They showed up on time and cleaned the ducts very professionally they explained they would have to drill some hole in our ductwork for their hoses, but they would patch them when they were finished and they did. they advised us that the filter we were using was not the correct size and informed us the correct size we should be using. It was $15 per vet extra and we had 10 vents that were not covered by the deal we bough so they said they could bill us later since we didn't have to means to pay them right then. all in all great to work with.

Went great. I'd never had it done and was getting worried about how clogged it might be. I plan to call them in a couple of months and have my ducts cleaned out

I was very nervous picking out an air duct cleaning provider, because I read a lot of them use scam tactics. I found Dryer Vent Solutions to be honest and affordable. The two men that came over were very helpful and pointed out things about our new home that we didn't realize so that we could do a good job maintaining our home.

The company was very responsive as we planned the appointment. The guys that came to do the work were prompt, tidy, and explained what they were doing. They answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend this company.

Went well. A team of two people came. They showed up an hour early without calling but it turned out fine. We were having some other work done as well, so we were home and available. They were very curtious and professional. Very kind to our two dogs. We discussed the special that was advertised, showed them around our home and they got started. This was the first time we were having our vents cleaned so I had many questions. They were patient and explained everything to me. Very knowledgeable. The whole process took about 2 and a half hours. Many thanks for a job well done.

They arrived as planned. Looked over our furnace and vents and told us they were unable to do a satisfactory job for us. They told us we needed a truck mount system and even gave us a couple of names. Their professionalism and honesty was deeply appreciated. They could have done a half way job and charged us, but they did not.

We have five animals and it's a necessity for us to do this type of cleaning. It helped with dust and both of our allergies. The house had a fresh scent in the air when they finished.

It went OK. I felt good about them securing areas that were open. These areas let lint/dust fall onto the shelving below it.

Two technicians arrived on time and introduced themselves; humorous and courteous. They assessed the house and duct work. They advised me what equipment they would be using and the time it would take to clean (about 45 minutes, I have a small home). They went to work right away. After it was completed. One of the techs said it need cleaning since it hasn't been touched in over 20 years. It clogged the vacuum system 2-3 times. I could tell immediately throughout the day the crisp, clear air in the house. I'm breathing easy and it feels great. Thank-you dryer vent solutions for a job well done.

The technicians were very well trained. They came in and had everything done quickly and even took the time to explain the process step by step. It appeared that another company came out to do the same service within the last couple years but missed two lines that Dryer Vent Solutions was able to clean out effectively. Overall extremely happy with the service and will use again when it comes time to replace my 24ft long dryer vent.

Was done in two phases because the machine broke the first day, but they kept me appraised of the repair status and scheduled an acceptable time. They were prompt, cleaned up after themselves and were very courteous.

They showed up. Walked around the house counting vents. We had 18. They said the price for all 18 would have been over $500.00. We were not interested at that price.

I bought a package on Angieslist. They showed up on time first time. Told me my package was $100 more than quote due to no. of ducts. Left after I told them I'd think about it. Came back a second time after agreeing to pay $100 more. Spent about half a day cleaning ducts. Job wasn't perfect, but it was a whole lot better than it was before. They said they sanitized, but I'm not sure what that really accomplishes. I'd recommend skipping the sanitization part and making sure you lock them in on price. Overall, I'm happy with the work done, but they squeezed me a little more for cash than I wanted.

I have used this company twice before to clear out my dryer vents, and could tell a vast difference in the performance of the dryer both times. I can tell no difference this time. They were here for about 10 minutes. I don't think they even hooked up the hose this time.

They did fine, did work and cleaned up after themselve.

I was unable to use the big deal due to the company not being able to perform the service. Our vents are smaller than normal vents therefore, they could not successfully clean them.

There was a mishap when I ordered the coupon from Angie's List but George did not get rattled. He was professional and problem solver which put me at ease. The servicemen were prompt and professional as well. We would use this company again.

The vendor forgot to sanitize the ducts after cleaning so they had to make a second trip to our location therefore the "B" rating.

I just moved into a condo and my dryer hook up was full of lint. With the help of a neighbor we were able to gather most of our neighbors to also have their vents cleaned. So in all we had 10 condos cleaned by Dryer Vent Cleaning and everyone was completely satisfied with their work. Since there were so many from the same complex, he gave us a discount from $88 to $65. We will probably repeat in a few years.

I hired Them last fall. They did a nice job. They showed up when they said they were and did the job.

Very professional. identified issues , explained what he saw. All completed quickly. I just don't remember what we paid at the time.
