty is great to work with as he returns calls quickly. Rusty is very professional and does exactly what he said, exactly when he said he would. His crew did a great job and I am very pleased with the entire process. Rusty was a joy to work with and checked on his crew often and made sure the job was completed to his satisfaction, which was great. I would recommend this company wholeheartedly, as my experience could not have been any better.

Wouldn't even look at our house. Apparently Richmond Heights is too far away for a smaller repair. Sorry but my $500 is a big deal to me.

Rusty is one of the best contractors I've ever met. The original contractor (no longer in business) did not properly install our Nichiha fibrous cement siding, resulting in warping and water intrusion around the windows. We were prepared to replace everything at a significantly higher cost, but Rusty suggested some cost saving options that met our needs while resulting in a smaller overall project. This is very rare in my experience...Rusty truly has his customers' best interests in mind. He was very communicative, started the work when promised, and completed on schedule.

I found this company on Angie's list. He was the first person I called and I really lucked out. He came out the next day and he was the owner. his name is Rusty. He gave me a written estimate of the work right then. I was really happy with the price and the quality of the products. I had never heard of the siding but it was Foundry weathered shake vinyl. He had good ideas about the color and the trim and the vent cover....all these things I have been trying to decide for years! It turned out awesome! Everyone loves it!

The provider was superior! The owner provided the estimate, which was spot on, and the workers performed the job in a professional manner. The job took a few days, and after each day the site was left spotless. After the job was completed, all of the work waste was hauled away, unlike some workers in the past who dump waste in your garbage cans or leave it laying around. Use this company!

The weather was not too cooperative as we had a cold wet March and April but they worked hard, cleaned up each day and finished the job pretty much on time. Rusty was very responsive. We will certainly recommend them to other homeowners.

Owner, Rusty Gregory visited my house, talked with me about project, and offered me options and his frank, straighforward assessment. He actually discouraged me from the project I proposed due to the drainage situation but offered some alternative suggestions.. He was so straight forward and honest in his evaluation.. He inspired confidence! I chose to leave well enough alone.

The work started a little slow with rain delays but the entire job within a week. There was a lot of detail work to be done and it has made such an improvement. The side of my garage had original wood product that had become so cracked and split with time and the elements, it was shabby and sad. Rusty had to install new plywood on that side before siding could be put up. He wouldn't be satisfied with anything not right. My home now looks beautiful for it's age due to the all around lift given it by Rusty's company.Whatever the problem or obstacle, Rusty makes it right. You can have confidence he will do a good job and is very professional.

Called to request a quick estimate for a client and he refused to provide it because I was a real estate agent. Claimed he never gets anything in return so he would not help. Disappointing because both myself and the client live in the area and will no longer consider this company in the future. Sorry, but in our profession you provide good customer service and though it may not pay off right away you build a positive name for yourself. You unfortunately failed to do accomplish that.

I highly recommend this company! Altogether I got 4 estimates for my siding and gutters. Exterior Siding Solutions was not the lowest estimate but after talking with Rusty a few times I decided to go with him as I had a good feeling about him and his offering. Rusty is totally nonpressuring and not like some sales reps/estimators from other companies. You can talk with Rusty with confidence. He did work with me on price and in the end it was less than the other three estimates! And the results are awesome! Thanks again Rusty and crew!

Rusty was very professional and personable. He did not assume we had total knowledge of all aspects of siding but instead walked as through the process. We really appreciated that especially since two other contractors gave us no information and only asked "what kind of siding do you want?" Rusty also made some very good recommendations. His crew was exceptionally nice and very professional. There were a few days when they weren't able to work because of rain and/or snow and they or Rusty always let us know the schedule. Rusty also stopped by very day to check on progress and see if we had any concerns. The crew always cleaned up at the end of every day. The man who installed the gutters was also very efficient. We felt they completed the job in a timely manner especially considering the lousy weather. It looks wonderful. Our neighbor across the street really likes it and says she's the lucky one because she gets to look at it everyday. We were totally satisfied with the job and would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Rusty is truly the best!!! He was very professional, quick, and extremely helpful. He really made my life easier. He dealt with the insurance company and the headaches we had after some unknown company mistakenly removed the old siding and left it and all the nails lying around our yard. I originally dealt with another contractor that had high ratings on Angie's List. However, once our siding was gone, I couldn't wait any longer. The other company kept giving me the run around, even when I told them about the situation. Rusty rushed to our aid like the Calvary! He made our house a priority. He came over the very first day I called to assess the situation. The next day, a Saturday, he and someone else came over and got rid of the old siding and all the nails. Then he made sure we got our new siding soon afterwards. He promised me that working with him would be very easy and he was true to his word. I can't say enough good things about him.

I contacted over six expert siding companies and "handy" men (all on Angie's list) this morning in desperation for an urgent repair of several sections of siding that had become loose in the STL wind last night. I was fearful that all of it, from the 2nd story windows to the peak, would fall off. Of all those I contacted, 3 of the 4 that returned my calls were unavailable or unwilling to take on the job because it was "too small".One person (also on Angie's list) who told me he could not take the job referred me to James "Rusty" Gregory of Exterior Siding Solutions LLC - within just a couple of hours, Rusty not only came to look at the damage but repaired my siding and charge me a nominal fee.....amazing in this brutally cold and blustery weather. I am so relieved to have the siding repaired and the stress of losing all of it behind me. Thanks Rusty. I will be calling you if I ever need exterior work on my home.

Rusty and his crew were excellent to work with during this project. Rusty is a professional and very good to communicate project timing and details. He came by several times while the crew was working to check on progress and he always let me know he was here and asked if I had any questions or concerns. We also appreciated that his crew arrived early to work each day and did a great job. I would recommend him to my friends and neighbors without hesitation.

Rusty came out the next day after our first phone contact with siding samples and explained the differences in the siding available, pros and cons as well as several houses he had done in the area that we could drive by and look at his completed work. His estimate was right on target on all items. The gentleman who did the siding work was very meticulous in his work and did an excellent job. He even added some nice decorative touches in the fascia and the window wrappings to make them look nicer as well covering our wiring with a box effect that hid them as well as protecting them from the elements.. The gentleman worked till it got dark out every single day. The roof was a breeze and was done in about 6 hours as well as our storage shed. The guttering was also done very professionally and only took a couple of hours. Everything was done in a timely fashion, Rusty always returned calls and checked in on the work being done. I am very pleased with all the work and would recommend them highly.

Rusty stopped by, took his measurements, and made sure when he met with me, he had everything ready. He was the last of four companies contacted to get a bid, and he was first back with the estimate. He was straight forward on everything. When the work actually started, they made sure to communicate everything that was going on, and made sure to address any issues immediately. They did an outstanding and quick job, especially given the summer heat. It was a guilty pleasure of mine to see other homes in the neighborhood that had siding projects started before mine and finished much later. They treated me and my house with a tremendous amount of respect, even taking the trash can up. And they extended that respect to my two dogs, making sure we could get them out when possible and making sure they would be out of harm's way when prudent . Although no followup issues have needed to be addressed, I wouldn't hesitate to call if anything did come up. Neighbors have made positive comments about the siding. Rusty and his crew were great to work with and I appreciated their hard work and forthright manner.

I highly recommend Exterior Siding Solutions. The owner, Rusty, is very professional, easy to work with and goes out of his to give you exactly what you want. We had new siding, stone, gutters and a new porch put on our house. It looks amazing! This was a major project and they did it very quickly with hardly an impact to my family's lives. They are very meticulous on keeping everything clean and perfect finish product.

Originally we were going to have a roofing company do the roof and a siding company for the siding. But after talking with Rusty from Exterior Siding Solutions we knew that his company would be able to complete both projects. The hardest part of the project for Rusty was probably waiting for us to decide what colors we wanted for the roof and then the siding. We eventually had Rusty on speed dial to ask questions. He would just laugh and drop off more samples to look at. When we finally decided on the roof his crew was out here within days and began the roof project. His crew was very efficient and cleaned up around the house after they were finished. The roof looks great!! A few weeks later when we finally finished with the insurance company and found out that we could replace our siding. I called Rusty and we decided on the type and color. We also had many questions about how it would be completed. We wanted to have a new look to the front of the house and Rusty sat with us and gave us suggestions and then assured us that when his crew was finished we would be happy with the job. His crew was so friendly and so careful not to damage any of our many flowers in the front yard. One of his men (Andy) who did the design work on the front of the house did a magnificant job. We are so happy with the way our house looks and have received many compliments on the work. I can't thank Rusty and his crew enough for the great job they did. Rusty was the initial contact. We had wanted Royal siding and Exterior Siding Solutions was one of the recommended installers listed on the Royal web site. They were also highly rated on Angie's List. We had turned to Angie's list after having had a bad experience with a different siding company several years earlier. Exterior Siding Solutions completed the siding work in just three days. The previous company took several weeks -- mainly because they were working multiple jobs at once. Three days was also fast compared to other companies working in the neighborhood. The gutters were replaced a couple of days later and that went well too. The workmanship was excellent and Rusty was on site for quite a bit of the work.
