He did clean it, but warned that the configuration lends itself to problems so I will have to have this done again.

They were knowledgeable and responsive. They came out the same day, as this problem can ruin a pump. They drained the tank and reset the pump. I have used this plumber and well service for 14 years. I have never been dissatisfied.

They did a good job. Were friendly and courteous and offered some tips to keep the drain lint-free. The only thing...I saw on their site that they had a senior discount offer, but I forgot to ask for it and they didn't mention it.

I called on Thursday afternoon and they responded immediately. They arrived at our house within half an hour of when I called. The person who came was professional got right to work and solved the problem. I would definitely hire them again. Thanks so much!

Roger fixed the clogged drain in 15 minutes with this giant electric roto rooter! It now drains completely when a hose with full force is shooting down the drain :-) only $150. Well worth it :-) Great service, great work and a really nice guy too!

I like them and I got no problem with them. I am happy with their service.

They answer their phone promptly and they either get the answer for you quickly and/or make a timely appointment for you. They can always come the same day or the next unless they need to order the toilet, etc. I have used their services four times. They are very prompt and leave a very clean work area.

I was extremely pleased with this Company from the initial contact with them until Jason left. They were prompt, efficient, friendly, and provided me with a much better sump pump than the one I had. I had checked with a few other plumbers, and while they could not give me definite price, they seemed to charge more for their pumps. As far as I am concerned, I have now found a new plumber. I haven't had the best of luck with plumbers in the past but I think I will stick with this company. I'm very satisfied.

I made an appoinment early in the week. They showed up on time. Did the work promptly in 1 1/2 hours. Mess cleaned-up.

Excellent phone response and they called back with an estimate immediately. They helped me decide on the type of toilet and seat over the phone. They gave me many choices. They were here in two business days; they were prompt and cleaned up the work area very well. I am very happy with the work. I have used them before and will again.

When I called someone actually answered the phone and it wasn't a mechanical voice it was a person, love it. After asking some questions about price I spoke with a technician and was able to get a better idea what I was dealing with. I called on a Monday and was told they could have someone out on Wednesday. Wednesday morning we got a call with a estimate of the time the guy would arrive and what the name would be. We were told 2pm and he was here at 2:10pm and it was Tom. He was very professional and went to work immediately. We mentioned that we had a problem with the turn off knobs for the water inside the house also. Very hard to turn on and off and the bolt connected would then leak inside the house. He showed us a new turn off which also had a little screw that dropped down and after shutting off the water making sure to have a bucket underneath remove screw and any excess water left in the lines will drain so not to have a problem with those pipes freezing. He was very helpful, he didn't waste any time and was done within the 2 hours. He also cleaned up after himself. We would definitely use them again.

They showed up when they said they would. I used them before Angie's List so I felt that somewhat they are reliable. We still are not sure if something is correct. We called them and they assured us that it was but I am not one hundred percent certain.

We have used Roger Vadnais Plumbing and Pump ever since moving into our home 23 years ago, which included one year putting in a new well. We have always been exceptionally happy with the quality, efficiency, and cost of their work. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

They have been referred to us by a friend. The price is okay, quality is good, and they are punctual. I would use them again in the future.

It was the first time I used them. They came out on a holiday and helped me out. I will use them again in the future.

My daughter and son in law needed the piping for a sink moved just 4' over on the same wall. Jason came in a timely manner and spent 2 hours at the end of the day and came back 2 hours the next morning. 4 hours to install minimal copper piping and vent is allot of time for a professional. Connection to a sink or shut off valves were NOT installed, so this was a very basic and simple job. They billed the job for over $1000 dollars! They claimed it took 8 hours... The shocker is that they had used their service before and have known Roger for years! What a disappointment.

I used both Angie's List directory and the Better Business Bureau directory to find Vadnais Plumbing. I chose a company closer to home in the hopes of getting faster service. It turned out to be faster than I expected: Tom called and was on my doorstep within 45 minutes. I couldn't have asked for a more polite or competent service person.

They have always given me great service. They are very neat and nice. I have been very pleased.

We recently bought a small home that was a foreclosure. All the appliances were removed and discarded by the bank. So not only did we have to buy all new appliances but we had no idea of the actual conditions of the existing drains. This was particularly important because someone removed/stole all the existing copper lines in the home. The bank had these replaced with new plastic ones so the drains were never really looked at. The plumber had shoe covers on his boots without being asked-- a sign of courteousness often overlooked by craftsmen. Here in Minnesota this is a custom due to the mud and snow we have in winter. He did a great job and worked closely with us. We had him install: 1) New refridgerator ice maker 2) gas stove 3) dish washer And also unclog the laundry drain We couldn't be more pleased...very nice!!

They’ve been our plumber for almost 15 years now. I think they are excellent. They are very pleasant, professional and responsive, and someone always answers the phone when you call. If you leave a message with the secretary, you get a call back the very same day. I would rate them highly.
