"We needed our roof inspected for weather damage. So we called and got told someone would be there within a week but he didn't want to come 40 mins away unless he had another call but he would be out within a week. We waited till the beginning of the next week and he never showed up so we called and he said he meant 7 days not a work week but he would be out the next day. We waited around all day for him to just not show up. Then we called just after 5 o'clock that day to see if he was coming or not and he never answered or called us back. Then we called the next day and he never answered or called back. Just would have been nice to know what was going on and would be nice if he would have come out when he said he would. Very disappointed!!!"
