I received a call from Kevin Britz within ten minutes of requesting service. He showed up when he said he would, he was very polite and efficient. I wish I would have known about his service weeks ago.

Nighthawk Security technician was very thorough in explaining what he felt was best option for me regarding style of security cameras as well as going over system and familiarizing me with the different functions. He was back a second time already to make adjustments and to go over recording/playback.

They were polite and professional in their email correspondence, and quick to reply to queries. Very helpful, patient and understanding with questions and concerns. They did an excellent site walk explaining how the project would be done and provided me an estimate for the job very quickly. During the installation process we ended up having some difficult elements in installing the security camera on the soffit in the front of the house. But the Nighthawk Security crews were problem solvers and explained everything and helped find a way to get the job done. I would definitely recommend Nighthawk Security for residential services. A+++

Great service and friendly

Replaced several sensors due to new doors as well as diagnois and fix an existing fault which was really hard to find. They needed several appointments but they did a great job of communicating while they tracked down the problem...costs were within estimates and all the service personnel were courteous and professional. I also appreciated that one technician deferred to one of his peers who had more experiece with in-door sensors so he did not risk breaking sidelights in a new entry door.

They were prompt and courteous and did not try to sell me more than I needed. I had some existing equipment which they attempted (successfully) to incorporate into the installation. They explained everything very well and when I had after the sale questions, they got back to me quickly and with the right answers. The monitoring is very reasonably priced and in the one case where I inadvertently set off the alarm, they were easy to deal with.

I was recently laid off and short of money. But I needed to secure my home from a drug dealing neighbor. Joe worked with me to allow an affordable contract. The install and information was excellent and the system works fine.He really went out his way to setup a system for me that works but is affordable.
