Description of Work: Front stairs railings and back stairs near garage. They were very responsive on the phone and through e-mail communications. I am concerned about the installation of one of the railings having a large gap between the house and the railing, I was assured that it was within code but I do not like the appearance of the large 7.5" gap.

Description of Work: I can't rate price, because I did not receive a comparative bid that I solicited from another firm. Firm was courteous and professional, and I was informed in advance that installation would be delayed because of heavy business, which has been the case with most trades for whom business is strong this year. Description of Work: O'Brien put an iron railing on new concrete steps at my back door. The price was a little higher than one of the other bids but the website , with the large number of examples for railing designs, their responsiveness to my requests and the overall good experience convince me that I made the right choice. I would recommend O'Brien to anyone. I will certainly consider them in the future for front steps.
