When the sprayer arrived I asked if the chemical was safe, and they said yes, that it and quot;was made from chrysanthemums.and quot; After he left, I looked up the chemical listed on the paperwork, Lambda Star CS, and found that while it is an organic compound from chrysanthemums. it is and quot;highly toxic to bees.and quot; When I called Rove and asked about it, they said it was only toxic if sprayed directly on the bees. I was still dubious, saying I didn't want to even potentially contribute to the bee colony death problem. Rove said, and quot;well then we'll use an organic spray for your quarterly visitsand quot; and I pointed out that Lambda Star WAS organic, and she said, and quot;well then we'll use a lower dose.and quot; I decided to just cancel the contract. The contract stated I could cancel within 3 business days, or else pay 60% of the year's visits. Later I noticed that my credit card charged the 60% ($239). When I called about it they did apologize and said they would remove the charge. I think they're good at what they do, and the men who did the work seemed very skilled and friendly. I just think it's important to be upfront with information so we could have had an intelligent discussion about the best solution for my problem.

We have a yearly contract and they charge $98 dollars per visit. It was great. The people were fine and super. They're always courteous. I've had a good experience.

In each case they called ahead to make sure they understood what needed to be serviced and they showed up on time. They were extremely respectful of me and my property. They have been to my home on 3 occasions and each time went above and beyond and did a thorough job. Thank you!

They arrived on time as promised. After a minor mishap with their equipment, they got the job done efficiently. They were very respectful of the fact that they were in our home. Its been weeks now and we've had no new bites, and we're very pleased. We wouldn't hesitate to contact Rove again, but we sure hope we don't have to.

They always call ahead to inquire as to any specific problems I may be having. They showed up on time and made the necessary application(s). They are always friendly and look professional. On occasion I have asked questions and they were answered satisfactorily.

They are consistent, polite, and they do exactly what they say they will do. They are very responsive and will come back out if need be. They call ahead when they are coming as well.

Just had my first service visit with Rove - A+. I called Tuesday to inquire about their services and the customer service representative was very helpful and thourough - he also respected my request to not use the "gross out" sales tactic I've experienced when calling other pest control services. The technician arrived about 2 minutes after the start of the window they quoted and was in a clean, marked vehicle and wearing a clean uniform. He was polite and respectful, explaining the process and asking if there are any areas to avoid. He performed the service quickly and then explained when I would hear from them again to schedule the next service.My rate included a $9.99 web special for the first service when I signed up for a year of quarterly service at $89/visit.

I like their service. Besides their scheduled visit, whenever I have any problems they would come right out with no extra charge. I am completely satisfied with their work because I don't even have to be home when they come to spray outside. And if they do need to spray inside they just come right out when I call them.

They came out in April. They are punctual and polite. I don't have any bugs so they seem to do a fine job. I got them from several others from the neighborhood so we were able to get a group discount. I didn't do any comparison shopping.

If you're looking for someone to do the best job, it's definitely them. They do first class work. They're always on time and do a fantastic job. We haven't had a bug problem since we started using them.

They are always really great about coming back, and taking care of the mole problem at no extra charge. They did a very good job.

They are good and I am pretty happy with them. I have them come out about once a season. I will continue to use them in the future.

Overall, their service is excellent.

They have been really nice. They got rid of my box elders, bee hives, wasps nest. They check the home quarterly. They have been very cooperative. They are nice people to come to the home, they are pleasant. They are timely; in fact they were early which means a lot to me.

The exterminator/representative who performed the spraying assured me that I would not have to schedule or pay for a followup visit before I signed the invoice for the service and handed over a check. I was not given a copy of the invoice I signed, and later received an advance bill for a follow up spraying. The first spraying was indeed successful, in that the nest was eradicated and the stump later removed by me. I called to cancel the unnecessary follow up spraying, and was told by the manager, Rob, that my two choices were to either have the second treatment for the now non-existent nest for an additional $119, or pay a 60% cancellation fee. Rather than pursue smail claims court, I opted to pay the cancellation fee, but also join Angie's list for one year for $35 and report the experience with a consumer warning.In a nutshell,the representative of the company verbally misrepresented the terms of the contract I signed in his presence by not mentioning that there would be a cancelation fee of 60% if I did not need a return visit. This company should be avoided, and I wish I could have checked Angie's List before I called them- since Rove already has a and quot;Cand quot; rating.

Things didn't end so well. We just did it for one year and called to cancel. They pushed and asked us if we wanted them to get back in the spring. So, we said that they could do that if they wanted and we called them in the spring to schedule our appointment. We actually had to pay a cancelation fee to get out of it. In fact, they sent us to the collection agency to get that money from us. So, they kind of kept the door open and called to tell us that they already had something booked. I think it was a couple of hundred dollars for five sessions. I didn't compare their prices. We wouldn't use their services again.

They provided a new customer discount. They were prompt and efficient. They called ahead of time to let us know they were coming and let me know when they were done.
