Description of Work: We thought we had a major water heater issue and what we really needed was for it to be flushed. Connor's plumbing was able to come the same day I called and they were honest and professional. They could have sold us a new heater, but they told the truth and had it flushed out and working great within 20 minutes. What a relief!!!! They were so nice and all plumbers have been backed up for days so it was awesome that they could get there the day we called. I didn't want to be without a shower for more than one day. :)

We went out with our insurance adjuster in May of 2014 as soon as we received the letter from the homeowners attorney. That was the first time we had been informed they were having a problem. As was discussed when we were there with the insurance adjuster; the leak was in piping that was original to the home and was not included in the scope of work in 2005 when the kitchen was remodeled. The vent piping was located in a ceiling that had not been removed during the remodel and was encapsulated with spray foam insulation. We have done everthing we can at this time.

Description of Work: Excellent service! My call was answered by a "real" person and a plumber (Chad M) was on the way within about two hours. When he arrived he carefully assessed our sump pump problem and gave us several options for dealing with it, including one that was immediate and low cost. The immediate problem was resolved before he left. (He even took before and after photos, and sent me a copy to share with my husband.) He was professional and very nice, in spite of the fact that most of the repair had to be done outside in the middle of a blizzard. Additionally, the company called the next day (today) to make sure that we were not having any additional problems. It was the most pleasant plumbing repair experience that I've ever had. One last comment, he even put on shoe covers before he stepped onto my wood floors.Thanks Chad! I hope that you had a safe trip back to the office.
