The owner's son also works for the company. He and another associate were on-time and explained the air duct cleaning procedure before they began. They finished quicker than anticipated, cleaned up everything behind them, and were very courteous.

They were here for maybe 3 hours, nothing special. The experience was good, the owner was pretty easy to work with as far as with the coupon and they were very good about calling ahead to give me a heads up about when they would be here.

My wife suffers from allergies and has been wanting me to have the air ducts cleaned for some time. We have a forty year old house that we completely rehabbed last year. I had been in the ducts myself during the rehab and observed the dust bunnies the size of large soft balls. I have procrastinated as I have seen and read many reports of companies in this industry being less than reputable. I purchased 'The Big Deal' coupon through Angie's list for Whole House Air Duct Cleaning. The crew was extremely professional and efficient. There was zero up selling which surprised me. The equipment is vehicle mounted so its not blowing exhaust/dust back in to the home. They basically run a blower down every register while they have a vacuum tube at the end of the trunk. I was happy with the result and found the price unbeatable.

When his team arrived, they were on-time, very friendly and professional. I ended up not using the service because I had too many vents and did not want to pay the extra fee, but when I do decide to do the whole project, I will definitely call DRYER VENT SOLUTIONS LLC.

I called and made an appointment for the following afternoon. (No one else could do THAT!) The owner's son called me when he was on his way to my house, as promised. The whole process took between 25 and 30 minutes - including squirming under the deck twice! This young man works hard, fast and efficiently.

We didn't want to install it through our window, and wanted to do it through our wall. The house that we bought did not have a vent, and they subcontracted with a cement cutter and installed it in the wall. They did a good job.

We had a massive plug up with our old vent housing because it was not a right type for our use and location. Spoke to George and Andy came a day after to replace the vent. He took his time to show me couple of different options and told me about the pros and cons. He had to reschedule because he needed help getting to the very difficult to reach vent outside. He was on time both times. Finished efficiently, told me how to maintain the new unit. Was very sweet about helping me put everything back in it's place in my laundry room after he was done.

I explained to them my situation with my house and the past owners. My house would get dusty very quickly. There company stood out because they were responsive and had a great estimate. They were a local company as well. We enjoy boosting the local economy. We set up an appointment with them. They explained everything they were doing. They showed up on time and got everything done. It didn't take along time. Things are not as dusty in my house. The price was very reasonable. They got in done in a timely manner and were very courteous. They were wiiling to come out if we had any problems after it was done but I haven't had any problems since.

George came by one evening to assess our needs and provide an estimate. We arranged for a date and time, and he sent his son to actually install the duct work. The installation began on time and was completed quickly and efficiently.

George and his son were clean, neat, professional, knowledgeable, salt of the earth people to do business with. They answered all of my questions in great detail about their processes, equipment, what to expect during a service call. I did a ton of online research about air duct cleaning before I started fielding bids. They used high power, truck mounted, industrial grade equipment to clean our entire duct system. I asked George about cleaning our dry vent and he suggested replacing it ourselves to save some money. The price was fair and actually came in less than I was quoted. Don't hesitate to call this company for all of your duct cleaning needs...

George was thorough in cleaning out my dryer vent line (which goes from the middle of my house to the outside). My dryer was not working well, and all it took was to have the line cleaned out. I was given an estimate over the phone, which was exactly what I was charged. He even came on a Saturday morning for me since I work full-time. He did a wonderful job.
