Description of Work: The first visit to clean vents and main lines of house ductwork they had oil leak issues with the equipment. They apologized and said they would contact me when repaired. They called and rescheduled quickly and returned. They did a very good job for a really great value so it was worth the small delay in service.

Description of Work: Somehow they went to the wrong house (numbers a few off) and called the wrong phone number (1 number off). I find that it is highly unlikely either of those would happen especially seeing we had a phone conversation and the address was clearly spelled out. Please cancel this.

Description of Work: They came out, but upon inspection decided they did not have the proper equipment to complete the job. They would only be able to complete half of the job and did not want to do a partial job. I understood and appreciated them not doing a 50% job. Everybody I spoke with was professional.

Description of Work: This is a well run, professional company. The only reason I marked them down to a "B" on professionalism was their uniform. The two techs showed up wearing monogrammed t-shirts, but kind of beat up old clothing and tennis shoes besides that. However, they had great people skills- they spoke clearly, answered all questions, and maintained eye contact throughout all interactions. | |They showed up promptly to our appointment. In fact, I think I may have been 5 minutes late getting home, and they waited for me to arrive. One tech promptly went to work setting up the equipment, while the other took the time to explain the duct cleaning process, and made sure I understood the process and was ok with it. Then they did a VERY thorough job cleaning both the return ducts and the supply ducts. | |They are definitely a company I would trust to do more work in the future. I only wish there were more contractors like them!

Needed to add $50 for second furnance and $45 for three additional vents ($15 each) over the 10 specificed in the coupon. Nice job. Fair price. David and Andy were both very professional and accomodating.

Description of Work: I had the whole house air ducts cleaned following a major remodeling job. I had had a new kitchen, 2 bathrooms,new flooring and painting throughout the house completed. They came in and covered every duct as well as all the vents. They completed the job in about 2 hours. I was very happy with the completed job. I think the house has stayed much cleaner now that the job has been done.

Description of Work: The firm arrived on time to the scheduled work, buit discovered they were not able to perform work on our geothermal HAC system.as they did not possess required equipment.

Description of Work: Exactly as advertised. A 2-man crew showed up with a giant vac which they hooked onto the basement ductwork. Then they ran brushes down every register. Amazing what cxame out of the duct work. Finally, they hit all the registers with a sanitizer.
