"Friendly, responsive, timely, dependable, knowledgeable, thorough" are some of the words to describe John Muessig at PC Housecalls. I had not required technology services for 5+ years. Once I reconnected for some current issues, John was able to provide the needed assistance within days. In today's busy world, such attention is so refreshing. As a former educator, I can honestly say John achieved an A+.
