Good Very fast install

Everything went well.

Troy came to the door and immediately said it would be $75 extra because my roof was too steep. My understanding was he was just going to clean gutters (one story high). so I asked whether he could just get on a ladder and do it without walking around on the roof. He replied that "if it is so easy, why dont you just do it yourself?" Not off to a good start, I told him to leave. When I called what I thought was to office to complain about the rudeness, Toy answered. So I chewed him out a little for being rude and he did apologize. I agreed to let him come back to do the job, but still feel he should not talk to customers like that. The crew tossed some of the sludge from the gutters onto my car -- accidental? Not sure. Hate to complain -- but I really don't appreciate being treated like that. additional reply I did -- I told him he had acted like an a-hole (someone had to tell him!). But when he replies that he was "joking" when he told me to do the gutters myself -- no way.

. From initial contact to having the job completed, it was a great experience. This was a small job, but didn't get the feeling I was pushed to the back of the line. My work was scheduled promptly and work performed when they said it was going to be done. Troy is the owner and performed the work allong with his crew. I like hiring local contractors thatr live close by and have pride in their work.

Returned phone calls in timely manner. Completed good work in a timely manner at a fair price. Nice towork with.

Excellent experience. Troy came out in a timely manner and provided a quote for us. He did not try to oversell gutters in areas we didn't need them, nor products we didn't need (leaf guard). He provided a list of references in our area that made it easy to check out his work. His crew was on time on the day of install and performed high quality work. He was great in dealing with our picky requests (ie: gutter color change around our deck). We would definitely use Sheridan Exteriors in the future, and we would recommend him to anyone needing gutters.

Sheridan brought with him, Dan Larson of Larson Legacy, and Dan did the repairs on the soffits. He did a great job. We were very pleased with the workmanship. We thought the cost was a little high but our roof is very steep so that was probably the reason for the price.

They were timely and efficient.

The installation took about 2 hours. They were promptly here at 8 o'clock am. The job was done professionally and the installers were polite and very accommodating. When the job was completed, we inspected the end product and were extremely pleased.

There were some problem areas that he dealt with very well. There was one area where he didn't think needed a gutter but I wanted it there just for the appearance so he did it and did a nice job.

Two areas of the house needed gutters -- both above front walk and driveway, and on the back of the house over the deck. The owner-installer did a great job on the installation. The roof line above the deck is at two slightly different heights, the installers wrapped the lower gutter around the corner to catch the short downspout from the upper gutter. Great job. This gutter installer was actually chosen by my roofer as a sub-contractor on a re-roofing job. I'm very pleased with the gutter work.

I LIKED THIS COMPANY AND WOULD HAVE USED THEM EXCEPT I ONLY NEEDED AN ESTIMATE TO VERIFY A CONTRACTOR'S PREVIOUS PRICE. TROY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HIS ESTIMATE WAS RIGHT ON THE MONEY AND AFTER PERUSING IT, I SEE THAT HIS PRICE WAS IN LINE WITH THE OTHER CONTRACTOR'S. I CHOSE THE OTHER CONTRACTOR ON A FIRST COME BASIS.

MY ESTIMATE WAS PERFORMED OVER THE PHONE AND MY INITIAL PHONE WAS RETURNED THE SAME DAY. THE QUOTE WAS A COUPLE HUNDRED MORE THAN OUR SECOND QUOTE.

REPRESENTATIVE WAS COURTEOUS AND PROMPT IN ALL CONTACT FROM INITIAL CALL TO ESTIMATE THROUGH COMPLETE INSTALLATION. BID WAS THOROUGH AND PROFESSIONAL. PATIENT WITH QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS. START OF OUR JOB WAS DELAYED BECAUSE OF WEATHER CONDITIONS BUT WE WERE CALLED EACH MORNING THEY DID NOT ARRIVE. ALL WORK FOR THIS LARGE JOB WAS COMPLETED BY A CREW OF THREE (INCLUDING THE OWNER/CONTACT) IN A FULL DAY (SPREAD OVER TWO DAYS). QUALITY OF WORK WAS OUTSTANDING AND THE CREW DID A GREAT JOB CLEANING UP THEIR MATERIALS WHEN FINISHED. WE WOULD GIVE SHERIDAN EXTERIORS, INC. A STRONG RECOMMENDATION BASED ON OUR EXPERIENCE.
