Everything went as scheduled and was nicely done. I'm glad I had a coupon, but now that I have clean ducts/vents I would do it again even without a coupon. My ducts are now free of a ton of dust and some old playing cards that fell into one of the registers.

Very well. The young men that worked at my house were wonderful. They were professional and worked very hard to do a good job for us.

They provided a very good service. I would recommend using this company. I had questions they were able to answer and they did a great job. He came in did the cleaning and gave advice. The experience was very good.

The Deal didn’t cover everything, so additional services had to be purchased; that was a disappointment. My wife was there for the work and I know she was satisfied overall.

This company is excellent! They responded to a voice mail with a return call within in one hour. We set up an appointment to bid the job, and they showed up on time. We made an appointment to do the work. They came on time and did a great job. Very professional and considerate of your time and property. I would recommend this company. They are also very reasonably priced.

I received exceptional service from Dryer Vent Solutions. In the process of selling my condo, it was noted that my dryer line was pinched during a home inspection, and the buyer requested that it be cleaned. My condo is a second and third floor unit with the dryer line running from the second floor to the roof. Three other companies that I contacted were not equipped to do the work. Dryer Vent Solutions told me it would not be a problem at all. They were extremely accommodating to my schedule even after having to reschedule multiple times due to ice/snow on the roof. Ultimately we had to wait almost two weeks before they could get on the roof, but I understand that the weather is out of their control. On the first day there was a sign of decent weather, I received a call from George asking if they could set up a time to come. On the day of service, they showed up early and completed the job quickly. They were truly a pleasure to deal with. I wish all aspects of my move could be as simple and easy as this.

They were on time, courtious, on time. They did a good job.

Overall, I was quite pkeased. I'd like to thank the company for honoring my coupon despite the fact that I alloweed it to expire. They worked within my time schedule to get the job done. Both gentlemen were friendly and knowledgeable. The showed a great deal of professionalism and they performed the job in a timely manner.

They did no work but did say the access holes in my ductwork was not what they need and wanted to cut all new ones. I didn't like that either. I called another company that did the work with no surprises.

We were very pleased with the entire service experience. They were running a bit late, and called to let us know, then arrived exactly at the updated time. Both servicemen were polite, prompt, thorough and efficient - very professional. When they were nearly finished with the HVAC duct work cleaning, we decided that we wanted to have the dryer vent cleaned as well. Even though it was late in the afternoon, they gladly complied, retrieved the necessary equipment from their van, and did an excellent job on the dryer vent too, including pulling the dryer away from the wall, and vacuuming under and behind it. Very highly recommended. Thanks guys !

Very professional though more expensive than a number of duct cleaning services advertising at the time.

They showed up on time and completed the work quickly with minimum disruption.

The guys were very nice and actually showed up early. They cut holes in the return duct in the basement to hook up the huge vac. The whole process took about two hours. It ended up costing about $70 more than estimated on the phone. They also left dust/dirt on the floor around every vent. So I wasn't too happy about giving more money than anticipated and then cleaning up their mess afterward.

The two young men arrived promptly, described the cleaning process, got to work using specialized equipment for duct cleaning (neat stuff), and were finished in 2 1/2 hours. All the gunk and debris in my 43 yr. old never cleaned vents taken away. Great Job.

Dryer Vent Solutions came out and to complete the work and when they looked at the duct configuration determined that they were not able to work in the space with the way the furnace is constructed. They were nice and professional. They were very honest about the service letting me know that they are not able to perform the full job with the type of equipment they have, they advised me to locate a company with a truck mounted system to perform the job.

They showed up half an hour early and gave me an estimate. They didn’t have any uniforms that identified them and I couldn’t see their truck, so I had to ask them who they were. They told me that the workwould cost an additional $200. I wish they had asked me more detailed questions when I originally called them so that I could have anticipated the extra costs.

They were a great company to work with. The only negitive was they installed a plastic vent cover that has horizontal plastic strips that don't hold up well. One broke off the first month.

I don't know anything about air ducts, however I have no complaints. The men arrived on time and were professional.

Haven't had the vents and ducts cleaned since I bought the condo in 2006 and may not have ever been cleaned since it was built in 1986. There was an inital mix up in the scheduling and address of the job, however we were able to work that out and got the job scheduled. They showed up on time, performed the work, and cleaned up after themselves.

Overall it was a good experience. However, if there is additonal monies due this should be stated up front with an estimate of what the additonal charge will be. Also, if there is an additional charge and we change our mind what is the recourse? Can we refuse the service with the persons there on site? Can our money be refunded when an incident like this occurs? This situation was rather awkward.

Guys were courteous and fast. Got the job done quickly and cleaned up well afterwards.

They arrived on time did their work efficiently and were very pleasant. No complaints- I would use them again.

The whole thing took less than one hour and the dryer now finishes its auto cycle much faster and the unit stays a lot cooler.
