Everything went smoothly and the technician was efficient and courteous.

They had to return a couple of times to fully repair the machine, but the problem was difficult to diagnose. Ultimately, I am satisfied with the company's work.

It didn't go. This and another couple of companies will get an 'F' because they do not respond to email. The economy must be just great for companies if they can eschew work that's available to them. Not happy with Angie's List requiring a work date in cases like this.... You can afford to make programming adjustments!

How did it go? It didn't. Despite the fact that I called their service three times, no one EVER called me back. It's been two weeks now...not one single return phone call. Of course, when you don't actually use/pay for a service, Angies List does not weight it as heavily as someone who actually used the service. COME ON!!! Read the other reviews. How can you possibly rank someone as an "A" if they NEVER call customers back? This is not an isolated incident. This happens time and time again (3 times to me in two weeks). Yet, Angie's List will continue to rate them as an "A". What a joke!!! This really erodes the credibility of Angie's List. As for this contractor...I am not wasting one more second of my time on them.

Repairman checked it out and diagnosed the problem as a worn out control module. I was delighted to hear that he had one on his truck and in 20 minutes it was fixed! I was pleased that Doyle was prepare to handle this without having to order a part. Very professional and polite worker!

We thought the freezer would need a new gasket which would have been $180.00 just for that. As it turned out, the freezer just needed a readjustment on the positioning so we didn't need a gasket after all. We were quite impressed. The freezer was on a slant and he fixed it and its been fine ever since. I would for sure use them again.

We and our whole family have relied on Doyle for many years and have never been disappointed in the quality or workmanship of his business.

You CANNOT give these guys an A. Our refrigerator was not working so we called on a Friday and waited 5 hours for them to call back to let us know if they were going to come out. We called THEM back and they said they would call us at 8 a.m. Monday. We could've called someone else if we knew they were never coming. Oh, by the way, they never called back on Monday.

This happened on a Friday evening and they came the next morning. They were polite, professional and there was no rip-off with prices. They were completely honest, showed up on time and did a great job. I have recommended them to other people.

I never received any call from this company.

Can't be very reliable if you can't at least call back to a prospective customer. and it is very rude.

Bruce was early for his appointment which I appreciated so I wasn't waiting forever. In addition to replacing the cold water valve he suggested I replace the hot water valve at the same time also since that one would probably be failing soon also. By doing this I saved the price of another service call when that valve failed. The price for the parts were also cheaper than I could find online. Bruce was able to diagnose and have the machine fixed within 30 minutes. I will definitely use this company again for any appliance repair

Doyle Patton's service was phenomenal. Our furnace went out and I got home from work at 4:45 pm to discover this (the week before Christmas). I frantically began calling around and got a hold of Doyle Patton, and within 30 mins they had someone at my house (they were the only ones who was able to get someone to my house that night). Turned out my entire furnace was shot (multiple parts) and I was lucky enough to have a home warranty still. The worker was good enough not only to come over late, but to talk with the home warranty company and assure that ALL parts would be covered - even to the point of arguing with the home warranty company on our behalf. The employee was always timely, gave us his personal number, and came and worked on a SATURDAY to be sure we had heat (he worked 5+ hours at our house on his off day). I cannot recommend this company enough. They have fantastic customer service and truly work for your benefit.

This was the second time I have had Doyle Patton's folks out to service this washer (unrelated items, unit is 8 yrs old so it was due). Once again service repair person was prompt, efficient and helpful, talking to me honestly about the pros and cons of replacing the broken part on an older unit versus buying a new unit entirely. $75 service call only applied to initial visit, subsequent visit after part arrived only included part plus labor. Not inexpensive, $280 all in for the part, which I think was about $130, plus probably a total of a half hour spent on site. But reliable and trustworthy, they do good work and you get what you pay for, so I will use them again.

We called and left a message. They called back and we made an appointment. They came out and fixed the problem pretty quickly. So it went well.

The Doyle & Patton office staff was very cordial and our initial appointment was scheduled within a few days. The technician was able to rapidly diagnose our problem, then needed to order a part which did take around a week to come in, we were willing to be a little flexible on the installation time and so the technician was extra friendly when he came to install the cyclotron. His recommendation to repair rather than just replace the unit was right in line with our own research, which indicated a replacement would be around $7-800 installed vs around $300 to repair it, think it was 225 or so for the part and around 75 for the labor. A second technician came along for the installation to ensure safe handling of the large built in unit, our cooktop, backsplash, and kitchen counter were entirely undamaged during the repair. The guys were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. We have been extremely pleased as our microwave is again going strong with no problems in the weeks following the repair.

I told him what the issue was and he told me what to do over the phone. He said that if it did not work to call him back and he would come out but he really didn't think I needed a service call. He was right and my problem was solved. I am so impressed by his honesty and integrity. I have already recommended him and will use him in the future in the event I need a service call.

Washer stopped working on Sunday. Called Doyle Patton Service on Monday morning. Service was scheduled for Tuesday. Repairman actually arrived a little early and was very professional. Immediately diagnosed problem and fully explained it to me. I was impressed and will use them again.

They arrived on time, he was a very nice man and completed his work in a reasonable amount of time. The refridgerator is running perfect every since he fixed it!

It is a family owned company. They do pretty much everything on any kind of appliances. I have been dealing with them for about 25 years now. I trust them enough to just leave my house open for them to come in and do the work if I can't be here. They are very trustworthy. They are very good about attending you especially in an emergency. They are very nice people and polite. If needed, I would use them again in the future too.

Given that it was a refrigerator, the company came to my house within 4 hours of my calling. The serviceman was courteous, and explained in detail what had caused the problem. It was an overall good experience.

They did not actually repair anything but they were on time and very honest about the dishwasher not being worth the repair. I would not hesitate to call them again.

Excellent! I've used this company 3 times now (each job was with a different division of the company) and each time has been superb. This was a special project that our church was working on, and I was in charge of the project. Darren Patton (Doyle's son) performed the work and I couldn't be happier. He arrived promptly and worked generously and tirelessly to complete the job in record time to make it more convenient on us. The final outcome was nothing short of excellent. I cannot give this company enough accolades!

Arrived on time. I explained the symptoms, and as a do-it-yourselfer, I performed some tests on the machine and explained that I thought it was a bad pump. He listened and very politely explained that the pumps rarely go bad and it was probably an electrical control for the pump which much more commonly goes bad. After a few tests, he found that it was indeed the pump. While changing it, he offered to teach me how to change it so I could save some money for myself or relatives if I ever had another washing machine pump go bad again. Honesty, integrity, friendly....who could ask for anything more? I will use them for ALL of the home repair needs that I cannot do myself.

Excellent! Couldn't have been more pleased! The offered to squeeze us in urgently since hot water is precious to everyone, but we doing just fine so weren't in a hurry and told them we could wait a couple of days. They were VERY appreciative of that. They talked us into a slightly larger one than we had inquired about, and they were so right! We would have regretted getting the smaller one that what we originally thought we wanted. The were prompt, courteous and professional. They even offered free advice on some other do-it-yourself plumbing projects that I was planning to do soon. I highly recommend them. They have an electrician, a heating/cooling repairman and a large appliance repairman. They try to give priority to emergent repairs like A/C, heating, refrigerator repairs.
