Description of Work: I am pleased my 20 year old washing machine only needed a simple fix and that Mark, a repair man from Bill's Appliance Inc., did not try to pursuade me I needed a new washing machine. Apparently, when my washing machine was moved, I overcompensated with the placement of the water return hose that empties the washing machine on spin cycle. I placed the hose too far into the plumbing so it would not fall out and spill water everywhere. (I had this problem in the past). This caused the washing machine drum not to fill. The washing machine also had to be cycled manually with the hose placed too far. Placing the hose in a more shallow proper position is all that needed to be done. Thank goodness there are still honest businesses in the world!

Description of Work: I WENT IN TO PURCHASE A DRYER FROM BILL'S APPLIANCE. I SAW ANOTHER DRYER AT ANOTHER STORE TWO WEEKS LATER AND IT HAD A FULL WARRANTY. SO WHEN I TOLD BILL THAT I FOUND THAT THE EXACT DRYER WITH A FULL WARRANTY HE WAS VERY EAGER TO PLEASE AND TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD COME AND PICK THE DRYER HE SOLD ME AT NO CHARGE AND NO ATTITUDE SO THAT I COULD PURCHASE A DRYER FROM HIS COMPETITOR THAT I WANTED AND HE WAS VERY PLEASANT ABOUT IT.
