We take pride in knowing that when we leave a clients house, they feel good about our services, and understand what we did and why. We walk each customer through the property and show them everything, while providing them with not only an understanding of what work needs to be done but also how to maintain it in the future. We will not leave until we feel that we have given our customers a full understanding of how their system works and which services would be beneficial. A written inspection and estimate is provided on every job. We take care of every customer like they are family. We want what is best for you. We are the ones that care! "Thanks so much for taking time to review our company Member, but you were not there when I was there to clean. I Richard Moore am the owner and I dealt with your husband. We did not arrive late as when we book we allow a two to three hour slide time for instance we say 11-1 that means we will be there between 11 and one your schedule was 9-11 I was at your house by , so we so I did not apologize for being late because we not late. When I show up at a house and someone opens the door (in your case I’m guessing your husband) I always say Hi I’m Richard from Breathe Rite and if I didn’t you would not have been able to ask if I was Richard as you state later in your review. As far as my appearance, I am always shaven, I have a goatee and a partial beard but I keep them trimmed daily. My shirt was hanging out on purpose I do not tuck it in. I move and climb all day I need the shirt to be able to move and adjust with me. And unfortunately epically during these 100+ degree days yes the uniforms may take wear. We clean dirt out of ducts all day. There was no assumption that we were going to do the entire home; when we come in we always set up. With the deal you purchased I always do a full system inspection, not assuming that I’m going to clean it but to let you know what shape your system was in. If I failed to do the inspection I guess you would have complained about that too since it was part of the package you purchased. And just like you said when I did your inspection I advised you of the parts that did not need to be cleaned so I was very honest. I apologize for not putting booties on without your request. We don’t wear them unless requested their were other contractors there and they were not wearing booties, If I would have seen them wearing booties you would not have had to request them. After requested we put them on immediately as I always have them. As far as leaving dust foot prints everywhere I wore booties as you requested and we removed a lot of dust from you system. Plus you had contractors all over your house and they were not wearing booties, while floors were missing and construction going on and since I was wearing booties and the footprints were from someone not wearing them I am going to assume it wasn’t me. I’m not sure what you are talking about with the cost being in lined with a licensed HVAC person…I didn’t bid to clean your unit the parts that an HVAC system person would clean because like I told you before they didn’t need to be cleaned. If you look at your estimate or the invoice I provided you I didn’t quote a price on the unit that is why we provide the invoices and have you sign them. The equipment we use is top of the line we choose not to use truck mounted machines for many reasons. One you have to leave the doors to the house open and two we are more portable and able to clean other places like business inside malls that you can’t pull a truck up to. If we would have used the kind of hose with the brush inside it wouldn’t have sucked up the big debris they would have clogged. I chose the method that I felt in my professional opinion would have done the best job for you. I have cleaned for 10 years and worked for several air duct companies large and small…NONE of them used truck mounted systems for the reasons above. If you do your research no one is better than the other it is personal preference. And no you did not send us packing in fact you paid for additional work to be completed. I would have been more than happy to address any of these issues either with you Member who was the on present. Unfortunately, you did not call me. "We really appreciate that you took time out to send in a review. I can completely understand what you mean. Unfortunately, every house is different. Every system is different. We can't really list cost because we don't know what we are walking into, if the system has been cleaned before. We don’t know if the previous owner cleaned the system or how dirty the system really is. Most of the time, our customers don’t know the answers either, that is why they call us. This is why we offer an inspection with our deal. Once again, we do appreciate you as a customer and hope to hear from you again."
