Description of Work: I've used Roger Vadnais in the past and been satisfied with their service. For this particular situation, I asked for an estimate on a group of small plumbing projects - replace two toilets, replace a bathroom sink top, and replace a couple of water shut-off valves in the basement. Their cost estimate was more than I was willing to pay, so I kept looking.

Description of Work: Replaced failed water heater. | |We noticed that the water heater had failed after the close of business. I have used Roger Vadnais in the past and was satisfied before, so I confirmed others' experience via Angies List. I then called and left a voicemail, expecting a call-back in the morning. Instead, I was surprised to receive a call-back within an hour, and had the replacement scheduled for the following morning. They arrived on time, with three new water heaters, since I could not identify mine precisely. They were friendly and courteous and set to work while I surfed the Net. They were done in about 90 minutes and when they were done, Roger showed me what they had done (soldered copper plumbing, new cut-off valve) and showed me how the operation of the water heater had changed. We chatted for a bit about the change in building standards and I was perfectly satisfied with paying him what he asked. I highly recommend Roger Vadnais Plumbing -- I've used their service for over 15 years and with Roger's son following on, I hope to do so for another 15.
