Both the owner, who came out to look over our needs, and the technician, who set up the system, were very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. We've only just gotten the system, so I can't comment on its effectiveness yet, but our experience so far has been positive.

Great experience with nighthawk! I purchased my own security cameras and needed help installing them. The technician was super knowledgeable, professional, and worked quickly. The job was done perfectly (and I’m sure it was a challenge - we live in a super old house!!). He made it seem easy! Highly recommend and will definitely be going to them for any future needs.

Kevin responded right away and scheduled a visit, He an ZacK was prompt for the initial consult and for the installation. They worked well as a team. Both were efficient. I am so happy I went with Nighthawk and not ADT or Floyd. They replaced my old alarm system with a hi-tech one. Avoid Floyd Security and ADT-Both were bait and switch. Kevin recalled most things we discussed by phone. There were No Surprises or hidden cost. I am extremely satisfied with the sales and installation.
