I was very surprised how thorough she was as I have them in my front and back yard. I am looking forward to having a mole free yard.

Amanda has come several times over the years (we have a yearly contract). She is professional, friendly, always conscientious of entering into home (will don booties in inclement weather). All the employees present like this. She is knowledgeable and educates as she works. Love this company. When you call with a concern they come right out. $516/year (come every 3 months and whenever you call with a concern)

Excellent control — I hate spiders! Because I live in a wooded area they have ways of just appearing! Since I started treatment 2 years ago, the mice disappeared and spiders are very minimal. My technician, Cory, has been so great. He is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He always explains what is is going to do and how it helps control my particular problems.

Zach does his job very well. He listens to our concerns and acts on them. We really like Rove Pest Control. Zach always shows up on the day that is scheduled.

We have used the pest control service from Rove for several years. Orlando, has been the repeated technician which pleases us. The exterior pest prevention/control has been effective because we have had no problems. Our technician, Orlando, is the best. We know him - he knows us. He is efficient, professional and friendly.

Up until today, it has been great working with Rove Pest Control. They were timely with coming back out and had very friendly customer support. We have been with them for 12 years. Today I have called twice and sat on the phone waiting to be helped for about an hour. I ended up hanging up! I really need them to come out to our house and am frustrated with not being able to get a hold of them.

They will schedule the appointment at their discretion and send you a bill. They are charging me $111 per visit and once they came out once, they say that I am signed up for a year of service, they renewed my contract automatically. Be very wary of every conversation that you have with this company

Ok, seem to have billing problems when paying by check otherwise all went well and it seems to have controlled some of the ants in and around the home.

Ok , tech did not review anything he was doing, spray left film on floor and baseboard area in house that needed to be cleaned, over all service was good, tech was friendly.

They are a great company I still use. I will recommend and use them, again.

They came out and explained everything and performed services as expected. They are professional and responsive. They are less expensive than others I have used.

I had them out for over a year and I still have mice. They supposedly guarantee their work, but that doesn't mean they guarantee getting rid of your mice, just that they will come back out and keep charging you.
