The plumber is very good. I have had him do a couple of things for me since we moved here in June. The crew that came out was very responsive and they are reasonably priced. They are very capable and professional plumbers. I had used them before too and will use their services in the future if I have any plumbing work. They do heating and AC maintenance too.

I had to call them back out the next day because the drain clogged up again. The next time Roger, the owner, sent out a master plumber to fix it and the job was done right that time. They did not charge me for the second trip. I would recommend them.

The woman who answered the phone asked me a few questions. Then she said that she would ask Roger Vadnais to give me a phone call to provide an estimate. Six days later, I still have not received a phone call. In the meantime, I made other arrangements for our plumbing work.

A loud vibrating noise started coming from what I thought was my sump pump. I called on a Friday morning and they returned my call to tell me that someone would be there that day. They gave a two hour window and came within that time frame. The plumber informed me that is was not the sump pump, but was the sewage ejector that had the problem. He replaced the float and tested it. I thought he worked efficiently and neatly.

After reviewing the list, we contacted three plumbing firms. The person who answered the phone for Roger Vadnais Plumbing was very helpful in explaining how they charge for their work and making some suggestions on what brand of fixtures we should consider. We decided to go with them and set up an appointment. Their plumber, Gordy, arrived ahead of the time scheduled, which was fine with us, and proceeded with the work while answering any questions we had. He pointed out a couple of options to consider which ended up saving us some money. (We provided the tub/shower fixture and the three sink faucets.) He did all the work we wanted done, and we are very pleased with the results. Considering the parts and labor involved, we were pleasantly surprised that the total cost was less than we expected.

It went okay, but I did have to use my hose to drain the water heater (he only had one about 8 foot long) and I had to clean up the area after he left. The water heater they installed was an A.O.Smith "contractor grade" which means cheap. It didn't even qualify for the energy rebate from power company. It seems to work okay, but I was disappointed it was a low quality unit from an energy standpoint (other places sold units that did quality).

At my initial call to the company, I had several questions that were all answered to my satisfaction. They inquired if I needed same day service, which I did not. I gave them information on the current heater brand, type and size. At my suggestion, we discussed downsizing to be more economical. We determined that we should go with the same size replacement due to our water consumption needs. We discussed brand pro's and con's. We settled on one. I was told I would get a call back when a unit was located. I was called back within 2 days and told that it was available and ready to go in. They came that morning and installed it. They put down drop cloths to keep the carpeting clean. The previous venting was not up to code, so new venting had to be installed. I thought this service went as well as it could have. There were no hassles or frustrations. I did not get an estimate before the service which my husband was not happy about, but I think they were in the ballpark.

Vadnais Plumbing was the most knowledgeable of several plumbing outfits in terms of product performance features and gas company rebate policy. The owner was willing to special order and install the magnesium anode rod. Communication with office staff and owner was very good and the overall price was very competitive. Installation was completed on schedule and the staff answered all questions to our satisfaction.

They always do excellent work. We will continue to use them!

We want to thank the man who was kind enough to help isolate the problem, which resulted in our being able to fix the problem with no cost to us for a service call or part purchased. A few minutes of his time saved us a lot. We will definitely use this company again.

I was impressed with Bill, who was on time, courteous, and performed the job very quickly. He was forthcoming with advice on keeping the drain clean and also informed me on how to keep my well pump running at an optimum pace. Very nice guy.

WE'VE USED THEM BEFORE AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY RELIABLE.
