Excellent. Kevin Doyle came ASAP when we had a leak for temporary fix then returned to fix it properly after the emergency. This was during the massive freeze/snow we had in February. Saved us!

The repair was successful, and not as expensive as we had expected. Also, Mr. Patton was very prompt and provided helpful advice about the pros and cons of repair versus replacement.

Wonderful. Technican got it working perfectly. Explained everything and gave me hints to prevent maintainance issues in the future.

Terrible They would not return my call. I called again the next day to find out what happened and I had to leave another message. This time they called me back. When I asked them why they didn't call me they said call your warranty a Company and tell them Doyle Patton does not want to do the repair. They didn't even have the courtesy to call my warranty Company and let them know they do not want the work. After experiencing this type of response I would not recommend this Company for any work at all. First if you have them scheduled they may not even show up and do the repair.

We called our homeowner's warranty company, Buyer's Protection Group when our refrigerator stopped cooling on a Wednesday. BPG contacted Doyle Patton. Doyle Patton contacted me within an hour and asked what the problem was. It was the first day the temperature broke 90 degrees, so I was certain they wouldn't be able to get me in on the same day since air conditioner calls would likely be pouring in to their business. I did explain that my spouse had refrigerated injections that were very expensive and difficult to replace. We had them on ice packs at that time. The owner advised it was unlikely to get to my home the same day, but could guarantee an appointment the next day. Someone called back, but I wasn't able to get to the phone, and it was the next day before they made it out. I received a call at about 9am to let me know that they'd be out between 11am and 1pm. Bruce showed up at around 11:15, and began diagnosing the problem. It was a bad element and also a bad fan motor. We paid the Buyer's Protection Group's service call fee of $75, and Bruce defrosted the freezer so it would work until he came back with the parts. Bruce returned on Tuesday with the parts and got everything back up and running. All in all, it was a very pleasant, professional experience.

Never returned my call and was told by the receptionist I would receive a call back right away.

They were extremely busy when I called and it took some days for them to come out. When they did come they were unable to fix the problem.

It was too long ago, but very dependable.

I'm afraid I don't remember. But theyve done a number of appliance repair jobs for me over the past four years and they've always done a very good job.

I don't recall price, but I remember that they were responsive and reasonable.

Returned my call the next morning (Friday). Said that they could come out Monday - would call with timeframe. Called Monday by 8:30am. Arrived within 2 hour window they had given. The serviceman was very polite & professional. He seemed very knowledgable about my freezer. My problem was diagnosed & fixed within an hour. He was very neat & left everything just as it was, but better. The reason that I marked B on cost is because I think all repairs like this are expensive. I don't think that Doyle Patton would be any pricier than anyone else. However, I didn't shop around to check. I would definitely use them again.

The new high SEER air conditioners were installed to lower my utility bills. These airconditioners lowered my electricity bills 30% according to the electric company. Doyle Patton Service company did a very professional job and left with no trash anywhere. The workers were very polite and well groomed. I would use Doyle Patton Service company for any job that they could do. Their prices were not low but were fair.

Great! When I called they told us the soonest they could get out was a few days from then (which was fine, it was just a dishwasher repair needed). They said that on the day of service, I would get a phone call between 8 and 8:30am with a 2 hour window that the tech would be to the house. They called at 8:50 with the two hour window (which is great, 2 hours is very reasonable). Tech arrived within the time (about in the middle of the 2 hr time frame) and was able to diagnose and fix our dishwasher. Technician had the part he needed in the truck and was in and out of our house in about an hour. We wish, however, we'd seen the coupon for Angie's List members as we could have saved a few bucks.

These guys were sent out by BPG in conjunction with a claim on our home warranty. The technician arrived on time and brought booties to put over his shoes so that he didn't mess up our floors (this has been a problem with others in the past). He got right to the root of the problem and discussed all of the costs and materials associated with fixing our 10-year old range. He also made some very good recommendations regarding the advisability of repair vs. replacement. Overall a very good experience!

He called within 36 hours of me leaving a message. I told him I found him on Angie's list and exactly what I needed so no visit was needed to diagnose. He said he'd check on the bulb and call back. Today one of his employees called to give me a two hour window to come out and replace the bulb. I accepted and went to work. They arrived on time and spent 20 minutes replacing a $20 bulb. Cost for service call - $75. Twenty minutes of labor - $74. No Angies list discount was applied. I clearly should have asked, but I feel overcharged. I had this done once before and paid $100. Lesson learned - always, always ask. Don't assume that, just because they are highly rated, they won't be murderously expensive. Note: I did not rate quality as I have no basis on which to judge. I went to B for professionalism as I didn't get the Angies list discount.

Someone from Doyle Patton arrived on time and began figuring out what the problem was. They needed a new motor and the closest place to get one did not have the one we needed in stock. The repairman called and located the motor we needed at a location that was not near us and, since it was late in the afternoon by that time, said that they would pick it up in the morning before they came back to finish the repair. They were back mid morning the next day and finished the repair. It has worked perfectly since then.

Impressed me as he didn't collect $! He said he would settle up when he returned with ordered part.

It went well. They provided me with their professional assessment that enabled me to make an appropriate decision.

Very professional operation. The technician analyzed the electrical components then removed the unit. Replaced a major component that had failed. Doyle Patton was highly recommended by another appliance repair service, plus they were well rated on Angie's List.
