 + -1 moreWe had a gutter downspout that needed to be re-run after we had a deck installed on the rear of our house. Troy contacted me immediately and was able to provide a quote over the phone base doff a host of pictures I took. He needed to remove the old downspout and plug the hole in the gutter. He then cut a new downspout hole and re-ran the gutter downspout to a different side of the house that no longer interfered with the gutter. He even came out on a cold November day to do this work quickly and at a very reasonable price. We're very happy with the end result.

 + -1 moreAfter I purchased the Big Deal, it took a couple of weeks before the owner responded to arrange appointment to do the work. Then, he did arrive on time Saturday morning with his crew. Our gutters were mostly clean and they worked quickly, anxious to get to their next job. The Big Deal included adjusting gutters, and for me, that was the most important part. But I had to remind them about that, so they made some quick adjustments while looking down over the roof. I wish they had been a little more careful and made sure that all gutters were adjusted properly.

 + 0 moreTroy was very responsive. He was able to provide an estimate within 24 hours of us contacting him, and was able to schedule and install the gutters within 1 week of my request. They even came a day early due to heat and had the gutters done within an hour! He was communicative throughout and prompt in sending in the invoice. The only minor note was that my husband found a bunch of leftover nails scattered on the ground where they had worked. We would hire them again!

He was pleasant to work with and very flexible, and the gutters look great. After spending the past two years working with many different contractors on our new home, I would have to say Troy was a breath of fresh air. I heartily recommend.

Description of Work: We called Sheraton to clean our gutters. Once here they took photos of the debris and found errors in original installation. The texted me all information and provided a very reasonable quote. Once we contracted for the work they were timely and Troy and his team were thorough and professional. Clean up was first rate. This Spring we had roofers on our home, I asked they check the quality of the gutter work. The foofers said the work done by Sheridan was top rate! My experience with Troy was excellent from first contact through completion, I would definitely hire Sheraton again.
