Description of Work: repaired dryer-would not heat.....ice dispenser on refrigerator would not work-needed valve replaced-original valve insufficient.....furnance would not turn on-needed new thermostat

Description of Work: Washing machine wouldn't spin. Service tech quickly replaced the belt, and the machine was able to spin. A week or so later, it was spinning only slowly, some of the time. A service tech came out and put a different belt on, which was slightly smaller. No charge for second call. Washer spins fine now.

Description of Work: My Viking range would not go into Self Cleaning Mode. The technician was able to isolate the problem and has ordered replacement parts for the job. I will not know the price until the job is complete. So far, so good.

Description of Work: Put in new furnace and air conditioner. They were busy and didn't return initial phone call. Had to call them one or two times. Once they came and committed to the job, they were punctual and very professional. We have used them in the past and have been very satisfied with them.

Description of Work: Repaired a Samsung dryer and a Samsung French door refrigerator. Also in 2014 repaired a Bosch dishwasher. The repairman was very competent. He arrived when he said he would. He explained the problems and replaced broken parts. The appliances all worked perfectly when he was done.

Description of Work: They replaced a leaking water pipe the went to an outdoor faucet. Replaced the outside faucet with freeze free valve. Replaced hot water overflow tank that was not working properly.

Description of Work: I contacted Doyle Patton Service in July to diagnose and repair a washing machine. Because of the need to accommodate the amount of laundry we do on a daily basis, Doyle was able to move us up in the schedule. The technician showed up on time and was very professional, courteous, and informative. The technician did not have the part on the truck but returned the next day to finish the repair. Everything was performed to standards and the site was clean upon completion. | |I have used Doyle in the past for a refrigerator repair and feel that he is reliable, his technicians are punctual, and their work is of good quality. If I have a need, I will continue to contact Doyle for appliance repair.

Description of Work: I don't remember exactly how much they charged for the service call. I did set an appointment and they told me they would call around 8 am the day of service. When they didn't call by 10, I called them and it was obvious they didn't know about it. A person came out the next day and was fine.

Description of Work: Doyle Patton and his sons have serviced my appliances for about forty years. They have always been fair and honest with me. I trust their assessment of the situation. It helps me decide whether to repair or replace an item. The most recent call helped me decide it was time to replace my washing machine. I was delighted to see their straight A rating, but I wasn't surprised, because they have always earned a straight A from me.

Description of Work: I called to see if they had a part for a 15 year old refrigerator (Kenmore). They didn't have the part but told me where I could find it at another company. Even gave me directions on how to get there! Very friendly and helpful. They said if the other company didnt have the part to call them back and they'd try to find someone else.

Description of Work: My hot water hose burst. I purchased a new hose, but could not get it to stop leaking. A very nice service man came out, snipped off a bit of the recepticle (I don't know the proper term) and it fit fine with no leaking.
