We hired Jake Servais and his company on 11/26/18 to do snow removal for the season for $500. The first time the weather required snow removal they never showed up, and then called to say they were having mechanical issues and would it be ok if they didn't come (only about 2" of snow so I said ok). They did come 1x and remove some snow in late December. Then, on Monday (1/28), we got significant snowfall while we were out of town. I was assured via text from Jake they would be on it, as we had grandparents watching our kids. We had NO SERVICE. And then I went searching to see if we had been victim of fraud by this company. I found Jake Servais facebook page where he lists in early January the sale of all his snow equipment. I have no idea what is going on, but have made multiple attempts by email, phone and facebook messenger to connect and have got NO RESPONSE. I am looking into calling the police and want a refund of our $500.

Messaged Pine Ridge MN through Angie's List on 11//7 with no response. I understand that contractors are busy and may not be able to take more clients, but if you are on Angie's List, at least have the common courtesy to respond to potential customers.

They never responded to my requests for a basic price quote.

I found another service I went with I never contacted Pine Ridge

He arrived on time with a 3 man crew, and had the tree down in 20 min. with no problems and the tree cut up in 16-24" lengths in another 20 min. They cut the stump down to within 1/4" of the ground so it is barely visible and picked up and removed all the little twigs from the grass. The only issue was that they forgot their rakes so they had to borrow mine (not a big deal). I am very satisfied with the result and the overall experience. I have not contacted the stump grinder yet.

There was a misunderstanding and the worker came and started pulling weeds, and I thought they were going to bring a weed cutter. But overall, they get straight A's across the board from me because they didn't even charge me for the misunderstanding and I thought that was pretty nice of them.

Mulch once received was good. Opportunities were it took 3 weeks to receive delivery with no communication from vendor. I left messages and emails but no response until getting AL involved. Looks good now though

Delivery of the mulch was super quick once scheduled and was unloaded exactly where we asked. We went with 3 yards of red cedar mulch and it's gorgeous.

It turned out well. Very good. We ended up paying, really it's $250.

They cleaned it all up as promised.

Excellent price compared to others. Jacob and his team were very professional and skilled.

I did not use Pine Ridge for this particular job, but have used them in the past with very good results and will consider them for future tree work.

Went great! Got here when they said they would, and also finished when promised. Very professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend them.

Punctual with 5 yards of very clean, consistent fine screened hardwood mulch. Over mulched a 60' x 15' area evenly and three other areas around the yard and home. Spread everything evenly cleaned any droppings. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a great value with very good service and results.

It went very well, they were very patient in laying out the trees. Very thoughtful and patient in when they decided where the trees went.

I hired this company to hang xmas lights on all of the high peaks of our house. when they arrived, they said our peaks were too high and they couldn't reach them. I also thought I was getting three hours of service but when they showed up they said that I was getting man hours and they brought three men total so that was all we got. overall, the men were very nice and polite. they just couldn't do what I wanted them to do and everything I did want was going to cost more money. I would recommend that they are clear as to how high their ladders could reach (including if it's icy or not), and what three hours versus what three man hours means to them. nice guys though.

They were amazing. The tree that needed to be trimmed was on the lot line on the other side of the neighbor's fence. Using ropes and a harness he pulled himself up 30 feet. The chain saw was attached to another rope and once he was ready to cut he brought the chain saw up and carefully determined what needed to be done. I was facinated and watched the whole process from the nearby window. It was better than any circus act I have seen. He was proficient, exact and knew what he was doing. His partner, on the ground, cut and cleaned the trimmings. Both young men were pros.

They did a fantastic job! They showed up right on time and even brought an extra crew member for free. They completed all of the work 30 min faster than their estimate and only billed me for the time spent. They were very friendly and professional. I love the look of my backyard now that large branches encroaching on the house have been removed and everything is generally cleaned up. They also did a great job cleaning up all of the debris from the job, and even swept up the street in front of my house before they left. I highly recommend these guys!

They were so-so. We didn't pay anything additional. We would not recommend them to our friends. I don't feel that we got that much. They were weeders, not landscapers. They didn't prune or trim for us. We asked them a couple of questions and they didn't know the answers. We could get people for less than that. They were nice and got right to work.

It went great - they were prompt, courteous and hardworking. Will have them back out again.

Trees look great, and they even cleaned up some leaves! Our first appointment was rescheduled because of a rainy, stormy day. The day of our appointment Jason called to tell me that they were running behind on the project before mine. He gave me plenty of warning so it did't disrupt my day, and I appreciated the phone call. I would recommend Pine Ridge to clients or friends.
