Description of Work: Removed old furnace and AC unit and installed new American Standard furnace and AC along with a Reme air purifier and touchscreen thermostat. The three installers were extremely professional, polite and punctual. They showed up at 8 a.m., estimated it would take until 4 p.m., but were done by 2 p.m. If they didn't have to change the thermostat on the main floor of the house and a little sheet metal noise now and then, I wouldn't have known they were here. The furnace is working very well and exactly as promised. They know their business and do great work. Extremely satisfied customer!

Description of Work: The technician was very professional as always. He installed a humidifier and replaced the ice maker line shut off while at our home. I thought the price for installing the shut off was a bit pricey, but the icemaker has never worked better.

+ 1 moreGreat. We have a 1920 bungalow that had essentially no heat or AC on the second floor. After talking to 3 HVAC people, Shane was the only one who gave me any confidence his solution would work - installing a separate system just for the 2nd floor. He was the only one to do load calcs to size the unit. We wanted a high efficiency unit and this fit Shane's philosophy. He talked to us about the different options, and was honest about prices vs. payback and the outdoor noise + indoor feeling of cold air blowing from a heat pump. We love what we ended up with. He had to get creative in placing the duct work, and did a good job with that. He was a little hard on the drywall in places, but probably nothing compared to what could have been. We've had a few strange, but not bad, noises since, and he's been great on following up and chasing those down. The thermostat he sold us is awesome! Pricey, I'm sure, but worth it.

Description of Work: I had an air conditioning unit installed in my 3 story home. It has 6 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. They removed and disposed of the old unit. There was no additional ductwork needed.
