Excellent Angie's list deal... a great price. The delivery was made with a truck- not a trailer- so the driver was able to easily back up and unload the mulch in the auxiliary parking area on the side of our garage. Mulch was high quality cedar. Free of rocks or dirt. Scheduling the delivery was a little trickery- had to play some phone tag, but not out of the norm for this busy time of year for landscaping companies. Direct email seemed to be the most effective way to communicate with them.

They responded back to me and let me know I was out side the service area.

We just completed our project with Pine Ridge, and could not be more pleased with the results. Jacob and his crew were incredible from start to finish. We had a very large project, and got numerous proposals before we started. Jacob's was by far the best in terms of his vision for our property and his willingness to accept our input. He was confident that he could do all we asked of him within the budget provided, and even broke up the project into phases so we could decide what to do now, and what to save for a later date. The crew was very professional from day one. They worked efficiently, were very polite, and cleaned up after themselves each day. The project took about 3 weeks from start to finish, and it was impressive to see it all come together. Jacob isn't just the owner either. He gets his hands dirty and was there right alongside his crew grading, planting trees, laying sod, spreading mulch, you name it. What stood out to us the most that he treated his crew incredibly well, and they clearly respect his leadership. Oh, the best part? We gave him a budget for the project, and he came in significantly underneath it! Start to finish, this was by far the best experience we have had with a contractor of any kind. We will be wholeheartedly recommending Pine Ridge to all of our friends, and will use them for all of our landscaping and tree care needs in the future!

This is the 2nd year we've worked with Jacob's team. They are professional, go above and beyond, and are an all around pleasure to work with. We'll be calling them again next year and may be working with them for tree trimming services this summer as well. Love these guys!

Went fine. They got the job done, very average work. This was a small job.

I called 4 times for an estimate and my call was never returned.

The service worked out great. We had them much longer than what was on the Deal. They came out probably within two or three weeks after we bought the Big Deal. In the end, we probably spent triple the amount of the Big Deal. We used them for an additional two hours and those two hours were regular rate. They did the work we asked them to do.

The owner of the service contacted me once originally via Angie's list email which could be considered acceptable, though when I was a business owner and had received money for services, I would have tried to contact my customer through their phone number or address or primary email in attempt to make good on the money I had received so I could provide a service. When I found a record of my payment in the fall, I contacted him on three occasions and heard nothing from him. After the first snow fell, me returned my phone call the following day and explained now that the snow had fallen, he could not help me with the fall leaves due to the snow. If he had called me back after my repeated phone calls, he would have had the time to provide lawn care clean up. However, he waited until the first snow fall and explained because the snow had now fallen, he could not provide the service. He is not the kind of business owner that I find honorable or would every recommend. In order to leave this message, I had to provide a date of service, but in fact, he never provided any service.

When it came to the tree cutting, three men came out and they seemed much more open than the original arborist who did the consultation. They were much more pleasant and open to my asking about what would be a reasonable price.

Just fine. I didn't have any complaints. I don't remember there being any problems with it. I wasn't at home when they did the work. It was clean. The price was fair. The quality was good.

the contractor team are very good. 1st i thought that they may not be able to cut the trees for me since the trees were more than 20 feet tall so that i might need a climbing crew instead of ground team. however, the ground team can cut the trees from the ground so that i don't need to hire the climbing team which doubles the price. they did a very good job and cleaned up after the job was finished

They were fantastic! Would highly recommend. Will be using them in the spring to mulch and weed. Very happy with the service I had.

Best fall lawn cleanup we have ever had!!!

They arrived promptly, did their work, cleaned up the trimmings. My neighbor was so happy with the work that he contracted with them to trim branches for him while they were there.

Very polite. Paid extra for them to haul away the yard waste. Would use them again.

The deal was for 4 hours of lawn clean up. We were told they would send two people for two hours. Instead they came with three people for 1 hour 20 minutes. They were very nice and professional, but did not have the correct equipment to do a lawn cleanup in an hour. We expected them to have riding mowers with vacuums to pick up leaves as we have seen from others in past years. Instead they only used blowers and did not seem to know how to efficiently use them. We asked them to clean the leaves out of the gutter on the garage. They used blowers which covered the house and windows in mud. In the end, they ran out of time and did not finish leaf cleanup and we were left needing to clean caked on mud from windows and screens. It appears they had good response from their promotion, but did not have enough people to do the work so they hired some inexperienced people with leaf blowers. For the amount paid and the amount of work left to do, it was not worth it.

I was a little confused why they didn't trim one of the trees close to my roof but they said they are only required to do that every 7 years. They were nice.

I was out of providers area. They refunded my money.
