The 2 people from Dryer Vent Solutions showed up exactly when promised and were very professional and kind. They explained what the problem was and what they were going to be doing. They worked very efficiently and were done in approx. 30 minutes. They were great with my dog who was very curious what they were doing. They couldn't have been nicer or have done a better job.

They were great! On time, worked super fast, and it was cheaper than the over the phone quote.

This company was very professional, the men were very nice. I will be using them again, when it's time to get the vent cleaned.. The entire job took them less than 30 minutes and informed me every step of the way what they were doing. Showed me the mess they cleaned out as well as the before pictures.

They did a nice job. Actually, the dryer vent really didn't need to be cleaned. There was another problem. I remember I paid a nominal amount. The quality of work was good. I would give them A's across the board. I would use them again.

We had them once and then I had them come back because we continued to have a problem several months after they came the first time and then they honored that. They didn't charge me additional for coming back and redoing one part and they had missed a part but they were great. They honored their work and they fixed it and admitted that they had missed something.

I decided to use Dryer Vent Solutions based on Angie's List Reviews. They were a pleasure to do business with. Very Courteous and prompt. I was told it was more economical to replace the vent than to have it cleaned because it was so old. I appreciate that an option was chosen that not only saved me money but over all, extended the life of my dryer! Great experience!

The technician arrived on time. He assessed the work to be done and then systematically worked through the whole house. He was patient and made sure all the dirt was out of each vent before moving to the next one. Excellent quality and service.

George and his crew are great. I had them do work on a previous home (installed a new dryer vent to outside of house to pass inspection) and their crew did a great job and the price is always right with Dryer Vent Solutions. This time I had them replace some dry-rotted exterior dryer vents (small job) and it looks great! Much better than I could have done! I will definitely use them again in the future!

I ordered this service through the Big Deal, and it went fine. The vents got cleaned, but here are a few things they could have done better: (1) When I scheduled the service nobody discussed having to make cuts into the HVAC channels. I have had this service performed before in other homes, so I was expecting it. However, that should be part of their standard up-front disclosure so first-time purchasers are not caught off-guard, (2) my original scheduled service date had to be re-scheduled due to the external temperature. They need it to be at least 32 degrees F outside for their equipment to work. That is fine, and I understand their requirements. However, they did not mention this to me when I was making my original appointment and they did not notify me until the morning of the appointment that they had to cancel. I had already arranged to take-off work, and burned 4 hours of my vacation time. Had they notified me just 24 hours before (plenty of time to see the weather forecast) I could have saved those 4 hours, (3) they guys that came to do the job were professional enough--but, they reeked of cigarette smoke and one of them clogged up my toilet.

the work was performed at a rental property, and my renter said the company did an excellent job on cleaning all the vents in the house. I would recommend them for other properties.

The company just did not have the equiptment that was needed. I have cancelled the deal.

That went well. I bought the service for my tenant and the tech was there for about an hour or so. Scheduling went well and my tenants didn't complain.

The guys came out and I was happy with them, but they said I didn't need the Big Deal service, but they did do a small job for me. They were very thorough, gave me a lot of information especially because they didn't charge me for something I didn't need.

George, the owner was professional, prompt in communication, and easy to communicate with! His guys did a great job. They came as scheduled initially to find that I was (unknowingly) unprepared....we moved in in December and had unloaded our storage unit, had renovations just complete, and our hardwood floors yet to refinish. The guys highly recommended we finish our floors first and move our furniture so all ducts and returns were accessible to them, as needed. I didn't realize the ducts/vents needed to be accessed. So, it was fantastic for them to suggest these things and that they would return another time to complete their work. When they came back, we had done these things and the process went great. Further, they did not have to clean the 2nd floor system as it was newer and not dusty or dirty.....they suggested to leave it be. I loved the honest suggestions and service. Will recommend and utilize Dryer Vent Solutions in the future.
